I have just purchased my 2011 Mazda 6, from this dealership this past Monday the, 23rd. I have had my car for a couple days now. Even a week after I am still feeling the joy of the customer service and amazing experience I had. I was previously in an accident with my Lexus IS250 & needed a car to get me by until I am able to get back up on my feet. Coming in down & out, not in the best mood about my situation or my credit in that regard, it was clear to see I was having a terrible day. Sooner rather than later my day was turned around by the help of Eduardo, who was my salesman, who went out of his way to make me feel incredibly comfortable with choosing my new, but used vehicle. I had my doubts in terms of what I could & could not afford, also what would be my best choice of something reliable. My next interaction happened outside when I was looking at my vechile & Eduardo had stepped away for a moment to see how much my payments were going to be. I had the most pleasant experience with a salesman named Zach who was able to tell me more ins & outs of the vechile I ended up purchasing. He had previously sold Mazda???s in the past & was telling me how reliable they are along with other great aspects on them. At this point after both interactions I was sold. Over all the process of car buying can be tricky, and also over whelming to certain female drivers, especially myself. Both salesman???s Zach & the manager Eduardo were beyond helpful in my choice. They made me feel comfortable & over all welcomed in making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The dealership over all is extremely welcoming as well as a friendly place to go for a seemingly not so friendly business. My sister has previously bought & leased her vechiles from Eduardo & has always spoke so highly of them. I myself am a sales woman in the cosmetic field & I appreciated the honesty & the integrity of both men who I had the pleasure of speaking to About my vechile. I would reccoment this dealership & both Eduardo for his understanding, selling skills, and over all customer service that he had given me. Also in regards to making sure I was able to make payments that were affordable & right for my finances. Zach was a great help in his knowledge about Mazda???s & making sure that I knew all the great aspects of the vechile. Just knowing Zach wasn???t getting my sale of the car that I purchased built trust within the team selling aspect because he didn???t really have to chime in at all, there was an incredible level of trust that was built. Over all I am greatly Satisfied with my car and my experience. Thank you guys so much! Mark also who is in finance was beyond helpful with making sure I understood what I was signing off on and make the experience enjoyable instead of ???stressful.???
