I had I talked to Brandyn sFew days earlier and he emailed me all the vehicles that were in my parameters. When I got there he had one upfront ready to look yet . I took my time looking over all the vehicles which took a while and he was very patient, we picked one out and he got the ball rolling. We made it very smooth and relatively quick to hit the road.
We drove from Eau Claire, Wisconsin to Lakeville, MN to look at a few Durango???s we saw on the internet. Bob was the salesperson we were introduced to, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and Bob even bought us lunch! I really liked how they laid out our options; purchasing vs leasing. It really helped up make a more informed decision. We feel we got a great deal and I love my Durango. The only thing that I would change is that it took about 10 minutes or so before anyone initially greeted us. Besides that, it was a great experience.

My salesman, Shayne Goodson, was terrific. We went through the whole process smoothly and effortlessly. The vehicle detailing that was done before I took possession wasn't all that great, but other than that, the service was great. I loved the fact that so many military veterans worked there.

I went in to see the car I picked out online. Met with Mallory, she was very professional. She stayed focused on the task at hand, which was to help me purchase a car. She didn't get side-tracked or leave me waiting. She got me in/out and on with my day in about half the time that I planned. She treated me as a serious buyer and was super polite. I hope my next car purchasing experience is with her.
Slavic was a very friendly face to see when I came in. He was very informative and took his time to walked me through the details of the car. He noticed that I was cold and offered me coffee which was very mindful. His personality is simply magnetic! Last but not least, the restroom were clean which was a great plus.
Called in after seeing a large amount of oil under my 2018 Ram. Service got me right in, diagnosed the problem, informed me of situation and fix, fixed it up and had me on my way in no time at all. Overall great job!

I went to Harry Browns Looking for a used Vehicle for my wife . Her Old 2004 Chevrolet Impala, has some major Transmission trouble and a 152,000 miles on it so I felt it was time to replace. I first seen 2017 Chevrolet Impala off Cars .Com at Harry Browns. I had heard many good comments from friends and co workers about Harry Browns so decided that's were I would start my Car search. Well I set up an appointment and then went to see what I could find if anything. Well as I entered the building I was greeted by one of there Employees asking if they could help me and I said I was here to see Chad , and was told he would be right with me and to have a seat. They the Employee offered me Coffee Or a Bottle water which I declined. With in 5 minutes Chad came out and visited with me Explaining he was the Sales Manager and welcome me to Harry Browns. He spent a little time with me explaining what to expect on this visit and that my time with them was of the highest priority . He then Introduce me to Product Specialist name Brandon Vance. And said he would take me out and look at some vehicles and test drive them and answer any question I may have. Well as I spent time with Brandon, him and I talked quite a bit about the types of Vehicles and what to expect. As I mention Earlier I originally went there thinking I wanted an another Impala for my wife but as I test drove the different Vehicles I found out a lot about Chevy Equinox which I determined would be a better replacement for my wife. I then ask Brian if I could drive the car to Pick -up My Wife and see what she thought. Upon returning with her it was decided we would go ahead and purchased the Equinox. From there Brandon, Took us through the process of purchasing that vehicle and once all the paper work was done he spent Quality Time with my Wife and I explaining all the different features of the vehicle we purchased. Keeping in mind we are both in our late 60`s and are not very computer savvy. Well in the end we both left with our New Car very well satisfied. I have to give everyone we dealt with at Harry Browns a big Thank You ! And A special thanks to the Excellent Job Brandon Vance , did for us. We would diffently Buy another Vehicle from them in the future and highly recommend them to everyone we know. Again GREAT EXPERIENCE!
the service reps are always polite and professional. They have serviced both CR-Vs pretty much exclusively for 10 years. I have never once had any issues with the repairs--done right once. Turn around always same day and usually in 1-2 hours (except routine oil change which is faster)The customer lounge is spacious and they even have private areas to work while you wait. They have shuttle service to drop off and pickup when done--the whole thing top to bottom is great
Amy Mattick was excellant to work with, quick to respond, and very knowledgeable. After dicsussing with her what I was looking for in a used car she provided options to discuss and was very willing to answer questions. Very pleased with the experience and would defintely recommend BMW Minnetonka to family and friends.
WOW. I shopped around for probably 8 hours this past weekend and Mazda was my last stop (wish it was my first). I am thoroughly impressed with the overall service and help that Cody L. provided me. I had lots of questions, and he had lots of answers. I walked in tired, annoyed, and honestly just over car shopping (remember, out 8 hours already) and he was just so positive and up beat that it made it such a great experience from the moment I stepped foot in the door, to the moment I left with new car keys in hand. EVERYTHING felt easy. Thank you Morries Mazda for doing a wonderful job overall! I am extremely pleased and will absolutely be returning for my next one.
