TLDR: Great price on used F150. Price on cars.com was the honored sales price. No crazy dealer add-ons. Even with financing, I was in and out in about an hour. Great experience. Worked with Chelsea. Texted and e-mailed ahead to inquire about online price and any silly add-ons. She confirmed. I was still half suspect until I saw the contract and it was all in order. Nothing like the hundreds or $1000+ some dealers add for "refurbish fees" or "protective coating" and such. Got a little pressure from financing for the warranty and had to say no several times, but I expected as much. In all, it was a very straightforward, stress-free, quick buying experience and I'd definitely consider buying there again.

We did a lot of comparison between the F250 and other American made pick up models. In our opinion, the 2026 F250 platinum model offered the best value for our purposes. We are very pleased so far.

Everything went perfect at the dealership From salesman, Carlos Carter and his team being very friendly, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. They were able to secure financing quickly for me. Once at the dealership everything moved quickly. I viewed the vehicle, test drove it, and signed my paperwork. Overall great experience.

This is my 4th RAM 1500 and is, so far, the best I have owned. The interior is much more appealing to the eye, the user interface on the large display is second to none, and for a tech geek like me, it really seals the deal. The sound this truck makes when started or when gassing it sound much more like a sports car than a truck. It has plenty of room for 5 people to be comfortable. What an amazing truck.

I had not the best service experience here back in 2021, so I’ve been hesitant returning over the last several years even though it’s literally across the street. I realized I judged far too harshly on one experience. After a frustrating buying process with another dealer that didn’t work out, I finally bit the bullet to shop for the Tucson I was searching for and reached out. just bought my 2026 equinox, not to happy with the snow Ice mode vs having AWD , on thing I would change is getting the AWD that also has a off road package. I am also not happy with not being able to add roof racks after market. Do very much enjoy the added space unlike my 2018 equinox it is definitely bigger and more spacious. gas mileage is good . the interior is very nice and love the heated steering wheel as a standard now. overall I rate my 2026 a 4/5

just now I literally can’t put it all in the review, but I’ll summarize with, “This was the first time I had a pleasurable experience at a dealership” Nelson was the salesperson I worked with, but I think they all operate on a professional level. I’d recommend the place to anyone, but I am most impressed by how fast they found me the car I wanted and helped me decide based on all the options I had. I even got some education in the Certification process for an Audi Pre-Owned. I’ll be back to pick up a gently used A4 Allroad once someone is kind enough to trade one in!

Everyone here was amazing, found the exact truck I wanted! The paperwork process was fast and paperless. Brian from sales was the best. Everyone was courteous and outgoing.

I had a 2021 CRV and was involved in an accident and I have no doubt that because how well it was constructed that it saved me from serious injuries. I then replaced the 2021 CRV with a 2026 CRV.

Kyle Leckey is one of the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with, low pressure and will work for you. Steve finance does a phenomenal job. General manager David Kohler is a phenomenal person to work with on the higher level at a dealership. I have purchased many vehicles from Chapman Ford and will continue to do so. Their service department is exemplary also.

Chris was super - friendly, helpful and informative. The car was done much more quickly than I expected. The only problem was that the electronic car wash coupon didn't work at the car wash.

Tim Beal is my new service advisor at Chapman Ford because my service advisor (also Chapman) retired. Tim is awesome! He makes sure everything is perfect with my Mustang. It needed some engine work, and he stayed in touch with me and made sure all parts and equipment were new factory parts... nothing but the best! My Mustang has 80,000 miles, and it runs like a new car!! Tim is great, and all the employees at Chapman Ford are EXCELLENT!

We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. I purchased my first Subaru from the Superstore of Chandler and overall it was an excellent experience. From the moment we walked into the lot, Jack greeted us and ensured us if we needed any help they could assist. I ended up test driving a Forester and Ascent with Griz and felt completely comfortable at ease with no pressure to make an immediate decision. After visiting other local dealers and test driving a few other vehicles, I settled on a Forester a week later. We returned to the Chandler location and Kris ended up helping us find a great deal on a touring trim. Brian, in finance, walked through all the paperwork and it was a very easy process.
