This dealership is great. They know how to communicate efficiently with the client, which is 99% of the battle when you take your car in for service. Josh Spenst, the service advisor, was great to work with as well.

I have the 1500 double cab with standard bed. The reason I have this vehicle is I really like the 6.5 foot bed. The crew cab with same bed is just too long. The things I dislike about this model is that it only comes in the SLE model. For the 2025 that means the external mirrors do NOT have a power fold in and it does not have a seat memory for more that one driver. The power fold in for the mirrors is extremely important to me.

I took my 2015 Corolla in for Emissions, oil change and tire rotation at 66k miles. They found my rear brakes needed adjustment. I realized that I had been having to push the pedal harder when stopping. They adjusted them for a very good price and all service was completed quickly as promised. Brakes are feeling much better now. I'm glad they caught it because brake fade is one of those slow, gradual things that changes over time and you really don't think about. I'm loving the 2025 Hybrid Sport-L. Honda put just the right amount of luxury features to make this the "sweet spot" of the Hybrid line-up. Only quibbles (and they are small) would be the slight lack of power from 40mph to 70mph and the lack of mud flaps/guards on the Hybrid models (easy and cheap to add on). I've average 32 city and about 38 highway. With its relatively small gas tank, I'm average 400-450 miles per tank at about $30 per fill up.

Loved my Outback from the beginning. However I was sure the salesman that sold me the Outback said I had a lifetime of oil changes etc. So when I brought it in the first time for a change, I was surprised to be charged and I did question that salesman. I am still sure that was part of the deal. Next thing was my transmission was leaking and I talked to an excellent CS lady last year. I got a rental and my SUV was fixed and I continue to love the Outback. Last Sunday, I noticed a leak on my garage floor same as before, so I immediately called on Monday to get my SUV back in to you. The last repair was done 3/2/22 so I assumed it would be covered under your warranty. I asked your CS rep, Dia to make sure it was before I drove all the way into Salt Lake. When she acted a little hesitant about the dates, I assumed. I asked her to verify her info with her supervisor, which she put me on hold and did. When I arrived at your dealership for the work, I was informed that it also had a 12,000 mile or 1 year. I was not told that. Your customer service was excellent. It appears it was not my transmission, but an O ring covered by warranty. They checked out my transmission, fixed the O ring, aligned and washed my Out back. I was very pleased and would now recommend you to anyone and would buy another SUV from you It does appear, that you listen to your customers. And I have learned to double check when someone tells me something is covered. I am impressed that your staff believed me. You have turned a not so satisfied customer into a valued one. Thank you. I can honestly say buying a used car through Mercedes Benz of Salt Lake City was the best experience I’ve had buying a car through a dealership. All the employees were great to work with. The salesman was the absolute best. The price was good and working out the details was an enjoyable experience. You can easily tell that they value their customers. I will definitely consider them first on my next purchase.

We just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee 4XE from this dealership yesterday. Gnoffo helped us out first, and we came back later that night and Mason finished our deal up. Both of these guys are awesome!!! There was no pressure at the dealership, I knew what kind of price I wanted on the Jeep and they were happy to work with me to give us the deal we we looking for. Gus in finance was also professional and got us in an out of finance in about 10 minutes! We got an awesome car, at a great price, and I strongly recommend anyone in the market for a car to give this dealership a call and ask for Mason or Gnoffo.

Had a great experience here. Brad with sales was really knowledgeable and made the process feel comfortable and easy. They took their time to find me the color jeep I was looking for.
