2022 Nissan Murano review
Drove this car for about 7,000 miles before getting t-boned. The car that hit my Murano, hit right on my driver door at around 40-50 mph I got out of the car with a scratch and a bruise. All in all this car offers amazing ride comfort, a good driving experience, and impeccable safety. I plan on buying another one.

Bought a 2023 SL in Nov. 2024 with 14K miles. Still driving the 2007 SL that has 140K. We love the '23. It's very comfortable, good looking and fun to drive. When it was time to buy I didn't want anything but another Murano.

Walser Nissan BurnsvilleReviews
Walser Nissan Burnsville review
Anthony Pitts is the go-to guy. Let me begin by saying I would rather have a root canal than car shop. I dislike the entire process from overbearing sales people to negotiations ending with the hard sell for all the upgrades. When we arrived at Walser Nissan Burnsville, we had a firm idea of the car, packages and upgrades we wanted, our budget and preferred finance option. We walked in and stood for a couple minutes while people looked at us while walking by. As we tried to figure out who to approach (we used a side door due to construction), Anthony came from the back and immediately walked up to us, introducing himself and shaking our hands. He asked if we were being helped and offered to take us to his desk. Important things I noticed: 1) : Anthony made eye contact with me, shook my hand and didn’t divert communication directly to my husband. Being equal parts of this process it was refreshing to be treated as such. 2) Anthony’s desk is a tall top, I explained that I had just had knee surgery and he immediately moved us to an empty low-top desk. 3) He was authentic in his approach, his communication and his demeanor. Anthony had a trainee (Dante) with him and while we walked Anthony through what we wanted, he was also walking Dante through the process. He was patient and thorough walking both Dante and us, through the process. Anthony is very knowledgeable, personable and genuine. While we waited at various points in the car shopping process (paperwork, financing checks etc) the conversations were fluid and easy-going, touching on several topics from his military career to our pets to places we’ve traveled. It felt like we were chatting with a friend, not a guy trying to sell a brand new car. Anthony was attentive to both my comfort and the car buying process and I actually had a really good time! Lessons learned: 1. f you want to buy a car, go to Walser Nissan Burnsville. 2. Ask for Anthony 3. If Anthony is unavailable, ask for Dante (no longer in training) 4. Car buying is less painful than a root canal (and can even be fun) if you find the right sales person. 5. We plan on only buying cars from Anthony (or Dante).
2025 Nissan Murano review
We had a 2020 Murano and we loved the zero gravity seats. We traded it in for a 2025 Honda Pilot EXL. The Honda was a very nice car but we found it a little bit too big for us. We traded in the Honda for a 2025 Nissan Murano SL. It is the brand new re-design and we love it a lot. I wish the engine had a little bit more pick up but all in all everything else is exceptional.

Walser Subaru review
I worked with Charlie Leang on the purchase of my new Subaru Forester. I looked at a variety of brands and models before I decided on the Forester. After meeting a variety of salespeople at different dealerships, I was very pleased to find Charlie. He was professional, personable patient and most importantly very knowledgeable. He made my car buying experience most enjoyable. I ended up with a car that I love. Very pleased with all the safety features and the safety ratings, plus all of the comfort features. I would highly recommend Walser Subaru and especially Charlie Leang!
2018 Nissan Murano review
I purchased my 2018 Murano brand new. It is still the wonderful machine it was upon purchase. Very little maintenance required outside of the standard. I love everything about it. Visibility can be tricky with the interior design on the driver's side when rounding a corner, it is hard to see what might be coming your way. Otherwise, my Murano (this is my second one) is a reliable gem to own. I LOVE NISSAN CARS!

Had a 2012 SL that i used for my daily job as a round the city sales job, had to give it to my daughter with 93000 miles and bought a 2023 SL. I love my Murano and wouldn’t change for a different car. The value, comfort, performance and styling is the best.I still see my old Murano when my daughter visit and she loves it. I actually love it better because it was more truck like.

2021 Nissan Murano review
My second Murano and still having an excellent owner experience. Easy and comfortable to drive with a suspension that is both comfortable and well handling with the 20 inch tires. The electronic safety equipment works very well and now I wouldn’t want to be without it. Overall a wonderful and utilitarian vehicle that’s well built and comfortable.

2018 Nissan Murano review
It is 2025 and I just bought one very exquisite, well taken care of, one owner, Nissan Murano, Platinum Edition in Pearl White, and I couldn’t be happier. Luxurious? Check! Powerful V6? Check! Value? Check!!! I think I must have bought one of the nicest pre-owned Muranos ever sold, and at a great price at that. Very Happy!

