2025 Nissan Murano review
We had a 2020 Murano and we loved the zero gravity seats. We traded it in for a 2025 Honda Pilot EXL. The Honda was a very nice car but we found it a little bit too big for us. We traded in the Honda for a 2025 Nissan Murano SL. It is the brand new re-design and we love it a lot. I wish the engine had a little bit more pick up but all in all everything else is exceptional.

2023 Nissan Murano review
Had a 2012 SL that i used for my daily job as a round the city sales job, had to give it to my daughter with 93000 miles and bought a 2023 SL. I love my Murano and wouldn’t change for a different car. The value, comfort, performance and styling is the best.I still see my old Murano when my daughter visit and she loves it. I actually love it better because it was more truck like.

Good deals but didn't get to purchase a car today. Have to get a cosigner. Plenty of choices payments okay. Problems with using my old vechile as a trade in. Interested in selling my jeep and using the funds for the purchase of a new car.

The only thing that is a little uncomfortable for the right leg against the lower dash board area, but it's not a big problem I am satisfied with the performance and gas mileage.

Sheehy Hyundai of ChantillyReviews
Sheehy Hyundai of Chantilly review
We recently purchased a Hyundai Elantra from Sheehy Hyundai of Chantilly, and the team made it a great experience from start to finish. We arrived late in the day, and Ben Shabib welcomed us right away. He patiently showed us as many options as we wanted to see, with no rush and no pressure. He took the time to help us find the right car for us and made the entire process comfortable and easy. Once we found the one, Bruno Calderon, Finance Manager, walked us through all the available financing and protection options. Again, there was no rush and no pressure—just clear explanations and plenty of time to make our decisions. Overall, we had a great experience with the entire team at Sheehy Hyundai of Chantilly. We truly appreciated their patience, professionalism, and no-pressure approach. Definitely recommended!

Safford Hyundai Fairfax review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! Purchasing a vehicle out of state can be challenging, but Don at Safford Hyundai in Fairfax, Virginia, made the experience exceptional. From August through October, he consistently demonstrated outstanding communication, professionalism, and dedication. He went above and beyond to help navigate title delays, coordinate details, provide updates and photos, and ensure a smooth handoff to the transport driver. Throughout this extended process, Don remained helpful, responsive, and committed to seeing everything through. His dedication and customer service made a real difference in our experience. Don is an outstanding representative of Safford Hyundai, and we couldn't be more appreciative of his efforts. Highly recommend working with him!
2010 Nissan Murano review
Have a 2010 AWD Ti has done 340k not missed a beat until recently had fuel injector fail and wear and tear starting to show but still very responsive. Engine inside also seems to have more build up than what i would've expected having had regular servicing. dont know if thats common , just an observation. I love the Bose system , has a sub in tire well and pumps loud. Leather seats very comfortable . Electric tailgate and sunroofs pretty cool. Is a pleasure to drive with good visability

Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Woodbridge review
A week ago, I purchased a 2025 Mazda CX-50 from this dealership. My sales consultant was Allan and Finance Director was Zain. I am giving this dealership and sales rep a 5-star based on how easy it was to communicate, no hassle, up front and out the door #'s given and being able to have it delivered to my home. I made my purchase completely online and had access to the Allan and Zain through text, email, and calls. Would 100% recommend working with Allan.
2021 Nissan Murano review
My second Murano and still having an excellent owner experience. Easy and comfortable to drive with a suspension that is both comfortable and well handling with the 20 inch tires. The electronic safety equipment works very well and now I wouldn’t want to be without it. Overall a wonderful and utilitarian vehicle that’s well built and comfortable.

