BMW/Mini of Coconut Creek review
Do your self a favor and ask for Mike (Michael E Loiselle) I highly recommend this salesman and dealership to all my friends and family! It’s hard to car Mike a salesman when he wasn’t never trying to sell me anything, he wanted me to get the exactly what I was looking for. My experience was outstanding, thanks to my salesman, Mike. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional and patient. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and never pressured me into making a decision. Instead, he genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle that would make me happy. It’s rare to find a salesman who prioritizes customer satisfaction over a quick sale, but Mike truly did. If you’re looking for an stress-free, enjoyable car-buying experience, this is the place to go!

Great experience! I was looking nationwide for a good deal, and I found it here. Sami was wonderful, fully dedicated from the beginning to the end of the process. I was able to negotiate the price for my trade in comparison to other dealers and websites. Edgar, the manager made the process very easy and less than two hours I was out of there. My 3 hours drive was definitely worth it.

I had a great experience working with Russell and the finance manager at Seattle Mini. Russell was extremely helpful throughout the entire process by being knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure everything went smoothly. The financing portion was also surprisingly easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. Overall, the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back for my next Mini. Thank you to the team for making this such a positive experience!

BMW MINI of Shawnee Mission review
Brayden was wonderful to work with throughout the buying process; very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the technical specifications. His follow-up is awesome, keeps me updated on the process of getting the windows tinted. Reggie in finance was great as well; he outlined the details of the lease and ensured that I was pleased with the terms. Overall, it was an absolute pleasant experience.

Bill Jacobs MINI review
I can count on realistic estimates of the duration of the visit which speaks to my team's experience. If I decide to wait for the car, the sales floor has a nice waiting area. If I needed to go elsewhere, e.g. lunch, they provide a ride for me. The team knows what it's doing and makes sure that I know it too.

Mall of Georgia MINIReviews
Mall of Georgia MINI review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely amazing experience with Matt Otis in the service department at MINI Mall of Georgia! Matt truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. It’s rare these days to receive this level of customer service. Matt genuinely cared about my concerns and made what could have been a stressful service experience so much easier. I never felt rushed or brushed off, and I really appreciated the time and attention he gave me. If you’re bringing your MINI in for service, I highly recommend asking for Matt Otis. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. MINI Mall of Georgia is lucky to have him. He absolutely deserves 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ -Heather!

I could not have asked for a better purchase experience. Kenny Weber Provided phenomenal service, including multiple videos, answers to my questions, and assistance with getting the best financing rate available. I would encourage anybody looking for a new car or used car to consider reaching out to this dealership as well as this particular salesman.
