We bought a '23 Tahoe Z71 and the sales process couldn't have been more seamless. Our salesman, Paul Degrazia, was terrific and made the purchase an enjoyable process, which is pretty rare. We came to terms quickly and we were finished within a couple hours. We love the vehicle and definitely recommend Bill Kay and Paul.

Schaumburg Kia review
Overall very nice people and efficient service. 1 suggestion: you need more signage. Coming in from the Plum Grove entrance I made a good guess that the service bays were on the west end of your campus and just happened to guess correctly. Some signage at the entry points would be most helpful. Also, when I came to pick up my car, I came to the same spot I dropped it off and stood there for a few minutes before a nice person behind the desk (it's hard making eye contact since screens are set high on the desk and block all staff members faces) took pity on me and asked if I was there to pick up my car. He then kindly pointed me to the waiting room door and told me to go left, then walk a bit,and then look for the cashier's sign on the left. The waiting area is lovely but a few signs would be helpful to guide people where they need to go. And perhaps a tip at drop off time that the pick-up point is with the cashier. Just some thoughts.

I recently purchased my third vehicle from Jeff at Hawk Ford in St charles. He was a pleasure to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend visiting him. He helped transfer a vehicle from one dealership to another, he explained all the purchasing options, and made the whole buying process very simple and straightforward.

Star Nissan - ILReviews
Star Nissan - IL review
We brought our 2018 Nissan rogue in for servicing at star Nissan on September 30, 2026. We asked for a multi point vehicle inspection, oil change, CVT flush, brake inspection, tire rotation, and to evaluate the recent battery draining we had been experiencing. It was found that oil was leaking from the engine and the front and suspension had concerns. Initially we, (my wife and I) were skeptical. The additional repairs would leave us without our car for several days. We were without our vehicle for nine days. I wanted to complain about the time it took to get our car back, but the service advisor was able to obtain a loaner car for us, so the wait was not horrible. After receiving our car back on October 8, 2026 we noticed an improved ride. We also smelled antifreeze while driving, but no leaks were noticeable. We are satisfied with the service from Star Nissan. We will return for future servicing.

Al Piemonte FordReviews
Al Piemonte Ford review
My experience pertains specifically to the Ford service department - not the actual car dealership. So this place is clearly under new management. After getting some ridiculous estimates from other mechanics and body shops, I decided to give this place a try…. I got outstanding service from Pat Gavin. He quickly got me estimates which confirmed my suspicions that the other mechanics were trying to gorge me into paying for a bunch of unnecessary repairs. Pat & team were able to fix several problems that had been lingering on my car for several months. I always postponed getting these things fixed because other mechanics wanted literally $5-10k for what seemed like small issues. I’m ecstatic to have finally found someone in this industry that conducts business with (1) integrity and (2) high standards in delivering quality! It’s such a relief to know where to go to get my car fixed without getting guided into a bunch of high priced and unnecessary work. I also got my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off!! Everything from the service to the price to the quality of the work exceeded my highest expectations. 1 month later my car is running as good as new. If only everything in the auto industry (particularly the service & repair industry) was run this way.
2025 Nissan Altima review
I just purchased my third Nissan Altima. It's the best vehicle I have ever owned. After many years of owning this model vehicle, I have NEVER had one breakdown or problem with the vehicle. It is a very durable and dependable car. The Altima is comfortable to drive, and service at Nissan dealerships is always excellent.

Mike worked with me remotely to arrange a great vehicle. I was able to quickly finalize the paperwork at the dealer and drive away in a new car.
2025 Nissan Altima review
Surprising power on the highway. Great gas mileage. Very roomy interior, and the dash and radio buttons and components are very easy to see and use. We chose this over an Accord, initially because the local Honda dealer is crazy, but we like everything about it.

Great prices good service very polite and knowledgeable staff. I bought a car from used car super store. After being tricked by lots of dealers and sales guys I was referred to them by a fiend of mine and I am glad I did go there and ended up buying a car. Very honest and straightforward sales staff.

CarMax Glencoe (Edens Expy) review
I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.
