traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.

Before I bought this I was driving a BMW 330i xdrive great car. But I wanted something which much more room and reliable. I had this car about 10 years ago and loved it. It’s great on gas drive smooth wish the engine would have a little more power. The interior is super comfy but feels a bit outdated. I feel like for a 28k car called sport it should be a little more sporty. Like electric seats fr example. But other than that interior is great heated seat are great ! Driving is alright and overall all I’ll give it a 4 out of 5 !

The dealership did an excellent job with the maintenance job. I went in earlier than my time but they took care of it right away. The waiting area was comfortable. They updated me about how much longer I would have to wait and answered all my questions.

This is my third car purchase from CAR MAX . A later model for the wife . A jeep Cherokee and is a 2019 with low mileage . She is happy and that makes US happy . The purchase was not hurried and no back and forth between Mr Smith and I . Really straightforward . Satisfied completely .

Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.

We purchased a fleet vehicle that had some ac issues and transmission problems. Carmax jumped right into correcting the issues and provided a rental car each time. I will definitely purchase from here again.

Purchased new in March of 2022. Two and a half years and 20000 miles later still happy, only issues I’ve had are wireless charger doesn’t seem to work right and sometimes the backup cam/parking sensor think I’m parking when coming to a stop light. Otherwise love it

I purchased 2 new Mitsubishi Outlanders after doing Internet research on currently available mid-sized SUVs. A test drive nailed the choice. The 2025 model introduced several changes that have addressed prior criticisms about vague steering and hood vibrations and ride. The fit and finish of both exterior and interior is excellent, typical of a Japanese car and as good or better than the Toyota RAV4 or Nissan Rogue that were being considered (the Outlander and the Rogue share the same platform, but IMHO the Outlander is the better rendition). The interior of the SE trim is very plush at this price point with leatherette and suede seating that is supportive and "hugs" you and looks and feels better than more expensive luxury SUVs in this size class such as the Lincoln Corsair and Aviator. The standard Yamaha audio system produces astonishingly good sound with either Bluetooth audio or Sirius XM. The Outlander supports Android Auto, and its navigation is excellent. Steering feel is excellent and well-weighted, and braking is strong. The Outlander has a surprisingly small turning circle. The electronics assists and displays work flawlessly, especially the adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping and both front and rear parking assistance via the good-sized infotainment display screen, which also provides an overhead overall view (AI?). While the Outlander does have standard third-row seating, the seats and leg room are miniscule (suitable only for very small children or pets) and hard to access, but I plan to never use them for seating and keep them folded down to maximize cargo carrying space, which is even more generous with the second-row seatbacks folded down. Exterior styling is very bold and contemporary and distinctive, especially the front styling and the wheels; it has grown on me. The 2025 Outlander thankfully does not have that horrible stop-start feature where the engine shuts off if stopped at a traffic light, and in hot and humid Florida, the AC is not interrupted like on other new cars. The transmission shift lever is not intuitive to use, but eventually you get used to it (IMHO a simple rotary knob would be easier to use). The Outlander has a very generous power train warranty and comes with the initial three oil change services included. The horsepower is modest but more than adequate for city and suburban driving, and the CVT seems well mated to the engine and drives very smoothly. If Mitsubishi added a turbocharged version, that would certainly boost the acceleration.

I had 515 credit and they were able to get me in a all white Benz with all the bells and whisles. im SO HAPPY with my purchase and how easy it was, if you literally have 2-3k down they will work with you and get you in your dream car. I bought a 2015 OS ES 4wd brand new. Once we had our second child in 2022 we outgrew it. My mom now drives it… it has 180k on it and we literally have NEVER had to do anything more than routine maintenance. We live in MN and this thing rips through the snow. The 4wd is far superior in the snow compared to awd. I bought a 2017 outlander to replace my 2015 Outlander Sport. It also has the 2.4L engine which is why I wanted it. It’s not as fancy on the interior as some vehicles but Anyone that actually drives one of these will tell you how reliable they are. We have a family and live in a suburb so the most important features for us are reliability, safety, fuel economy, and affordability which Mitsubishi hits all the marks!

The service department drop off bay is new and high end with the service staff visible in the air conditioned bay. The waiting areas are plentiful with multiple locations to sit in comfortable chairs. Speciality coffee machines are available along with filtered water outlets. Bathrooms are clean and efficient. Sergio went above and beyond to manage the service of my car.

Gas mileage could use some work. Tech is somewhat outdated but works fine for what I need. Overall a decent buy for those on a budget.

I just got new Equinox EV with good discounts and payment rate applied for... But car cleanup n readiness should be a bit better for delivery.

We bought ours in the Summer of 2019. Just passed 14k and we hardly ever use gas! At about .80 cents for 25 mile charge you can't beat it. Comfortable, luxurious ride. Excellent Leather Seats. Plug up to a regular house outlet with charger provided with vehicle. Best vehicle we have ever owned.

Just purchased an SEL touring. So far I love the car. I love the leather seats. Heated steering wheel (only heats up parts of the wheel), panoramic roof, and sound system. Room for improvements would be gas mileage and range so far highest I’ve seen is 26.4. The Heads up display is a bit limited since Mitsubishi used a flip up screen instead of casting it onto the windshield. I find it hard to get it perfect for my level of driving but I do like having the feature. Also, I think the infotainment could use a bit of tweaking. It looks decent but outdated. As others have stated, the 360 camera is blurry but it’s my first car to have one and it’s pretty accurate. Overall I think the cross is about a 6-7 out of 10. It’s not the best small cuv that you can get, but I personally think it’s a good value especially when Mitsubishi offers rebates.

Great first brand new car. I have seen these with 300k+ miles 2022 and 2023 miles. I got max loaded 2024 SEL or GT Premium Model. All wheel control is awesome in snow, I have seen people saying its better or even up to par with Subaru's symmetric AWD.

Feel like I got a great deal on a leftover 2024 Outlander SEL trim with the technology package. My only real complaint is that it could use a bit more power, off the line it’s ok, but when you need it the most it lags. They could swap this out for a more powerful engine or turbo. I definitely will most likely upgrade this to the PHEV model once’s it’s refreshed for 2026. Love the options, the Mi Pilot assist is very responsive and overall I feel safe in the vehicle. Mitsubishi deserves some love for this vehicle!!! So far no issues at all approaching 1600 miles driven.

I bought a 2016 Silverado Double Cab for my Daughter that is graduating this 2026 school year back in September of 2025. The truck was lifted up a bit, and when I mention it being a little high for my daughter, Ali offered to lower it to stock height for me. He did my paperwork with no hassle, the price was fair and comparable to others I had looked at in the area. He put my daughter's name on the paperwork for me, we did the deal and I drove out of there a happy camper! When I couldn't get the inspection done for the plates since I was working out of town, he just let me handle it when I got back, what a guy! Now my daughter is loving driving her ride to school. Well this is the first one I've ever owned. It only has 75,000 miles which is nice. The only thing is that I wish the dealership would have added the extra key with it. It only came with one key and key fob. Also didn't have the owner's manual which the dealership did get the owner's manual but the other information like to start up guide and the maintenance schedule was not with it. So I guess I'll have to try to order that. Looks like it's going to cost between $200 and $350 for a key.the dealership should have just got an extra key and added the cost onto the price of the vehicle.
