Dreyer & Reinbold INFINITIReviews
Dreyer & Reinbold INFINITI review
Best car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Dreyer and Reinbold on Whitney drive. I set up an appointment for a test drive with Michael Thurman who was very responsive and professional. The car was clean and ready to test drive. Took a drive, fair price, a few minutes of paperwork and I was out the door. I had a loan in place, but the finance manager Mark Elwert secured better terms with a few minutes of paperwork. I did not spend a beautiful summer Saturday in the dealership trying to get a deal put together. Everyone there is friendly and makes it a great experience. I highly recommend and will definitely return!

Wow, what a great deal. This is a true luxury vehicle on par with an RX Lexus and about $20k less without the Lexus name. We are very happy with the value, performance and great looks of this vehicle

Karisa at Ed Martin Nissan in Indianapolis was absolutely outstanding!! She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and very thorough throughout the whole purchase process. Her follow up afterwards was much appreciated. The entire Ed Martin group was fantastic. From the moment I walked in til the day I drove my new vehicle off the lot. Caleb helped me to narrow down the options and really work through the car that would work best for me with the features I needed and also the price point I wanted. He was available for questions and to help before and after I bought the car. Mark helped to answer my financial questions. Jason checked in on me to make sure all was going well. This whole process was so worth it and made the car buying experience pleasant.

I had an issue with my Rogue, so I brought the car in. They diagnosed the issue very quickly. They were so helpful in offering solutions. I got 80% of the repair covered by the Good Will program and I'm honestly so blown away by how willing they are to help out. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a car or to get their car service we have been taking our cars into this dealership for almost 8 or 9 years and they truly never disappoint. My Son and Wife will take their cars in to get repaired there and they have nothing but great things to say about the work and how kind everyone is. We will be customers for life!

Tom Wood Honda review
I purchased my Honda CRV Sport Touring Hybrid from Tom Wood Honda- Anderson. Like many, I’m very busy, limited time and Justin Crenshaw listened to what I wanted, my time constraints and navigated me through the process- using links and online tools to keep me moving through the process. I appreciate him caring about where I was and what I needed to balance this transaction and my work schedule. I came all the way feom the south side of Indy to work with Tom Wood Honda. I knew the mdl and trim package I wanted but was having problems finding it in Indy. Justin had 1!! He allowed me to hold it with a deposit and I would be able to close on my next available time. Nikki was great as well and I really enjoyed the finance portion of my deal. She was knowledgeable, patient when I wanted to check the math :) etc!!! Awesome experience!

Tom Wood Lexus and my service advisor provided great service: a friendly greeting and receiving of my vehicle, a quick response from advisor, Greg, who listened to my concerns for an upcoming trip, made sure my vehicle was serviced and inspected accordingly. I have been going to Tom Wood Lexus for over 15 years. They continue to provide excellent service. I feel important and cared for.

Vic took his time with us, did not rush, and had an answer for all of the questions we, my dad and I, had. He was patient and understand my needs. He did not try to pressure or convince us into buying anything. But I fell in love with the red Audi A4 2018. I was in and out in no time and the paperwork process was swift and simple. I couldn’t be happier.

I love this car. It is fun to drive. I am still learning how to use everything, but I am having fun learning. It gets great gas mileage which is important since I drive 100 miles a day. I feel so spoiled with all of the features that it has.

My second Murano and still having an excellent owner experience. Easy and comfortable to drive with a suspension that is both comfortable and well handling with the 20 inch tires. The electronic safety equipment works very well and now I wouldn’t want to be without it. Overall a wonderful and utilitarian vehicle that’s well built and comfortable.

2026 Nissan Murano review
This is the first Murano I have had the Nissan Rouge. I am so glad we bought this car. It is truly a comfortable car. The ride is very nice. I bought the two tone and love it. They did an amazing job designing this car. It has all the bells and whistles. The stereo system is out of this world; it has Bose stereo. The inside is awesome and outside. This car is so much better than the Rouge I had, as far xxx the design and style.

Metro Nissan of Indianapolis review
5 stars for Metro Nissan of Indy! I purchased a 2026 Nissan Kicks and the whole process was quick and easy. Brandon, the sales manager, and Anil, my salesman, were both great to work with. I told them where I wanted to be on price and they made it happen without all the back and forth you normally deal with at a dealership. I was in and out and couldn’t have asked for an easier experience. Definitely recommend Brandon, Anil, and the team at Metro Nissan of Indy!
2025 Nissan Murano review
We had a 2020 Murano and we loved the zero gravity seats. We traded it in for a 2025 Honda Pilot EXL. The Honda was a very nice car but we found it a little bit too big for us. We traded in the Honda for a 2025 Nissan Murano SL. It is the brand new re-design and we love it a lot. I wish the engine had a little bit more pick up but all in all everything else is exceptional.

