Always easy to deal with the service dept. They do what they say and always within the stated timeframe. Never had any problems. Have never been disappointed
2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross review
I have a 2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross SE with 17K miles. I have the suede seats which are extremely comfortable, and the heated seats are great in the winter. A lot of people complain about the acceleration and gas mileage. I personally am very happy. I usually average between 30-33 mpg. The acceleration is more than enough for daily and regular highway driving. My Android Auto, backup camera, blind spot monitors, etc all work great. The only minor issue I have had is with the tailgate. The interior button does not work. All in all not a big deal as I can just open it normally while standing at the tailgate. I also love my automatic folding mirrors. It makes it so easy at the car wash, and I like how they automatically fold in when I lock the doors. The headlights are fantastic, I have much better visibility when driving at night than in previous vehicles I have owned. My car handles very well and I feel safe driving on the highway, in the rain, etc. I purchased slightly used from Carvana and got a great deal. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I upgraded from a 2021 Kia Soul S just for reference.

DELLA MitsubishiReviews
DELLA Mitsubishi review
I bought my 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in June od 2026. The car had higher mileage than I wanted but the price was good and the car was in great shape. In October of the same year I found i needed new brakes, ouch. My sales man Mike Carter said he'd go to bat for me. I made no appointment just brought it up too I might add. Mike told me that there was no bill, said his boss didn't hesitate at all about the cost. I was so relieved. Thank you Mike and thank you to the great team that helped me get my car in and new brakes put on with no bill and no appointment in a few hours. You will always have my business. Diana Aintrazi

Valley Mitsubishi LongmontReviews
Valley Mitsubishi Longmont review
I talked to Jorge at Velley Mitsubishi to confirm the trim and color of an Outlander PHEV they had. I stated that I was out of state and it would have to be a really good deal for me to fly to the Denver area to get it. I then started to talk to the sales manager Chuck and he asked what price would make it worth me coming to Denver. We agreed on a price and I told them my flight. Jorge was nice enough to pick me up from the Denver and drive me 40 miles to the dealer ship. The deal we made on the phone was the deal that was written up. No tricks, no upsaling, just honest people. I then talked with Robin in finance and she was as nice as could be and I got everything just the way I wanted it. They filled up the tank and gave me a quick in service about a lot of the features. Jorge then even bought me a monster energy drink for the road since I had 6 hours of drive that day. My Mitsubishi is great, I got a good deal and all of the staff I worked with at Valley mitsubishi was excellent. (Jorge Partida, Chuck Dunlap and Robin Eveland). Two days and 900 miles later they checked on me to make sure I made it home safe and asked if I had any problems or questions about my Outlander. I'm loving it and am very glad I worked with Valley Mitsubishi.

Great car, love the engine, interior / exterior. Value for money. Lots of space at the back, specially for a compact suv. Love the car. No regrets.

CarMax St. Louis Mid Rivers Mall review
I came in with my Daughter looking for a nice car for her. We left with a great car, great deal and great experience. When we walked in the door we were paired up with sales associate Travis who introduced himself and got going figuring out what she wanted. Never once did he push. He set us up to look at 3-4 vehicles and 2 to test drive. We drove, the car that was eventually purchased, and came back ready to purchase. Travis carefully talked us through the purchase process. He was very careful to let us know that there was an open recall on the vehicle. We traded in her old vehicle and received a (more than fair) offer for it!. As we were going through the payment / signing process, he kept stopping in to see how we were doing . The gentleman who helped us with the paper work was pleasant and very helpful. When the decidedly un-painful process was over, her car was ready, clean, with a full tank and ribbon-on-top. Travis saw her out of the garage and on her way. Plus he recommended a killa pizza joint for dinner. Kudos Sir and kudos to CarMax.

2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross review
I bought my Mitsubishi eclipse cross es 2023 this spring and put 9000 miles on it. What a great mid size suv for the value. This vehicle far exceeded my expectation, I'm a 4 year trade in person but I believe this one I'll keep for as long as I can. The reviews says it's as reliable as the most expensive one's compared to on the market.

My husband and I got our second jeep from Thornton. John Camarota was an excellent salesman. We had our first jeep serviced there and signed the papers on our second. The entire Thornton team was so nice. Shouts to Logan who greeted us when we looked at Goldie.

CarMax HuntsvilleReviews
CarMax Huntsville review
After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.
2020 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross review
I needed something bigger and easier to get on and out of. I love that the back seats can be moved back. And there is plenty of head room.
