Always treated like family. Car done when told. Many the service manager is very professional and lucky to have him
2021 Nissan Altima review
The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.

Vision Nissan of CanandaiguaReviews
Vision Nissan of Canandaigua review
My daughter purchased a used Honda CRV here about 2 months ago. There were a few minor issues with the car that were repaired prior to the purchase. That was done as promised. However about 2 weeks after taking possession of the car the safety features were disabled and the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. We brought it back and they had their service Dept. work on it. Fast forward a few days after that repair and it happened again. They took it in and ended up replacing the radar system and re-calibrating the safety features. They did all of this at no cost to us. Manager Thomas Conradt and salesperson, Rachel stack were great throughout the process. They took care of us as they said they would. In todays world of getting stiffed by seemingly everyone, this restored our faith in humanity. Vision Nissan was great! I'd buy another vehicle from them in a heartbeat. In addition to this, they gave us a good price on the car and a fair value for our trade. If you're looking for a car head over there and talk to them. They can help you.

This review is for Jason Gross service manager. I needed an engine replacement in my Ford edge due to coolant intrusion and after talking to Jason within a few days, he had ordered to parts. I brought the car in and a week later I picked it up and it’s been running great ever since then. Thank you again, Jason for all your help you made all the difference in the world, getting this done right and in a timely manner, thank you ! Jerry D.

Wyatt Johnson ToyotaReviews
Wyatt Johnson Toyota review
I am absolutely THRILLED with my experience dealing with ✨ANDREA✨ at Wyatt Johnson Toyota! I recently sold my beloved Camaro in order to buy a 2023 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium, and I couldn’t be happier. Andrea, our saleswoman, was simply amazing. She was so down to earth and ✨easy✨ to talk to! I genuinely looked forward to every visit. Andrea made the entire process feel effortless and, honestly, SO fun. 🤗🤗 Just like most people, I usually despise the car-buying process, but this experience was COMPLETELY different. Andrea made it incredibly enjoyable from start to finish. The 4Runner is pristine, and Andrea went above and beyond: she made sure the gas tank was FULL when we drove it off the lot. Small talk and kind gestures speak volumes to me. When you decide you want to go to Wyatt Johnson, don’t be silly and let the front desk choose a salesperson for you! Ask for Andrea!!! You will literally want to hang out with her after! You will have to have a mini mirror session where you look yourself directly in the eyes and talk yourself out of texting her to ask if you can go to her Halloween party 🤣. That’s how I know I was treated right, not tricked (see what I did there🫣😂) Wyatt Johnson management if you are reading this, give that girl a raise!!! She DESERVES it!!! She is really doing the most, in the best way possible! P.S. I do not know Andrea personally, and no one has bribed me to write this review, I’m just expressing my genuine satisfaction with the service I received! Thank you Andrea!! 🩷🩷 Syanne

I just purchased my third Nissan Altima. It's the best vehicle I have ever owned. After many years of owning this model vehicle, I have NEVER had one breakdown or problem with the vehicle. It is a very durable and dependable car. The Altima is comfortable to drive, and service at Nissan dealerships is always excellent.

2016 Nissan Altima review
I bought my 2016 Altima SL new with 2.5 motor. The SL model has some great options on it! I love this car! 39-47 highway (usually on trips 40 and up, 36 around town. Better than what it said I would get! Very comfortable, great acceleration. Not very many 2016 SL out there. Everything I wanted and with only 51,000 miles. Got lucky with this one!

Adams North Charlotte review
We went by to look at one car but it was out for repairs. Our second choice was available so we took it for a test drive. We were so pleased with the salesman, Amir, who was so calm, helpful, and honest with us about our car options. We thanked him for facilitating such a chill car buying experience.

I'm giving this place a 5-star review at the moment. I have not taken delivery of the vehicle yet, and that's only because of my finances this week and nothing to do with the dealership. So, I will update it with the my delivery experience and some pictures of the car. To be honest there were a few hiccups while finalizing my deal but nothing that would stop me from recommending them at this time. -Sam and Greg were great and did everything they could to get me in the second car of my choice but it is still a car I wanted, so I'm a happy customer. My first car choice deposit was just out of my reach. -Mary in financing was great as well. I was introduced to Karen from financing and she seemed friendly and welcoming. -Last but not least, Mack my salesman. I can not honestly say enough good things about him. Personable, extremely friendly, and honest and was my voice behind the scenes. I honestly felt as though he had my back during the entire time I was there. He isn't one of the salesman that disappears for 90 percent of the time leaving you at a desk just waiting. Yes, I'm talking about a used car salesman, one that I feel you can trust and will do what it takes to earn your business. Thank you, Sam, Greg, Mary and especially Mack with his great customer service skills. -So if you are in the market for a used car I would highly recommend you stop by and see Mack. Thanks again, Scott

2022 Nissan Altima review
I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

Empire Nissan review
Ryan was so helpful. We initially went to the Montclair Nissan because we were getting error messages on the car, but were told to go to our “home” dealership. Ryan attended to us with professionalism and urgency. Our car was diagnosed, fixed, and ready to go in a timely manner. The customer service and the knowledge of the staff is top tier. I will always come back here.

2013 Nissan Altima review
I bought my 2013 Altima Coupe brand new with 11 miles total of me test driving it. I had the car 9 years with no issues and 73,000 miles. My only regret was trading it in on a Jeep which was a nightmare. I miss my Altima and wish I still had it. No issues at all with routine maintenace.
