I can not say how impressed I am with Nissan of Garden City the dealership was clean and from the moment I walked in I felt that I was welcomed and every one there was eager to help me.
I started my day wanting to test drive 4 different makes of SUV and Nissan was my first stop. I was exceptionally lucky to meet Chelsea Edmonds who became my sales person and at the end I could not be more impressed by this gentlemen who was professional, beyond polite and knowledgeable. The dealership was exceptionally busy but Chelsea was gracious and beyond accommodating. After visiting 3 additional dealerships (different manufactures) I knew the Rouge was the choice for me. When I went back to Nissan I was greeted by Chelsea and the sales manager Victor who immediately recognized me-again the place was crazy busy so I was impressed! As it turned out the car I had selected, of which there was only one in stock in that color an option model, was had a scratch. Chelsea and Victor showed me other color options but when they saw I was not thrilled with the other color options they got to work and within in minutes found the car I want it at another dealership. Within an hour they had the car I wanted ready for me. During the entire experience they were so accommodating so gracious and really just wanted me to be happy. The dealership sales manager Scott was also aware of the situation and he also make every effort to let me know spell apologetic they work with the delay and did everything necessary to make sure at the end of the day I was happy and drove off in the car that I wanted. What many cars over the years and visited many dealership and I have to say Nissan Garden City above and beyond the best that I’ve ever visited
My salesperson was a young man named Owen Wang. Owen was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He always returned my calls or texts promptly. Owen answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns. When he went over the vehicle, he covered everything from bumper to bumper in great detail! I was very pleased with him and my service at the dealership.
Donell worked for me to the best of the ability I could ever imagine. He was patient and very knowledgeable. Bruce the Finance Director was the best as well getting me approved for my new car. Didn???t see it coming but these guys made it happen. Shot out to the General Manager Wayne for his take as well, awesome!!!
Donell & Marie were helpful during our visit today. We came in for our appointment and they assisted us quickly and professionally. We came in to buy our our lease and donell made sure we didn???t overpay.
Im pretty sure i would have not purchased this vehicle from Nissan New Rochelle. No knock against NNR but my plan was to look at several other car manufactors and a couple other Nissan Dealers to try and gage and get the best vehicle at my price and i think i did that here. Sales man Bryan Quintana is an outstanding person let alone salesman. I admire this young man's hard work and loyailty to his customers, this dealership got my business because of him.

Nissan of New Rochelle is the best car dealership around. They are incredibly friendly and welcoming. As a female, entering a car dealership can be very intimidating however Nissan of a New Rochelle welcomes you right in with the best service. Anthony is the owner and he???s always on the floor greeting and helping customers. The General Manager, Wayne, is very knowledgeable and actually takes the time to listen to your needs and provide great service. Donnell was my sales consultant, but more like a moral supporter as the cars sell themselves. He is great!! I highly recommend this dealership. I have gotten two leases from them so far and will continue to lease from them moving forward. PS, they also have a service desprtment that gets you in and out with fast great service. Carlos will greet you in the mornings with a big smile (and coffee with bagels).
Recently purchased a 2006 Toyota Land Cruiser from Joe LoPresti. I cannot say enough about my experience with him and the entire team. The car is rock solid, clean and the deal was made without any tricks or games as I've dealt with many times before with dealers. The manager Joe Youssef was also great in making my purchase fast and pain free. Would definatly recommend Nissan of New Rochelle to anyone in the market for a new or preowned car or truck.
Stumbled upon this Nissan dealer after a few failed attempts with other dealers. Was greeted with positivity, smiles, and the attention and support that I needed. One of the sales people, Ed, worked tirelessly for hours showing me different cars and finally found me a car that best suited my needs: low mileage, the color I wanted, and the style I requested, while being extremely generous with my trade in. Couldn't have asked for a better salesperson and dealer. Will definitely be recommending this to all I know and returning for more cars!
I had the most amazing experience at hudson Nissan...everyone was so nice..when you go to buy a car its always a stressful situation..and i most say there was no stress involved at all..joe came highly recommended and went above and Beyond to make this purchase very easy for us..I was so pleased we all the help and advise that joe gave to my husband and i, also gary was super too and his knowledge of cars made this a easy decision ...i would advise anyone that is looking for a car or suv new or used leased or finance...come to hudson nissan...you wont be disappointed...we traveled from the bronx and couldnt be happier...driving out today in our new 2018 Nissan Rogue sv..thanks to joe and gary

Such a good overall experience at Hudson Nissan. Gabriel was my salesman and he greeted me right way and listened to all my requirements and was very helpful. He made my buying experience actually fun and I can tell he knew exactly what he was talking about. If I would suggest a salesmen it would be Gabriel, great salesmen and an all around great guy.
