I am enjoying the vehicle so far. It was used by the General Manager of the dealership before I bought it. It is spacious and comfortable, although the Rock Creek suspension doesn't give as good a ride as my 2018 Pathfinder did. The Android Auto feature is very useful. It gets good gas milage on the highway in the 4WD "ECO" mode, but the shut off/start at lights is noticeable and takes some getting used to. My last Pathfinder was very reliable overall--we'll see about this one, which has more electronics.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and fair succinctly describe my experience. It was a five star experience for sure. They took me in early and serviced my Jetta quick. Thanks for putting the customer back in customer service.

The Joe Basil dealership family includes a Classic Car dealer. I have purchased 2 classics from this dealer. Both vehicles were transported to Texas with transport worked into the deals. Both cars were bought site unseen - first time to ever do that for me! Sight unseen was quite nerve-wracking for me. I currently have a 2025 Ford Maverick truck that I purchased brand new off the lot in June 2025. It currently has 1735.0 miles on it, to date this truck has been an excellent vehicle in every respect. I am very pleased with the gas mileage I'm getting both in town and on the freeway. 23 city/ 34 hwy. IT does ride like a truck, because after all that's what it is. It handles very good both in town and on the highway. It's very roomy inside, for just the wife and myself. I am somewhat disappointed in the paint job, as it seems to get scratched and smudged pretty easy. Have to look it over every couple of days. I would gladly recommend the Maverick truck to anyone looking for a smaller truck, not want to tow or haul large loads. It has become my daily driver, and I'm able to leave my 2025 Nissan Pathfinder parked more or for longer road trips where the comfort is more desired. David Kiel

I was looking for a small, lightweight vehicle that I could flat-tow behind my motor home. Fewer and fewer vehicles are able to do so. Reading up on the new Maverick showed it would work for me. I liked the style and features of the XLT model. I visited a local Ford dealer and test-drove one. I was impresses with the interior space and comfort and the 13" touch screen. The hybrid model averages 42 mpg around town. The 4.5'pick-up bed serves my purposes.

I love my new Subaru hybrid Crosstrek comfortable bigger screen, easy to manage everything right at your fingertips has plenty of zip and go. gas mileage is great. What's not to love?

Prior to buying a 2021 Subaru OutbackXT we had never owned a Subaru. We were looking to replace a Toyota Rav4 and began searching for alternatives. We had driven an Outback our Daughter was given as a Service Loaner. We really liked the car, but it seemed really underpowered. Therefore, when Subaru introduced the XT (Turbo) we decided to drive it. The XT option made all the difference in the world and we bought the vehicle. We have been very pleased with the car. What we really like is the road feel when driving the Outback. It actually feels like driving a car, not the top heavy feel so many SUV's seem to have. That was the primary reason we got rid of the Rav4. My Wife just didn't like the feel of driving the car. Now to the Crosstrek. It feels like driving a shortened version of the Outback. It has a very nice road feel and doesn't seem to have the top heavy feel either. Our Daughter had a Crosstrek several years ago. It was a very nice functional car but, again, it severely lacked power. The Hybrid HP has taken care of that. It does not at all feel like the dog it used to be as far as acceleration. This is not to say we're speed freaks, but it is nice to have the acceleration for those moments of merging into traffic and getting around other drivers on the road. Like our Outback, my biggest gripe of both cars is the lack of interior storage space for personal items, but that's a small gripe. Overall, we like both cars very much. They are very practical and seem to be very well made. After years of driving Mazda, Toyota and Honda's we now own 2 Subaru's. Thus far we are very pleased with both. Living in Northern Ohio, it's a bonus having 2 AWD vehicles.

I was planning to buy a luxury brand and test drove the BMW 3 series, the Audi A4, and the Lexus ES300. I then, due to reviews on Consumer Reports, tested the Subaru Legacy in it's top form, the Touring XT with a 260 HP engine, and I was blown away. Almost as quick as the BMW but rode smoother and quieter. Not as smooth and quiet as the Lexus, but more fun to drive. The Audi seemed cramped and the dealer was a disappointment. The Legacy interior was the most attractive in my opinion, has 4 wheel drive, a great sound system, and ended up being my favorite of the 4 cars, regardless of price. When you consider how competitive (or better) the Legacy is compared to the other 3 cars, and that I saved $13,000 on the price, it was a no brainer. It's really sad the Legacy is being discontinue, but all my comments also apply to the Outback Touring XT. The Legacy is a great car at a bargain price.

Bought the Legacy Touring XT model. Previously owned Lexus and Infinitis, and this is a good or better than those cars. Smooth handling and responsive engine/ride. Dashboard is easier to use than expected. Nice connection to Airplay. Speakers are great. Safety systems are very good. Leather is luxurious. I would never have selected this car if I didn't already own a Forrester, which is also well built. I feel like I bought a luxury car for a 15K discount if not more

The car does not drive well when there is snow on the road. And the tech did not reset the car when I had the oil changed.

Basil Volkswagen offered me the best deal on my VW Tiguan than any other dealership. The staff was absolutely wonderful! Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. I would just say to be sure to test drive your brand new car before purchasing I love my new Tiguan although, it's my 3rd one. I will shop at Basil again for my next VW, hopefully, the Atlas Sport.

Replaced my 10 yr old Legacy as 2025 is the last model year. I loved my 2015 Legacy. Very reliable and no issues at all at 122k. Hoping for the same. The 2025 has some nice improvements. So far, so good!
