The only concern I have is that they removed the buttons that activate garage doors claiming that the latter may be done by using the iPhones apps. Replacing one button push with multiple app activation and pushing multiple buttons is the WRONG WAY to go. I did not notice that when I traded-in the previous Honda Hybrid. I will check int he future, because this will be a a BUY-NOBUY ISSUE in future. This car is my wife's car. When I replace mine Honda, this will be my first consideration.

Heather was very helpful and kept in contact. There were some bumps in the process because of parts not being available, other than that it was fine. They do need to get more courtesy cars for people to drive that belong to them so people don’t have to do through rental agencies and maybe wash the cars after the service or at least offer a was and a vacuum. I’m sure consumers would love that. Offer a showroom experience.

I moved up from an f350 to an F450. I was shocked to learn the turning radius was much shorter. The wheel,brakes and tires are also larger. I love this truck. I use it to haul our 5th wheel RV and 3 horse trailer. If you're on the fence between an f350 and f450 DRW. I'd do the f450.

I had a fender bender with my car. I researched my options to take my car for bodywork. I was very pleased to see Rob Sight's dealership on the insurance list. I was fortunate enough to see Rob when I was out there. He took the time to look at my car and give me some very good information. I was very please with the Collision Center and the manager Randy did such a nice job of informing where they were with the car and when I would be able to pick up. He was very gracious when I talked to him. I wasn't waiting around for any calls. I would recommend anyone to take there car there. I don't think it matters what kind of car you have. Rob Sight Collision Center was listed with my insurance company as a preferred center to call. My insurance company hit the nail on the head, so to speak.

Oakes Kia had a 2024 Mustang GT with all the options I was looking for. I have been in automotive sales and sales management for 6 years. So I am incredibly critical when on this side of the transaction. That being said this was the best car buying experience I have had in my life and its not even close. Blake Reynolds was my salesperson and he was amazing. Responded to all my questions promptly and with enthusiasm. Sent me a great video of the car before my arrival. Had it cleaned and full of gas when I got there. He had me geniuinely excited to do business with them. Blake and his manager Christian were very transparent and fair during negotiations. I geniunely feel like I got a great deal. Since I am in the business I am very familiar with vehicle values, so not only do I feel like I got a great deal, I actually know I got a great deal so if you're considering shopping here I can tell you it is most likely a great deal! They are a volume dealer so they don't try to make much money per client. That is great for the client lol. Erick Phillips has treatment us well for years. We made the mistake of buy a car elsewhere and ended up getting screwed with a bunch of add ones. Any time we buy a car from metro ford they always treat us well and don't sell us anything we don't want. We will always buy from them.

I currently have a 2025 Ford Maverick truck that I purchased brand new off the lot in June 2025. It currently has 1735.0 miles on it, to date this truck has been an excellent vehicle in every respect. I am very pleased with the gas mileage I'm getting both in town and on the freeway. 23 city/ 34 hwy. IT does ride like a truck, because after all that's what it is. It handles very good both in town and on the highway. It's very roomy inside, for just the wife and myself. I am somewhat disappointed in the paint job, as it seems to get scratched and smudged pretty easy. Have to look it over every couple of days. I would gladly recommend the Maverick truck to anyone looking for a smaller truck, not want to tow or haul large loads. It has become my daily driver, and I'm able to leave my 2025 Nissan Pathfinder parked more or for longer road trips where the comfort is more desired. David Kiel

I visited Shawnee Mission Kia for service. While I thought service was a bit overpriced the customer service provided was excellent. While buying a car at the dealership was not a good experience. I am glad I got the service warranty because my relationship with the service team will be great.
