I just picked up a 2020 Rogue basic model with AWD, they sure have changed since my last one, in a good way. I’ve had a 2010 and a 2012 SL models. That alone says something having owned 3 now. Great crossover, decent in the snow, I’ve only had AWD models really good on gas! Very dependable!

I'd been looking at SUV's and kept coming back to the Rogue. When I found this cobalt blue one, I knew it was meant for me. I love the safety features, especially the blind spot and the automatic trunk lift. The keyless entry takes getting used to when you've used keys for over 50 years, but I'm liking it. It rides very well. I don't understand Consumer Reports report on this where it got a 3 out of 5 stars from people who had bought the 2020 car. So far, I'm loving the smooth ride and the acoustics as well. No complaints so far.

Good comfortable and nice features. Ride is good. It has auto pilot which is very useful. You don't get tired as you dont have to stop and race again and again. Its automatically stopped and accelerated. Panoramic Sunroof is really nice to enjoy scenery.

My wife and I experienced a serious overheating problem in our Santa Fe while driving from our home in Kansas City to Chicago. We found Kunes Hyundai online and were blown away by the superior service they offered. Kyle served as our service advisor, and he went above and beyond to take care of us. He patiently explained the problem, told us they had to order a part, and promised the vehicle would be done by Tuesday. When I left the facility, Kyle said he was on the phone trying to work a little magic to get the part sooner. I don't know who he called or what he said, but he worked the magic. The part came on Monday, and they had the Santa Fe fixed and back to us a day ahead of schedule! That was tremendous. We were already sold on the Hyundai, but this experience reminded us again of why we are on our third vehicle. The level of customer care is off the charts at Hyundai. And Kyle is the best service advisor we've ever had. The repairs fixed the problem and got us safely back home to Kansas City. I would gladly recommend Kunes Hyundai without hesitation. We purchased a 2019 Jetta from them. They made the process very easy and efficient. Asim Syed was our sales person and Anthony Pociask was the manager. we made the deal on a Wednesday and picked the car up the next day. everything was ready for us and it took 1.5 hours for doing the finance deal, and getting a tour of the car, and them making sure they answered all of our questions.