Ourisman LexusReviews
Ourisman Lexus review
★★★★★ Best Car-Buying Experience of My Life – Tony Rincon, Owen Stepp, and James Wang are absolute legends at Lexus of Rockville From the very first inquiry to driving home in our gorgeous 2021 Black Onyx LX 570 with my wife and kids, including our 9-month-old baby, the entire team at Lexus of Rockville made this the smoothest, most transparent, and genuinely enjoyable purchase I’ve ever had — and we’ve bought a lot of vehicles. Tony Rincon is hands-down the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with. Zero pressure, lightning-fast responses even over Thanksgiving week, detailed photos and videos every time I asked, and he treated my family (including the baby) like his own. Tony never “sold” me — he just helped me fall in love with the perfect Lexus. Owen Stepp, the Sales Director, went so far above and beyond it’s almost unbelievable. He personally reworked numbers multiple times (including the day before Thanksgiving), honored every promise, and delivered the strongest trade-in I’ve ever received on my 2024 4Runner — thousands above every published value. Owen’s integrity and willingness to make the deal perfect turned what could have been a negotiation into a true partnership. James Wang in Finance was the perfect closer — completely transparent, no high-pressure add-ons, walked me through every single line item with patience and clarity, and made the paperwork painless while I held the baby. In an industry that can feel stressful, Tony, Owen, James, and the whole Ourisman Lexus of Rockville team turned it into one of the happiest memories we have. As a 100 % disabled veteran with a young family, the respect, kindness, and honesty they showed us meant the world. If you’re anywhere in Maryland (or willing to make the drive), ask for Tony Rincon, Owen Stepp, and James Wang. You will not find a better team or a better experience anywhere. We absolutely love our “new-to-us” LX 570 and we’re already looking forward to our next purchase with these guys. Thank you, Tony, Owen, and James — you have customers for life! Happy Thanksgiving. 2024 Nissan Murano review
I bought a used 2024 with 13,180 miles, so about 2 years old. It looked brand new. Even though it's Black, I still love the looks of this car. Coming from a diesel F250, the smooth ride was unbelievable. Pros: Very smooth ride, smooth power delivery (a tad bit pokey, but decent) proven reliable electronics (radio, cruise, seat/doors, etc). great 6cyl engine Cons: CVT transmission, 20" wheels (road noise) As for the CVT, I plan to replace the fluid every 20k miles and the filter every other change. The engine is a very reliable 6cyl and changing the oil will be every 4000-5000 miles. Yes! That's close. This is how you maintain a vehicle you want to keep. Also the fuel filter in the tank at 50,000 miles. So if you buy this car used, look up the CARFAX history for transmission services. Stay on top of those, and this car will last!

2018 Nissan Murano review
I purchased my 2018 Murano brand new. It is still the wonderful machine it was upon purchase. Very little maintenance required outside of the standard. I love everything about it. Visibility can be tricky with the interior design on the driver's side when rounding a corner, it is hard to see what might be coming your way. Otherwise, my Murano (this is my second one) is a reliable gem to own. I LOVE NISSAN CARS!

I traded in my 2017 Platinum Murano, that I absolutely loved, for a new 2025 Platinum Murano. I really love the 2025 re-design. Both the interior and exterior are exceptional and just blew me away. The ride is very comfortable, and the massage seats are an excellent upgrade. The pickup speed is not as good as prior models, but is still good. I highly recommend the car!

2020 Nissan Murano review
I love this SUV! The ride is smooth and amazing. The mileage and gas is great for a 6 cylinder! What a great vehicle. I bought the 2020 SV after researching. I am very happy with it. Only thing i wish the passenger seat had a lumbar seat! Other then that this car is a winner!

