This review is for Jason Gross service manager. I needed an engine replacement in my Ford edge due to coolant intrusion and after talking to Jason within a few days, he had ordered to parts. I brought the car in and a week later I picked it up and it’s been running great ever since then. Thank you again, Jason for all your help you made all the difference in the world, getting this done right and in a timely manner, thank you ! Jerry D.

Auto Gallery Jacksonville review
I'm giving this place a 5-star review at the moment. I have not taken delivery of the vehicle yet, and that's only because of my finances this week and nothing to do with the dealership. So, I will update it with the my delivery experience and some pictures of the car. To be honest there were a few hiccups while finalizing my deal but nothing that would stop me from recommending them at this time. -Sam and Greg were great and did everything they could to get me in the second car of my choice but it is still a car I wanted, so I'm a happy customer. My first car choice deposit was just out of my reach. -Mary in financing was great as well. I was introduced to Karen from financing and she seemed friendly and welcoming. -Last but not least, Mack my salesman. I can not honestly say enough good things about him. Personable, extremely friendly, and honest and was my voice behind the scenes. I honestly felt as though he had my back during the entire time I was there. He isn't one of the salesman that disappears for 90 percent of the time leaving you at a desk just waiting. Yes, I'm talking about a used car salesman, one that I feel you can trust and will do what it takes to earn your business. Thank you, Sam, Greg, Mary and especially Mack with his great customer service skills. -So if you are in the market for a used car I would highly recommend you stop by and see Mack. Thanks again, Scott

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

I just purchased my third Nissan Altima. It's the best vehicle I have ever owned. After many years of owning this model vehicle, I have NEVER had one breakdown or problem with the vehicle. It is a very durable and dependable car. The Altima is comfortable to drive, and service at Nissan dealerships is always excellent.

Ryan was so helpful. We initially went to the Montclair Nissan because we were getting error messages on the car, but were told to go to our “home” dealership. Ryan attended to us with professionalism and urgency. Our car was diagnosed, fixed, and ready to go in a timely manner. The customer service and the knowledge of the staff is top tier. I will always come back here.

I bought my 2013 Altima Coupe brand new with 11 miles total of me test driving it. I had the car 9 years with no issues and 73,000 miles. My only regret was trading it in on a Jeep which was a nightmare. I miss my Altima and wish I still had it. No issues at all with routine maintenace.

I needed a car so badly. I was on the verge of homelessness and planned to just sleep in my car. Christian helped me out with the entire process and was entirely way too generous! I’m so happy with my new vehicle and also happy to say that I’m not homeless. Because of him and House of Kars I was able to get to and from work and get a new apartment in my name. I will always be a loyal customer and would highly recommend working with Christian!

My interaaction with Ramiz of M&S Auto was genuine and hassle-free. I felt valued and appreciated.
2021 Nissan Altima review
The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.

2022 Nissan Altima review
I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

Terri did a great job of reviewing all of our options and answered all questions thoroughly. She was very pleasant and I would definitely work with her again in the future.
2023 Nissan Altima review
I have driven Nissan vehicles for many years. I find them stylish, dependable, comfortable, & fuel efficient. And, the safety features are great! They are also price competitive with similar manufactures vehicles. My 2923 is a good looker and exceeds my expectations.

Friendly and helpful customer service. Initially, when I went to pick up my vehicle, the roof rails ( for transporting kayaks ) had not been installed. You all fixed the problem right away, and offered to deliver the vehicle TO MY HOUSE the following afternoon. I appreciated that!

Gary was extremely helpful in our efforts to purchase a car. Found a great deal on Cars.com and he did everything he could to help us out. Made the final deal over the phone. We live a distance away and he had the car delivered to us. Bet kind and easy to deal with.

Durham's Auto MartReviews
Durham's Auto Mart review
On 3/3/2025 I began a search for a Nissan 370Z. I began my search in Raleigh which was unsuccessful. So, I saw a listing in Durham at Durham Auto Mart. I called and spoke with Jason Chambers. He told me to come out and view the car in person, which I did. He was so professional and he made sure that I was well taken care of. The bottom line is that he got the deal done and it was done and basically at the terms I needed. Awesome place to purchase, Great customer service. Thank you all!
