Chuck Ippolito is the salesperson I worked with and he was personable, professional and friendly. He consistently worked to make sure we had all the information we needed. Everyone we met at Countryside Nissan was kind, and helped make the experience of purchasing a car less stressful.

This my 4th Nissan Rogue, and it's the only car I'll buy. I have NEVER had any problems with it, or any that I have owned. I have taken trips across country with it, with great gas mileage and comfortable to drive. It handles well, has plenty of get up and go, easy on the wallet, and very reliable.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

We just purchased a 2018 Honda CRV from the Joliet Honda dealership. We received outstanding service all the way around. Our salesperson was Chris, who was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He explained everything fully and made sure to answer all of our questions. He sat with us in our car and made sure we understood all the features and even gave demonstrations. It was a very pleasant experience and Chris made it low stress!

It's been a good car. With regular maintenance this car can last many years. This is the 3rd Nissan our family has owned. I will buy another Nissan.

I am enjoying the vehicle so far. It was used by the General Manager of the dealership before I bought it. It is spacious and comfortable, although the Rock Creek suspension doesn't give as good a ride as my 2018 Pathfinder did. The Android Auto feature is very useful. It gets good gas milage on the highway in the 4WD "ECO" mode, but the shut off/start at lights is noticeable and takes some getting used to. My last Pathfinder was very reliable overall--we'll see about this one, which has more electronics.

Only had this car 1 month!! I love it!! It has pick up power, smooth drive audio is great. Huge back ( for three big dogs . Easy to step into for an old lady!! Love love love it!!!

Great Used Car Purchase Jacob Rocks! Bought 21 Tacoma from them. Had the best price in country for my truck. Jacob the sales guy and Rob in finance got me the best rate pretty much a new car rate on a used truck. I didn’t buy a warranty because of the fact that Toyotas don’t need one but the price on the warranty was crazy inexpensive. I’ve bought well over 100 cars and trucks in my life… never have I said yes to a dealers number I am king LowBall… I said yes to their price great trade value great price on truck and great rates. The customer service is impeccable. Everyone is smiling and happy to help, and the service is quick. I had an oil change with filters changed, wiper blades changed, alignment, and interior detail, and there was a scuff on the paint I wanted looked at, and they buffed it out for me. I always schedule my appointments far enough ahead to be able to have a loaner and they always provide a nice, sporty civic for me to use. The prices are so much better than other dealerships I've dealt with, and I don't feel like things are being added on that aren't necessary. Or that I'm being taken advantage of because I'm a woman. This is definitely a wonderful environment and I love that they will do anything to ensure a happy customer.

The CVT is something to get used to for sure, but I live in a low density almost rural suburban county. If I had to drive this in city stop and go traffic, I'd probably not recommend it. For areas where you can start and go it's very enjoyable to drive. Comfortable, powerful, good visibility. I average about 23 unless I'm on actual highways and then it's usually around 27 mpg which is great for a V-6 with this power. The groan from the drivetrain is due to the lower RPM at low speeds. I bought mine with 113k miles and have had no real issues yet. The vehicle had a transmission fluid change at 100k, and had regular oil changes every 5 to 6k miles during its life. I can't really complain, it was such a good deal (used).

Purchased my Rogue about one month ago. I previously owned a Lexus ES350 and wanted a small SUV but the luxury brands didn’t do it for me. Likes: Works well as a daily driver Has all the room I need SL trim level is very nice, love 360 camera Bought from a great dealership Dislikes The Bose sound system is horrible Mid 20’s MPG, could be better Overall, very happy with my choice and glad I didn’t go with the CX5 I almost bought.

I ended up hitting a curb on my way to get an oil change and got a flat tire. I was rather upset about this. I called and they were very understanding and said they would be ready for me when I got there. I was worried about how much it would cost, how much time it would take, would there be a tire, would I need a rental, etc. Kevin looked up my tire coverage, found me a tire, replaced it and did my alignment. I believe it was all taken care of within 2 hours - maybe less! Fast and all with friendliness. I was so relieved!!

I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

We bought a '23 Tahoe Z71 and the sales process couldn't have been more seamless. Our salesman, Paul Degrazia, was terrific and made the purchase an enjoyable process, which is pretty rare. We came to terms quickly and we were finished within a couple hours. We love the vehicle and definitely recommend Bill Kay and Paul.
