White Bear SubaruReviews
White Bear Subaru review
Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

Coast Mazda Port RicheyReviews
Coast Mazda Port Richey review
Travis and Pat at Coast Mazda Port Richey are the real deal. Shopped my trade with Carmax and the big guys, Coast Mazda beat them all. Travis gave me a number over the phone, walked in, and that's exactly what I got. No surprises, no games. Pat made sure my lease was even better than expected. Fast, honest, polite. These guys do business the right way. Ask for Travis, you won't regret it. Thank you Travis and Pat!!!

I purchased a '11 DTS from them and they were very great to work with. Let me take the car for a drive by myself so there was no pressure and I could look it over as much as I wanted. Very easy to negotiate with and I got it at the price I wanted. Even stuck around late to finish the deal even though they had a family function to get to. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

Trey made everything easy this was the easiest car purchase I’ve made to date.
2014 Nissan Frontier review
I had my Nissan Frontier SV6 for 11 years and 215,000 miles. It was still running great but traded it in for something smaller and newer. Pros - Reliable, good power, good for towing, comfortable, handled well, the back seats were fine for a shorter person 5'6" and under and the bed really came in handy. Outside of some abuse the only real non-routine maintenance it needed was the underside rusting out. After 11 years when washed and waxed it still looked great. The 4wd really got me out of some jambs. Decent power. Cons - Underside (exhaust, manifold) rusted out by 100K miles. Had to replace the exhaust twice. Heavy tailgate, no step rear bumper, poor mpg (17 in mixed driving).

Of four offers on my vehicle CarMax was the best, the looked at my vehicle and the final offer was exactly what the internet offer was! It was a simple process. They issued a check on the spot and made us very comfortable. Thank you carmax!!! Best part was the other companies all reached out after the deal was done saying we could beat that deal…..guess y’all should have tried not to lowball up front. I definitely will do business with them again

2014 Nissan Frontier review
WE replaced our 2005 Nissan Frontier King cab with a used 2014 Nissan Frontier King cab with 70,000 miles 3 months ago. We would NOT recommend a king cab but the overall value was to good to pass up. The 2014 has dual climate control which our 2005 didn't. We expect everything else to be similar and having now used it for 5,000 miles, that appears to be true. We purchased a used 2005 Nissan Frontier King cab with 95,000 miles and drove it until it had 280,000 miles. Nissan extended (on paper) the transmission warranty to 100,000 miles (due to a radiator leak defect) but didn't cover our failure even though we reported intermitant problems at 97,000 - it failed at 100,100. Nissan refused to warrant it! The computer inside the transmission had failed causing it to shift incorrectly, damaging a gear. It cost about $3,700 to have it repaired by local shop - Nissan wanted about $7,000! There was only 1 part in the entire country and we had to wait over a week to get it. No other real issues other than individual coil packs failing at 180,000 (cylinder 1), 240,000 (cylinder 3) and 275,000 (cylinder 5). The repairs for cylinders 1 & 3 cost about $60 for the part and about 20 minutes of labor - but cylinder 5 requires removing the intake to get to it and that cost about $350. Fun to drive but mileage sucks! It handles great because it is very stiff (rides like a truck) and the v6 has some 'guts". ALWAYS starts, even at -30 (using synthetic oil changed spring and fall). Nissan needs to fix issues with poor headlights (compared to other manufacturers), gas gage reading wrong just after warranty, climate controls not effective, and evaporator (emissions system) failing happened in 3 out of 5 Nissans we owned and 2 had tecalls) since these same problems have occurred in several of our Nissan vehicals - not just the 2005 Frontier. Nissans will typically rust before other brands. We have also owned 2 Nissan Maximas and a Nissan Altima. Overall, Nissan vehicals are a good value for the money.

Briggs Nissan Buick GMC review
Working with Drew at Briggs Nissan of Manhattan made the car-buying process remarkably smooth and stress-free. From our initial interaction, it was clear that this dealership operates differently—prioritizing genuine relationships over high-pressure sales tactics. Drew took the time to understand our needs and guide us toward the right vehicle, without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. In the end, we felt confident that we reached a fair and mutually beneficial agreement. Gabe in the finance department further reinforced the dealership’s commitment to a seamless experience, handling everything efficiently and transparently. If you’re looking for a dealership that values trust, respect, and long-term relationships, I highly recommend connecting with Drew at Briggs Nissan.

2014 Nissan Frontier review
Never a problem and 142,000 miles. Hit a deer in 2015, airbags did not go off. Replaced everything with new parts. (Large deer and I wasn’t hurt.) I don’t like the body style. I think it looks clumsy, but Datsun/Nissans have always been good for me.
