Our salesman, Dan was great to work with. He was patient with our needs and we had an overall pleasant experience. Nice selection of vehicles as well as a clean and organized dealership.
2023 Nissan Altima review
Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

St. Charles ToyotaReviews
St. Charles Toyota review
I had been searching for a very specific RAV4 and found exactly what I was looking for at xx. Charles Toyota. I called and spoke with Bob Pearson, then met with him after work that same day, close to their closing time. Bob gave me the best test drive experience I've ever had. He showed me everything the model was known for, along with features and capabilities I hadn't seen or heard about before. He was never pushy—only informative, patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. With more than 10 years at the dealership, it was clear that he knew the vehicle inside and out. I left that evening without purchasing the RAV4, but I contacted Bob the next day to let him know that not only was he the best salesperson I had ever worked with, but I had decided to purchase the vehicle I test drove. Bob went above and beyond by coming in on his day off to meet with me to ensure everything went smoothly with the purchase. Izzy made sure the vehicle was spotless and filled the gas tank before delivery. The financing process was seamless, and Toyota was able to offer me a fantastic rate. Before I left, Bob stayed with me to help set up my personal preferences and vehicle settings, making sure I was comfortable with everything and had all my questions answered. This was, without question, the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I will be a loyal customer of xx. Charles Toyota for years to come and will happily recommend Bob, Izzy, and the entire dealership to family and friends. Thank you for making this such an enjoyable and stress-free experience!

CarMax IndependenceReviews
CarMax Independence review
Just recently purchased a Nissan Kicks at the Independence CarMax, we had previously purchased a Nissan Sentra {about 2 weeks prior) but we found it eventually getting into the vehicle difficult for the age as I am getting older (seventies in my case) the Kicks we have now is a wonderful vehicle. Rick Gross was our salesperson. He did a wonderful job explaining every aspect of our purchase. Matthew and Sharon handle the financial side of our purchase and also was clear on 30-day refund policy and purchase of our Kicks. I would highly recommend this CarMax in Independence; they took time to give us peace of mind on our new Nissan Kicks.

CarMax Kenosha review
We test drove a vehicle here and had a really great experience. The salesman, Tim, was phenomenal - very friendly and informative; I would highly recommend anyone ask for him if they visit! We were able to fully inspect the car, including getting it up onto a lift. The entire process was easy, low-pressure, and customer-focused. We ended up purchasing a different car from a dealership where we had a horrible buying experience, which has definitely convinced me that the CarMax sales model is absolutely the way to go. I will definitely be coming to CarMax first for my next purchase. This is just the better way to buy a car.

Advantage ChevroletReviews
Advantage Chevrolet review
I had an excellent experience at this dealership from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding – everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They respected my time, kept the process, efficient, made everything straightforward, and stress-free. What stood up most was their honesty in their pricing. There were no games or unnecessary pressure tactics. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain to everything clearly, and worked with me to obtain the vehicle I came in for. It’s rare to find a dealership that values both customer experiencing and efficiency, but this team definitely does. I truly appreciated. How smooth the entire process was and how much they cared about making sure I was comfortable with my decision. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free car buying experience.

I have driven Nissan vehicles for many years. I find them stylish, dependable, comfortable, & fuel efficient. And, the safety features are great! They are also price competitive with similar manufactures vehicles. My 2923 is a good looker and exceeds my expectations.