Unlimited Motors review
This dealer is the bomb, I drove six hours to get to the dealership and the car that I drove to see was exactly how they described. Closed the deal within 1 hr. When I got home I looked for the wheel lock nut and it wasn’t there, went to dealer locally and bought one. Let unlimited motors know about the transaction and they refunded me for the part. Very, very satisfied with this dealershio

Pete really helped me out with getting my first car! He made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. If you’re looking for a car, I highly recommend coming to see Pete!
2024 Nissan Murano review
I bought a used 2024 with 13,180 miles, so about 2 years old. It looked brand new. Even though it's Black, I still love the looks of this car. Coming from a diesel F250, the smooth ride was unbelievable. Pros: Very smooth ride, smooth power delivery (a tad bit pokey, but decent) proven reliable electronics (radio, cruise, seat/doors, etc). great 6cyl engine Cons: CVT transmission, 20" wheels (road noise) As for the CVT, I plan to replace the fluid every 20k miles and the filter every other change. The engine is a very reliable 6cyl and changing the oil will be every 4000-5000 miles. Yes! That's close. This is how you maintain a vehicle you want to keep. Also the fuel filter in the tank at 50,000 miles. So if you buy this car used, look up the CARFAX history for transmission services. Stay on top of those, and this car will last!

Bought a 2023 SL in Nov. 2024 with 14K miles. Still driving the 2007 SL that has 140K. We love the '23. It's very comfortable, good looking and fun to drive. When it was time to buy I didn't want anything but another Murano.

Dreyer & Reinbold INFINITI review
I recently purchased a Genesis GV80 Coupe thru Cars.com to Dreyer & Reinbold Infiniti. I have never purchased solely online, sight unseen, very nerve racking! But Sajid was my salesman, great job. At my request he sent videos of the car inside and out, giving me a great visual of the vehicle. The price was good, so I went ahead. Mark in Finance sent me all of the papers overnight to sign, and he also arranged for the transporter to deliver the vehicle to my house. They made it an excellent experience and I would HIGHLY recommend Dreyer &Reinbold

Unlimited Motors Fishers review
I worked with Tim Smith at Unlimited Motors to purchase my Toyota 4Runner. He was extremely helpful, very courteous made me feel that he truly cared about getting me the right deal for the SUV I wanted. He made the process very simple and very relaxed - I have been to other dealerships and worked with pushy salesman, and Tim was opposite of that! I would absolutely recommend purchasing from Tim!
2021 Nissan Murano review
The 2021 Nissan Murano that I just purchased is beyond excellent. I can't say enough how I appreciate and enjoy this car, from the looks, performance, and cost. It surpasses all my expectations and I'm happy to have this car. The salesman, Ian Simmonds was top notch. From when I first entered the building he greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. He went over all the details of the car I wanted and he went above and beyond to make this experience, fast, easy, and me leaving as a satisfied customer. I would highly recommend Car Shop when making your next car purchase.

I don't feel Jason Wetzel sold me a car. He made the effort ot find out what I wanted, then got to work making sure I got it at a fair price. It was a totally pressure-free experience. So, in the end, I drove away in a quality car of my choice at a fair price. I regret that I can't remember the names of everyone else who helped me.

2023 Nissan Murano review
We compared the Murano to other luxury mid-sized SUV crossovers and felt like the Murano was a better value. The powerful V6 engine, comfortable zero gravity seats and quiet ride were better than higher-priced competitors. I like the sporty styling, and it also fits nicely in our garage. I had a 2012 Murano that I gave to my daughter after 183,000 miles. She is still driving it today with only minor repairs and expense after 11 years of big-city driving. The Murano is a great car at a great price.

Jeff took really good care of me as I needed a car in a pinch. He gave me sources for financing and car insurance as well, which I didn't use but I appreciated it cause I was in a hurry. I left a job with a company car so he understood I was serious. I test drove the car and took it to my mechanic. The only item needed was 2 new tires. He put that in the I owe you, you owe me contract. Perfect. Their vehicles are clean and are loaded with every option one could ever want. Buy your next car from Noblesville Imports.
2020 Nissan Murano review
I recently bought a 2020 AWD SL Murano and am very impressed with the interior space, seat comfort and list of standard features of this car. I was considering MB GLE and Lexus GX350 as well and think I clearly got a great value with the Murano. I also think the maintenance and repair costs will be less than a German alternative.
