Isaac Johnson and the team at Apple Ford Shakopee (AFS) are amazing, simply put. I don?t have many words for how great of a service that was provided to me in my time there. I was truly blown away. I was just coming off a terrible experience at another Ford dealership in the Twin Cities area, a dealership my family and I have bought numerous cars from. I was really hoping for a place that listened to my situation and was genuinely happy to help me find the right car. And man, did I find that person in Isaac Johnson. Right from the start, Isaac listened to my situation about my current vehicle and immediately started finding me a vehicle that I liked and was in my price range. After finding an Escape that I really liked, Isaac and the team at AFS worked hard to get me a fair trade value and also some extra discounts from Ford themselves that really helped alleviate the stress on a high car payment. I ended up in the same range for a monthly payment as my previous Escape, but except this one is new and has no mileage as opposed to 3 years old and 50,000 miles. I was so relieved to hear that was going to be the case, but I was hesitant to make the decision right then and there. That?s where I was blown away again by their excellent customer service. They let me take the car home for a trial run for a day to see how I liked it, then could come back the next day to finish up. That right there made my decision. While I enjoyed testing the car to make sure I truly liked it, the great customer service I received already made the decision easy for me. Isaac sent me the link to my credit application over the phone, so I could fill it out during the day and be able to make all the long financial paperwork we all experience when buying a new car all but easier and in a shorter amount of time. I will be going back to AFS for all of my new car business, and even my service business, moving forward. I am so thankful to Isaac and the team there, and I look forward to passing along the good word to my family and friends so they can have a great car buying experience there as well.

My 2008 Ford Taurus X is STILL awesome in 2024, and I am presently looking to add another for my family - if I can find one with less than 200,000, has heated leather seats (the driver’s seat heat is notoriously always broken - including in mine - which remedied with a remote starter), and an automatic automatic liftgate.

We were looking for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and they had several to choose from. The 1st Crossfire that I owned was an alabaster white one with the cedar and dark slate interior, I loved the car, but I traded it in on a 2005 Roadster in Aero Blue Pearlcote with a two-tone grey interior. I loved the car as much as the white one, but this one had some flaws from an accident that the dealer didn't tell me about. It was nice enough but I fell in love with a Mini Cooper. I regret getting rid of the white one so much that I am looking for one now. I found one in Virginia. It's a bit pricey But I want it none-the-less.

My 2010 Dodge Avenger Sxt V6 is an absolute blessing at 234,000 miles. This is a ride or die type of car. I have only had to do basic maintenance. I cannot explain how dependable and overall how great this car is. I understand some are better than others, but I have driven this car nonstop, including back and forth to Cincinnati from Indianapolis over a matter of 3 years every weekend, and this car still amazes me to this day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have had my 2003 Chevy Venture LS for over 2 years now here in May ,2022. I bought it on the internet in the USA while I was in Europe for $2,000 she now has 202,500 miles on her. She has been a fantastic used Van. There are several minor things you might need to look at.One was the brake lights heating up and burning out...easy fix...use LED bulbs...No heat..no burn out...Headlight housings are made of cheap plastic and so are all the replacement ones they will all cloud up and get dull..No need to try any sprays or whatever to protect new ones it won't work..try and clean up old ones is the best you can do...LED's work great there too might have to re aim them...front blinkers to should be changed to LED no heat low power draw..They will blink faster but no big deal don't mess with fixing that...have the oil changed every 3 thou and it should last you a long time. I am surprised how fast she can get going and I have her loaded up all the time...get's 20 mpg and better with a heavy load..Prices for these and all have gone crazy the world has gone crazy...if you can find a clean one that has been taken care of for under 3...4 thou and under 100 thou miles buy her.... I would...

Today I picked my car up from the Lexus dealerships for routine major maintenance service. Nothing serious; routine fluid change...transmission fluid, transfer case, engine coolant, rear differential. And tire rotation. I have driven this car since April 2020. This is my third dealership visit; the past two were for oil changes. After this third major inspection, the 2011 Lexus LS 460L continues to check out as okay. All is well. Thank you Dan and Kim. The AUDI S6 V10 is a special car. The handling and performance of the vehicle are beyond compare. It is rare to see another on the road and I get compliments every time I take it out. Only caveat is that it must be maintained according to the schedule and you will have no issues. I would buy it again and my favorite car of the several that I have owned and own.

I found CarVici because they had a hard to find, super clean, low mileage Xterra. Great purchase experience with some nice guys. Will work with them again.

Excellent Customer Care. My forte was hard to diagnose why it stalled. They kept at it and finally found the root of the problem. They kept me informed through out this process. Exhibited Care and Concern for me. Making sure car was fixed before I went back into it. Sent a Lyft to pick me up and warmed up my car. Second to none.

this 2013 avenger 2.4ltr engine....hey...its not the v6...but the 340 v8 is not the 440....in a ford....the 351 is not a 427...yet those are all good engines....the four cylinder gets going quite nicely...its 173 hp in a 3200 lb car...thats pretty good...final gear is 3:91...(is that correct)...thats a nice final gear....that helps to get this 4 cyl moving...

Apart from no knowing what servicing has been done on the car before I bought it from TESLA! It's been okay two drives to UK from Norway the car has 150.000 Kms. They hadn't checked recalls, but fixed the front driveshafts & Suspension arms (recall). Nice bunch at Tesla Trondheim. Overall very happy with them, not so much with Tesla Skøyen in Oslo who were terrible.

I bought my first electric car from Pavel 3 or 4 years ago. Pavel is the first person I think of for an upgrade.

Great car for trips around the city. A blast to drive. Good range. Maneuvers really well in tight spaces. I’m 6’ 2” and there’s plenty of room in front and back seats. Easy to charge. Inexpensive to maintain. However, the bench seats are extremely uncomfortable. Back up beep is way too loud and annoying. Not worth the price unless there are substantial state and federal incentives.
