I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

2024 Nissan Rogue review
I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

We decided the next day to trade in our other car for a new Crosstrek. We couldn't be happier with the way everything was handled and we love both of our recently purchased cars. All of our interactions with Frantz were very easy and accomodating. We had a hitch put on one of our recently purchased vehicles and Jack in the Service Department handled that experience so well. Dave was very attentive but not overbearing and answered our questions. We loved the van and told Dave we would take it. The whole process was seamless and quick. This was the very best experience buying a car. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership. Dave was fantastic and stayed late to finish up with us and he was leaving on vacation. Just a pleasure to work with. Mayor did our financial paperwork he was fantastic.
