I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

The process was very thorough. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My sales associate Hassan was wonderful! Made sure my visit was perfect from the moment I walked in the doors to the moment I drove off.

This car turns heads! I get looks constantly due to the sleek look and the sound of the turbo. Not to mention it comes with a snazzy media player that is easy to use. I will definitely be buying Mini brand again!

It’s fun car to drive and the interior is beautiful. I have the Iconic model so there are lots of bells and whistles to get to know. Although the car is much smaller than my previous car it still offers a lot storage. It’s a 2022

When it was newer the engine had some issues and a couple of recalls. I had the engine replaced because of a piece of metal getting into a cylinder. That when it was 10 years old and had 105,000 miles on it. Since then mostly maintenance. I do some myself. I enjoy driving it more than any car I've had before. The fastest, best handling and most economical, gas wise of any of them. I've gotten as much as 44mpg with it on a trip. Only mods I made to the engine are a K&N air filter cleanable cartridge and a blow off valve for the turbocharger.

I actually own 2 MINI Coupe models, and absolutely love driving them both. These cars emphasize FUN! The steering and road handling is tight (not at all “squirrelly”) The agility is similar to a “Go Kart” making it a pure joy to drive. Although it is the most mini of the MINI, this coupe delivers ENORMOUS FUN! The model has been discontinued, which makes the car very unique, rare and perhaps collectible.

Love my Mini Clubman. Everyone wants to go in my car! I have 65,000 miles and have had no issues. I get my oil changes, tire rotations and scheduled maintenance only from MIni as I have observed regular mechanics scratching their heads after lifting the hood!

This car is like driving a go cart, for real. It’s got a lot of zip and handles really well. You certainly feel the bumps in the road. But I expect that in this little hot hatch. Plus it’s in pretty great shape for a 19 year old car. I look forward to bringing it as close to original as I can.

small on the outside, big on the inside. Super Fast!! Has ABS. Drives smooth and easy to hand with power steering wheel. Great for driving in the rain as well. Lights were very bright and it’s easy to maneuver around in it

I think it is a great vehicle! I believe it will serve us well in the years to come. I will be driving 30 miles one way each day and needed a trust worthy vehicle. This is our second Mini and they have been just what we need!

We needed the clubman (out of all the mini selection) because we have dogs and needed room for them. The lower ride makes it easy for my old dog to get in and out. We just love the look of it and We couldn’t be happier with this car. It is our tow behind car for our motor home and we are looking forward to many adventures in it.

The car has great style and great function. I have Bluetooth and Sirius radio. The leather upholstery is really impressive but as a musician, I really appreciate the Harmon Kardon stereo system. Amazing!

Car drives just great! Quick off the start, great passing oompth on the freeway. I just put the transmission into the sport mode and hang on! Fun to drive, great gas mileage, excellent warranty. And, the best dealership (Mini of Montgomery County ) I have ever dealt with.

Overall, the experience was very good. We purchased the car from Mo, a polite, soft spoken man that gave us zero pressure during the entire sales process. His communication was excellent throughout the process. The car needs a bit of work, but it was listed at a great price. He offered an optional extended powertrain warranty, and fixed a worn-out serpentine belt when a local mechanic pointed it out during a pre-sale inspection. Thanks!

Bought a new 2011 Countryman S, Rare Surf Blue w/black wheels. Great fun. Fast, Comfortable, Reliable. Moved out of CA in 2015 and sold the Mini because I thought the roads in the new southern state wouldn't be the best ride. Big Mistake! Could kick myself for selling it!