Bought my first truck from this dealership and had a great experience. Antoine was incredibly helpful. Before I even got to the dealership he was helping me with my trade-in and getting all of the info for financing. He was able to show me several trucks before finding the one I ended up purchasing.
2019 Nissan Murano review
Love everything about my 2019 Platinum except the way the engine makes a bog-down rumbling noise when the tachometer hovers at the 1K mark. My 2012 Maxima CVT did not do this. It's quite noticeable anytime I have to slow down or just do around town driving and the tach hits 1K. Horrible experience that many others discuss online in the owners' forums. Otherwise, I love the cargo room, the Bose stereo, the padded seats and the convenience and safety features.

2023 Nissan Murano review
We compared the Murano to other luxury mid-sized SUV crossovers and felt like the Murano was a better value. The powerful V6 engine, comfortable zero gravity seats and quiet ride were better than higher-priced competitors. I like the sporty styling, and it also fits nicely in our garage. I had a 2012 Murano that I gave to my daughter after 183,000 miles. She is still driving it today with only minor repairs and expense after 11 years of big-city driving. The Murano is a great car at a great price.

Great staff: professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Estimates closely reflect the final bill. Never tried to sell me something I don't want or need.

Walser Nissan BurnsvilleReviews
Walser Nissan Burnsville review
I’m not a fan of shopping for new vehicles, it always seems so pushy and fake. I got the opposite treatment with Anthony Pitts. It was like hanging out with a friend, no pressure and when he didn’t know something he would go find out, not try to make something up on the spot. There was no haggling over prices and then trying to sneak things by you. Open, transparent and super friendly. I came pre approved and they got me an even lower rate! This was easily the best experience buying a vehicle that I’ve ever had and plan to keep my business at Walser.
2020 Nissan Murano review
I recently bought a 2020 AWD SL Murano and am very impressed with the interior space, seat comfort and list of standard features of this car. I was considering MB GLE and Lexus GX350 as well and think I clearly got a great value with the Murano. I also think the maintenance and repair costs will be less than a German alternative.

Very easy experience. Very nice facility. We enjoyed working with Patrick. Very good trade in value. They have a large selection of low mileage cars. It feels more like they are your consultant versus a salesperson. We will use them again for sure.
2025 Nissan Murano review
I traded in my 2017 Platinum Murano, that I absolutely loved, for a new 2025 Platinum Murano. I really love the 2025 re-design. Both the interior and exterior are exceptional and just blew me away. The ride is very comfortable, and the massage seats are an excellent upgrade. The pickup speed is not as good as prior models, but is still good. I highly recommend the car!

Walser Nissan Coon Rapids review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely amazing experience at Walser Automotive in Coon Rapids! From the moment we walked in, we were treated with friendly, welcoming service and genuine professionalism. Amos and the sales manager were both wonderful to work with. They made the entire process easy, comfortable, and enjoyable without any pressure. They were knowledgeable, patient, and made us feel like they truly cared about helping us find the right vehicle. We purchased a 2024 Toyota Camry, and our daughter absolutely loves it! We couldn’t be happier with the vehicle or with the experience we had at Walser. Thank you, Amos and the entire team, for making buying a car such a positive experience. We would definitely recommend Walser Coon Rapids to family and friends! 🚗❤️

I normally hate shopping for a car because it’s such a pain. I saw they had a car that I was interested in and went there on Saturday and they were so friendly and nice and answered all the questions that I had and I ended up buying the car that day. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership and how they made the process so easy for me - I would definitely recommend this dealership!

Great service on new car purchase and delivery. Salesman was helpful, patient, and found a car with just the features I wanted. Finance manager answered all my questions and got me a great financing plan. Service department arranged to have 3M door protectors added with lightning speed. Only tiny snag was that the inside windshield came with lots of nasty streaks and film that the detail team missed. Overall a great purchase experience at a convenient location.

I love this SUV! The ride is smooth and amazing. The mileage and gas is great for a 6 cylinder! What a great vehicle. I bought the 2020 SV after researching. I am very happy with it. Only thing i wish the passenger seat had a lumbar seat! Other then that this car is a winner!

2026 Nissan Murano review
This is the first Murano I have had the Nissan Rouge. I am so glad we bought this car. It is truly a comfortable car. The ride is very nice. I bought the two tone and love it. They did an amazing job designing this car. It has all the bells and whistles. The stereo system is out of this world; it has Bose stereo. The inside is awesome and outside. This car is so much better than the Rouge I had, as far xxx the design and style.
