Good deals but didn't get to purchase a car today. Have to get a cosigner. Plenty of choices payments okay. Problems with using my old vechile as a trade in. Interested in selling my jeep and using the funds for the purchase of a new car.

The only thing that is a little uncomfortable for the right leg against the lower dash board area, but it's not a big problem I am satisfied with the performance and gas mileage.

Sheehy Hyundai of Chantilly review
They reached out quickly and Wesley was helpful sending a couple of videos. Unfortunately the car didn't pass the PPI for me so I can't speak to how easy or hard it is to deal with them. They did use the old "just to let you know someone else is interested in the car too" line. I heard that over 30 years ago when I was looking at the same color and model vehicle in college. Good to see some things never change.
2017 Nissan Murano review
I love my Nissan Murano 2017 SV bought it brand new! Only problem had this year was having to change the cam shafters. My car is black so you see all scratches. The paint job could be better quality.

Ourisman Lexus review
★★★★★ Best Car-Buying Experience of My Life – Tony Rincon, Owen Stepp, and James Wang are absolute legends at Lexus of Rockville From the very first inquiry to driving home in our gorgeous 2021 Black Onyx LX 570 with my wife and kids, including our 9-month-old baby, the entire team at Lexus of Rockville made this the smoothest, most transparent, and genuinely enjoyable purchase I’ve ever had — and we’ve bought a lot of vehicles. Tony Rincon is hands-down the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with. Zero pressure, lightning-fast responses even over Thanksgiving week, detailed photos and videos every time I asked, and he treated my family (including the baby) like his own. Tony never “sold” me — he just helped me fall in love with the perfect Lexus. Owen Stepp, the Sales Director, went so far above and beyond it’s almost unbelievable. He personally reworked numbers multiple times (including the day before Thanksgiving), honored every promise, and delivered the strongest trade-in I’ve ever received on my 2024 4Runner — thousands above every published value. Owen’s integrity and willingness to make the deal perfect turned what could have been a negotiation into a true partnership. James Wang in Finance was the perfect closer — completely transparent, no high-pressure add-ons, walked me through every single line item with patience and clarity, and made the paperwork painless while I held the baby. In an industry that can feel stressful, Tony, Owen, James, and the whole Ourisman Lexus of Rockville team turned it into one of the happiest memories we have. As a 100 % disabled veteran with a young family, the respect, kindness, and honesty they showed us meant the world. If you’re anywhere in Maryland (or willing to make the drive), ask for Tony Rincon, Owen Stepp, and James Wang. You will not find a better team or a better experience anywhere. We absolutely love our “new-to-us” LX 570 and we’re already looking forward to our next purchase with these guys. Thank you, Tony, Owen, and James — you have customers for life! Happy Thanksgiving. Francisco, Mrs. Gonzalez, kids & baby Lexington Park, MD
2024 Nissan Murano review
We just traded our 2020 for a 2024 Murano. We particularly like the exterior looks, design and chrome. Interior is stylish, comfortable and functional. Our 2020 did not require anything other than oil changes and tire rotation. Murano is the only model we have bought twice. Crown Nissan is a fantastic dealership. Our Sales Consultant was Cathy Voogd, best buying experience ever.

2024 Nissan Murano review
I bought a used 2024 with 13,180 miles, so about 2 years old. It looked brand new. Even though it's Black, I still love the looks of this car. Coming from a diesel F250, the smooth ride was unbelievable. Pros: Very smooth ride, smooth power delivery (a tad bit pokey, but decent) proven reliable electronics (radio, cruise, seat/doors, etc). great 6cyl engine Cons: CVT transmission, 20" wheels (road noise) As for the CVT, I plan to replace the fluid every 20k miles and the filter every other change. The engine is a very reliable 6cyl and changing the oil will be every 4000-5000 miles. Yes! That's close. This is how you maintain a vehicle you want to keep. Also the fuel filter in the tank at 50,000 miles. So if you buy this car used, look up the CARFAX history for transmission services. Stay on top of those, and this car will last!

A week ago, I purchased a 2025 Mazda CX-50 from this dealership. My sales consultant was Allan and Finance Director was Zain. I am giving this dealership and sales rep a 5-star based on how easy it was to communicate, no hassle, up front and out the door #'s given and being able to have it delivered to my home. I made my purchase completely online and had access to the Allan and Zain through text, email, and calls. Would 100% recommend working with Allan.
2021 Nissan Murano review
My second Murano and still having an excellent owner experience. Easy and comfortable to drive with a suspension that is both comfortable and well handling with the 20 inch tires. The electronic safety equipment works very well and now I wouldn’t want to be without it. Overall a wonderful and utilitarian vehicle that’s well built and comfortable.

My salesperson, Jonathan, was very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns regarding the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. I truly appreciate his professionalism and excellent customer service.
2022 Nissan Murano review
Drove this car for about 7,000 miles before getting t-boned. The car that hit my Murano, hit right on my driver door at around 40-50 mph I got out of the car with a scratch and a bruise. All in all this car offers amazing ride comfort, a good driving experience, and impeccable safety. I plan on buying another one.

2023 Nissan Murano review
We compared the Murano to other luxury mid-sized SUV crossovers and felt like the Murano was a better value. The powerful V6 engine, comfortable zero gravity seats and quiet ride were better than higher-priced competitors. I like the sporty styling, and it also fits nicely in our garage. I had a 2012 Murano that I gave to my daughter after 183,000 miles. She is still driving it today with only minor repairs and expense after 11 years of big-city driving. The Murano is a great car at a great price.

