BMW of Bellevue review
Had an excellent experience with my BMW engine oil service. The staff were extremely professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the process. The pickup and drop-off were arranged perfectly by the team and everything was handled right on time. The car was returned perfectly serviced, vacuum-cleaned, and in excellent condition, with no issues whatsoever. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the smooth, hassle-free service. Great job by the entire team?I?m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend their service!

Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands review
Have purchased multiple cars from Erich Beasley since 2017 personally and with friends and family. He has always been very professional upfront and honest about everything and has pleased everyone that I have sent his way. Even acquaintances that are never pleased or satisfied were very happy purchasing from Erich and MBOTW. Brian was also involved in our transaction but his profile wasn’t available on this site. Their service after the sale is just as impressive 5 Stars all across the board for these guys.

These guys are the best. I worked with Product Specialist Tom Berra, Sales Manger Kevin Stine, and Finance Manager Chris Shelton, and they were all an A+ for responsiveness, professionalism, and transparency. The car was shipped out of state and there were delivery issues unrelated to the dealership, but Tom and Kevin bent over backwards to see it through. Highly recommended!

Mercedes-Benz of Lafayette review
Update (One Week Later): I would like to provide an update to my previous review. Since expressing my concerns, Mercedes-Benz of Lafayette reached out promptly and took the necessary steps to fully address the issue with my vehicle. I have now been driving my car for a week, and I can genuinely say it feels smoother and more refined — a noticeable improvement that I truly appreciate. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Hunter for taking the time to personally look into the matter and ensure that the issue was properly corrected. Thank you as well to Edwin, my service advisor, for your guidance throughout the process, and to Charity for your patience, professionalism, and kindness. Your efforts played a significant role in restoring my confidence in the service department. I recognize and appreciate when a business takes accountability and works diligently to make things right. Thank you again, Mercedes-Benz of Lafayette, for addressing my concerns and reinforcing the level of service that customers expect from a luxury brand.

Steve White MotorsReviews
Steve White Motors review
Over the years, we've bought several cars from DL Jones of Steve White Motors. He's always been great to work with. Our latest is a 2023 Durango that we love. He spent weeks tracking down exactly the color and trim level we wanted. He's personally delivered more than one and, at Steve White, there's never a "Doc Fee" which has saved me thousands of dollars. He's helped with service, financing and warrantees and always been super-helpful. Great cars and great people.

Chicago Auto Place review
Our sales representative Edgar Ortega was very helpful and professional. He made our shopping experience very enjoyable!
2020 Mercedes-Benz GLS 580 review
Very nice and roomy. Software issues. A1/2 of the ambient lighting stopped working and now a camera has quit working causing multiple warnings to appear. Had to replace 23 inch tires at 10,000 miles because of wear. Mercedes paid for 1/2 and I paid the other 1,000 for the other 2. No manufacturer makes a 23 inch all season tire that fits their wheels. It’s a problem. It looks great but I would not get 23 inch wheels again.I don’t drive on the autobahn daily, just city streets.

Mercedes-Benz of North Palm BeachReviews
Mercedes-Benz of North Palm Beach review
Exceptional Luxury Experience at its Finest! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. If you want to experience what true high-end customer service feels like, this is the place. There is a massive difference between an Auto nation dealership and a real Mercedes-Benz dealership, and this team proves it. Not only did they have the best prices we could find, but the level of care and professionalism was simply outstanding. The process was seamless thanks to three specific professionals: Danilo (Sales): Danilo is a class act. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure every detail of the car was perfect. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and never pressured the process. He took the time to ensure every question was answered and that we found the perfect vehicle. Rafael (Manager): his pricing was transparent, and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the deal. His pricing outperformed every competitor we researched. Rosana (Finance): Roxanne made the "dreaded" finance office the easiest part of the day. She was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Mercedes of North Palm Beach showed they value every costumer time. No games, no hidden fees—just a smooth, high-end transaction from start to finish. This was our first time here and it would definitely not be the last at all. Highly recommended!

Mercedes-Benz of Nashville review
I purchased a used GLS 580 from Jan Crick at Mercedes-Benz of Nashville this week, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! Jan was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the process. She took the time to walk me through all the features of my new vehicle, answer my questions, and even help me get everything set up on the Mercedes-Benz app. Her attention to detail and commitment to making sure I was comfortable with my new vehicle really stood out. I also had the pleasure of working with Kevin in Finance, who was equally knowledgeable, helpful, and made that part of the process easy and seamless. The entire experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend Jan Crick and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Nashville to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you, Jan and Kevin, for making this such a wonderful experience!

Mercedes-Benz of Pleasanton review
Came in today after looking at 3 other dealerships. I originally came in for a certified pre owned vehicle. I was greeted with a smile by Mina. We were up front on exactly what we wanted as far as a sales rep went. She hooked us up with John Modica and Andy. These two men were the dream team!! They worked together to get us an awesome deal on the dream car that I wanted. The best part is that it is BRAND NEW and the exact color I wanted. I came in with low hopes and these guys put the bar through the roof for me. These people are awesome. I definitely recommend making the drive even if you're like me and have to travel over 2 hours. It will definitely be worth your while.
