Everyone was kind and willing to help. They also had a great sense of humor. Normally I hate going to dealerships, but this experience wasn?t bad at all.
2024 Nissan Altima review
Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Lake Elsinore HondaReviews
Lake Elsinore Honda review
I came into Lake Elsinore Honda for a windshield calibration and transmission drain N fill. Tyler was very helpful in answering my questions regarding the windshield calibration which was a little tricky because I was told by the glass installer that my camera needed to be replaced. As it turned out the glass was installed incorrectly and Tyler sent me pictures and showed me the issue in person. Tyler also noted that my transmission seal was leaking and he made an appointment for next weekend to have that fixed. I just started coming to Lake Elsinore Honda a couple years ago when I purchased a 2022 Civic and I have found all the employees very knowledgeable and helpful . . . and they do it with a smile.

Inquired on a BMW they had advertised, was quickly contacted via text by Melissa where we spoke for a bit and she answered all my questions. I scheduled an appointment and delt with Luis the sales rep and T the finance manager who were really nice and knowledgable about the whole experience. Over all i got a great deal on my 4 series with exactly where i wanted to be at as far as monthly payment and APR :) thanks UAC!

Ryan was so helpful. We initially went to the Montclair Nissan because we were getting error messages on the car, but were told to go to our “home” dealership. Ryan attended to us with professionalism and urgency. Our car was diagnosed, fixed, and ready to go in a timely manner. The customer service and the knowledge of the staff is top tier. I will always come back here.

My salesman was Mason. He is new to car sales and I had the privilege of being his first sale. He was very attentive. Didn't pressure me at all. Took time to help me find what I needed. Me being a single mom, his manager Julio understood my budget and circumstance. Everyone was great. I'll tell all my friends about them.

Cerritos InfinitiReviews
Cerritos Infiniti review
I recently went in to have my vehicle inspected, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Krysta, the service representative, truly went above and beyond to accommodate me. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, but Krysta exceeded all expectations. She kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend this location, especially if you have the chance to work with Krysta—you won’t be disappointed -Doris

Orange Coast Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat review
I've purchased many many new cars and I know what I expect out of a dealership and a sales person. And I am familiar with how to achieve and what is a fair deal. I was very very satisfied dealing with Marissa and this dealership. I've got a new Grand Cherokee Limited in my driveway and I know I've gotten a good deal on it. Good job Marissa. You know your stuff.

Excellent overall experience. Sales representative was not the most knowledgeable, but was very attentive. The facility was clean and sales did not apply pressure. Representative made several follow-up calls which were appropriate and helpful to my search.
