I just purchased a Mini Countryman from John Genduso at Mini of Pensacola and it was the easiest transaction. John was so knowledgeable and he helped my daughter pick out the perfect Mini. He was very patient with her and he was a pleasure to work with. All of the staff I dealt with were amazing! I will definitely recommend this dealership!

Honestly, best deal we've ever made with a dealership. We went in with a specific deal in mind, and it was actually accepted! Very little negotiation! These folks made the impossible happen!!!
2021 MINI Hardtop review
It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

MINI of The WoodlandsReviews
MINI of The Woodlands review
I had an exceptional experience purchasing my 2024 MINI Countryman from MINI of the Woodlands, and Dina Kansowah deserves special recognition. Buying a vehicle sight unseen from 1,500 miles away requires a tremendous amount of trust. Dina earned that trust through clear and consistent communication, detailed videos, prompt answers and careful attention to the things that truly matter when making a significant purchase remotely. She made sure I could see and understand the vehicle’s condition, guided me through each step and never left me wondering what was happening next. Dina’s professionalism, transparency and personal attention gave me the confidence to move forward with the purchase. She turned what could have been a stressful long-distance transaction into a smooth and reassuring experience. I highly recommend MINI of the Woodlands—and especially Dina—to anyone considering a MINI, whether purchasing locally or from across the country. She is an outstanding representative of the dealership and the MINI brand.

MINI of Montgomery County review
Brian Keener is amazing! I had the best car buying experience EVER at MINI of Montgomery County! Brian was personable, informative and a complete JOY to be around. I test drove a Mini CooperS convertible and was SOLD! Jeremiah Jones handled our financing and I walked away feeling like I spent a few hours with old friends! I've wanted a MINI Cooper for a while and after a year of living through a worldwide pandemic it was time to have some fun! If you are in the market for a MINI the team in Gaithersburg will take good care of you!!

Richmond Ford Lincoln review
I came in looking for f-150s, specifically one that could haul my horses/trailer. I was met with an extremely knowledgeable staff who walked me through the whole process. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. The entire shopping experience was done on an ipad, so we built the deal together. Will totally come back even though I am a 2hr drive away.
2014 MINI Hardtop review
Bought it new. Hard to tell that it's almost 8yrs old. Third Mini, first automatic. Very nimble and good acceleration. Love the heads up display and love love the power folding mirrors and side driver visor. Seats are very comfortable and have an extension for longer legs available. Haven't been able to figure out how to delete older phones from the bluetooth or unwanted addresses from the nav system tho. Biggest drawback for me is that the nearest dealer is 1.5 hrs away. But they do offer a valet service to pick up the car if scheduled in advance. It's not the most inexpensive to repair but what vehicle is nowadays.

Motor City Mini review
Spoke with Aaron Vanshanker on the phone to verify a mini advertised online. It was verified and I set up an appointment for the next day. Aaron was knowledgeable and showed us several of their cars. He did not pressure us but let us know he was available if we had any questions. We bought our car 2 days later. So we first went in on Saturday to look around and drove home our mini home the following Tuesday. They put a bow on our car and parked it in the showroom with our name on it. It was shiny and fantastic. They shared in my excitement and made me feel so happy. The car is awesome and I feel it was a good deal. It is early days but I am very satisfied so far - Aaron was professional and easy to deal with.

MINI of Montgomery County review
This is our second Mini that we’ve leased from here. Danny has been a stellar salesman and while my Cooper S did take some time to get delivered across the Atlantic, once it left the port, I had the vehicle a few hours later. Danny provided us with nothing but the best experience from start to finish - and he has won two customers for life!

Had my MINI serviced here recently after it started throwing multiple codes. Brian handled everything, explained the costs up front and gave me a chance to opt in or out, which I appreciated. I waited there and everything was fixed within a few hours. Thanks Brian and team! Also loved the video the mechanic provided during the service!

Wayne Akers FordReviews
Wayne Akers Ford review
I haven't bought a car since 2008 and I have been waiting to buy the Bronco Sport which is a job in itself!!! So I was a little nervous after all the time. My salesman Russ walked me through the purchase with kid gloves. He patiently waited till I was completely comfortable with the terms and most of all never once made me fear of losing the car I wanted. Absolutely no pressure at all and this made my experience pleasant and most of all I grew to trust him like I have known him forever. I am a Real Estate Broker and I know what a Hard Sell is. He treated me as I would a first time homebuyer. Once I was ready came in Orlando to finish the deal. His humor and relationship with Russ made me feel comfortable and secure. Orlando did his job with explaining the Options and was never pushy and enjoyable to work with. The end process is what everyone warns you about. With Orlando he took what I wanted and listened to my concerns and made it work. No I did not buy them All but I took the ones that made since for me. Honestly a pleasure to work with these guys!!! Only four stars for financing/Buying Process as they lowballed my FJ Cruiser. Thats an emotional opinion :)

Passport MINI of Alexandria review
Great experience! I was looking nationwide for a good deal, and I found it here. Sami was wonderful, fully dedicated from the beginning to the end of the process. I was able to negotiate the price for my trade in comparison to other dealers and websites. Edgar, the manager made the process very easy and less than two hours I was out of there. My 3 hours drive was definitely worth it.