Criswell Nissan review
I went to the Criswell Nissan in Germantown, MD. You never know what to expect when going to dealerships. I went to get an oil change and an inspection to make sure everything was working well. Matthew was the person who helped me and he was very informative. I am not very knowledgeable about cars but he made sure to explain everything thoroughly. He also gave me a complimentary car wash. I will definitely be returning for any future car service I need.

2018 Nissan Murano review
I purchased my 2018 Murano brand new. It is still the wonderful machine it was upon purchase. Very little maintenance required outside of the standard. I love everything about it. Visibility can be tricky with the interior design on the driver's side when rounding a corner, it is hard to see what might be coming your way. Otherwise, my Murano (this is my second one) is a reliable gem to own. I LOVE NISSAN CARS!

I traded in my 2017 Platinum Murano, that I absolutely loved, for a new 2025 Platinum Murano. I really love the 2025 re-design. Both the interior and exterior are exceptional and just blew me away. The ride is very comfortable, and the massage seats are an excellent upgrade. The pickup speed is not as good as prior models, but is still good. I highly recommend the car!

Zarvo Motors review
I recently purchased a Lexus RC350 F Sport from Cargo Motors, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. I had been looking for this specific model for a while, and the condition of the vehicle when I arrived matched their description perfectly. Ali and Zee were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process. They took the time to answer all of my questions about the car's history and performance features without making me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out to me was how honest and transparent they were about everything. There were no hidden fees, unexpected surprises, or typical dealership games when it came time to discuss the numbers and final paperwork. I couldn't be happier with my new Lexus RC350 F Sport or the top-tier service I received. If you are looking for a seamless car-buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Ali and Zee at Cargo Motors.
2018 Nissan Murano review
It is 2025 and I just bought one very exquisite, well taken care of, one owner, Nissan Murano, Platinum Edition in Pearl White, and I couldn’t be happier. Luxurious? Check! Powerful V6? Check! Value? Check!!! I think I must have bought one of the nicest pre-owned Muranos ever sold, and at a great price at that. Very Happy!

No pressure sales. Greg R. was great to work with and we happily bought our new (used) car from him. We would go back.

I absolutely love this car, especially all the safety equipment. My only complaint is you can't see out of the rear window very well. But all the newer cars have this same problem.

Safford Mazda Sterling review
I had an excellent experience working with Eddie throughout my car-buying journey. For nearly six months, he was incredibly patient and supportive as I searched for the right vehicle, whether new or pre-owned. Even when we couldn't find the perfect match right away, Eddie stayed in touch and consistently kept me informed about new opportunities that fit my needs. Making such a significant purchase was not an easy decision for me, but Eddie never pressured me. He took the time to answer my questions, provide honest information, and help me feel comfortable throughout the process. The price negotiation was straightforward, efficient, and focused on finding a fair deal without wasting time. What really stood out was Eddie's communication. He was always responsive, both before and after the sale, and continued to answer my questions even after I had purchased the vehicle. His knowledge of Mazda vehicles is impressive, and his great sense of humor made the entire experience much more enjoyable. If I ever need another Mazda in the future, Eddie will be the first person I contact. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful salesperson.

Passport Nissan of AlexandriaReviews
Passport Nissan of Alexandria review
We recently purchased a car from Passport Nissan and we cannot commend our sales team high enough. Raegan Hooker, Vehicle Exchange Manager, called while our car was being serviced, and he graciously introduced the idea of trading in our car toward a new purchase. After greeting us, Kervin Escobar, Salesman, took over. Kervin was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as we worked through our decision process. And of course our long-time trusted service advisor, Jose Mejia, was there to weigh options with us based on everything he knew about our preferences and lifestyle. This team worked highly effectively together, we were delighted to work with them.
2025 Nissan Murano review
We had a 2020 Murano and we loved the zero gravity seats. We traded it in for a 2025 Honda Pilot EXL. The Honda was a very nice car but we found it a little bit too big for us. We traded in the Honda for a 2025 Nissan Murano SL. It is the brand new re-design and we love it a lot. I wish the engine had a little bit more pick up but all in all everything else is exceptional.

I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

DARCARS Nissan of College Park review
The dealership was very responsive in answering questions and responding to my queries. They were very interested in me as a customer, and followed up regarding my interests. I still have no purchased a vehicle, but when I do I will certainly strongly consider DARCARS of College Park. They seem like the tryp of dealership that you would want to work with in purchasing a vehicle.
2023 Nissan Murano review
Bought a 2023 SL in Nov. 2024 with 14K miles. Still driving the 2007 SL that has 140K. We love the '23. It's very comfortable, good looking and fun to drive. When it was time to buy I didn't want anything but another Murano.

I had a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I worked with Sade. My experience was nothing but stellar. In particular, Sade is professional, responsive, approachable, knowledgable, and helpful. She was prompt to respond to my texts and took care of the task at hand. I would absolutely take my business to this company again. I am very pleased with the level of service I received. I highly recommend CARMAX.
2020 Nissan Murano review
I recently bought a 2020 AWD SL Murano and am very impressed with the interior space, seat comfort and list of standard features of this car. I was considering MB GLE and Lexus GX350 as well and think I clearly got a great value with the Murano. I also think the maintenance and repair costs will be less than a German alternative.

Had a 2012 SL that i used for my daily job as a round the city sales job, had to give it to my daughter with 93000 miles and bought a 2023 SL. I love my Murano and wouldn’t change for a different car. The value, comfort, performance and styling is the best.I still see my old Murano when my daughter visit and she loves it. I actually love it better because it was more truck like.