I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

Zarvo MotorsReviews
Zarvo Motors review
I recently had the pleasure of working with Zarvo Motors for a custom vehicle purchase, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Finding the exact specifications for a vehicle can often be a stressful process, but this dealership made it completely seamless. Their professionalism, welcoming atmosphere, and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident from the moment I first reached out. I traveled all the way from Baltimore, MD, and the trip was entirely worth it thanks to Jason, who handled my custom order on a Lexus GS. Jason listened attentively to exactly what I wanted and made sure every single detail and preference was accurately captured. His deep knowledge of the vehicle and the ordering process kept me informed and confident that my car was in the best possible hands. Throughout the waiting period, Jason provided exceptional long-distance communication and regular updates on the status of my build. He was always transparent, highly responsive, and readily available to answer any questions I had from afar. It was incredibly reassuring to work with an advisor who genuinely cared about delivering a perfect vehicle and ensuring a smooth transaction. When the Lexus GS finally arrived, it was absolutely flawless and exactly as I had envisioned. The handover process at Zarvo Motors was quick, efficient, and thoroughly enjoyable, making my trip back to Baltimore a memorable one. I cannot recommend Zarvo Motors and Jason highly enough to anyone looking for a premium, hassle-free car buying experience.
2018 Nissan Murano review
It is 2025 and I just bought one very exquisite, well taken care of, one owner, Nissan Murano, Platinum Edition in Pearl White, and I couldn’t be happier. Luxurious? Check! Powerful V6? Check! Value? Check!!! I think I must have bought one of the nicest pre-owned Muranos ever sold, and at a great price at that. Very Happy!

Passport Nissan of Alexandria review
We recently purchased a car from Passport Nissan and we cannot commend our sales team high enough. Raegan Hooker, Vehicle Exchange Manager, called while our car was being serviced, and he graciously introduced the idea of trading in our car toward a new purchase. After greeting us, Kervin Escobar, Salesman, took over. Kervin was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as we worked through our decision process. And of course our long-time trusted service advisor, Jose Mejia, was there to weigh options with us based on everything he knew about our preferences and lifestyle. This team worked highly effectively together, we were delighted to work with them.

2022 Nissan Murano review
Drove this car for about 7,000 miles before getting t-boned. The car that hit my Murano, hit right on my driver door at around 40-50 mph I got out of the car with a scratch and a bruise. All in all this car offers amazing ride comfort, a good driving experience, and impeccable safety. I plan on buying another one.

Bought a 2023 SL in Nov. 2024 with 14K miles. Still driving the 2007 SL that has 140K. We love the '23. It's very comfortable, good looking and fun to drive. When it was time to buy I didn't want anything but another Murano.

Safford Mazda SterlingReviews
Safford Mazda Sterling review
I had an excellent experience working with Eddie throughout my car-buying journey. For nearly six months, he was incredibly patient and supportive as I searched for the right vehicle, whether new or pre-owned. Even when we couldn't find the perfect match right away, Eddie stayed in touch and consistently kept me informed about new opportunities that fit my needs. Making such a significant purchase was not an easy decision for me, but Eddie never pressured me. He took the time to answer my questions, provide honest information, and help me feel comfortable throughout the process. The price negotiation was straightforward, efficient, and focused on finding a fair deal without wasting time. What really stood out was Eddie's communication. He was always responsive, both before and after the sale, and continued to answer my questions even after I had purchased the vehicle. His knowledge of Mazda vehicles is impressive, and his great sense of humor made the entire experience much more enjoyable. If I ever need another Mazda in the future, Eddie will be the first person I contact. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful salesperson.
2024 Nissan Murano review
We just traded our 2020 for a 2024 Murano. We particularly like the exterior looks, design and chrome. Interior is stylish, comfortable and functional. Our 2020 did not require anything other than oil changes and tire rotation. Murano is the only model we have bought twice. Crown Nissan is a fantastic dealership. Our Sales Consultant was Cathy Voogd, best buying experience ever.

2023 Nissan Murano review
We compared the Murano to other luxury mid-sized SUV crossovers and felt like the Murano was a better value. The powerful V6 engine, comfortable zero gravity seats and quiet ride were better than higher-priced competitors. I like the sporty styling, and it also fits nicely in our garage. I had a 2012 Murano that I gave to my daughter after 183,000 miles. She is still driving it today with only minor repairs and expense after 11 years of big-city driving. The Murano is a great car at a great price.
