Went to see a used Honda civic, and Jimmy " Superman" Hanlan was the salesperson. Took the test drive, and all good..No pressure at all, which made it a pleasant test drive..We didn't buy the car, but the the salesman was very professional, and followed up with e mails. I liked this dealership
Came to this dealership uneasy as all other dealerships have screwed me over. The general manager Tim and salesman Barry took me under their wing, treated me as they would their own family and found me the greatest deal!! I've never until now walked out of a dealership confident and happy with my purchase!! One happy girl!
Salesman did a great job of finding what we wanted as opposed to putting into something we did not want. The Financial person was every annoyed to the point of being rude because we chose not to buy what he was selling.
Exceptional service from start to finish. We made an online inquiry about a 2018 Forester and was contacted by Nick Clough who was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We explained to Nick exactly what we were looking for in regards to vehicle and price point. Nick went to work and found us the perfect car. When we came to the dealership for our test drive we were greeted at the door as if we were a returning customer. We were not bombarded with pushy sales people but were asked who our appointment salesperson was. It was a class act all the way around. Completing the financing was as simple as signing a few documents. Nick took care of most of the detail work before we ever came in. This was a nice touch and made our experience much more pleasurable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and Nick Clough for all of your Subaru needs.

I have been to multiple dealerships the past few months and no one wanted to help me. My lease was up in a few months and my credit is not that great. Gary was amazing I told him my situation and he did not turn me away. We were able to get me into my dream car and the payments are right where I wanted to be. In September I started researching a new car to buy. I owned a Nissan Xterra that I purchased new in 2006. It has been a great car so my first stop was to the Nissan dealership. Aaron was very helpful and patient in answering all of my questions and finding out exactly what I was looking for. I told him I was just looking and not ready to buy yet. He didn’t pressure me but explained about the promotions at that time, took my information and offered to stay in touch. He would call or text me every couple of weeks to let me know when they had the car I was interested in.
After checking other cars and dealerships, I decided to purchase a Nissan Rogue. I am thankful to Aaron for keeping in touch and letting me take time to make my decision. He found the perfect car for me and then introduced me to Ray, Sales Manager who helped me through the next process.
Ray was so helpful. He really worked to get everything that I wanted and the price I needed. They were very busy but Ray never rushed me and took a lot of time to explain things. He walked me through the whole process. I had a few questions after I bought the car and he called me back immediately to answer them. He was always friendly and never acted like I was bothering him. Buying a car is not always a fun experience but this time it was. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Ray and Aaron!

I was greeted by Matt Griffin before I even had time to turn off my car engine. Matt had his usual big friendly smile. He took my car for service in less than 5 minutes and informed me of how long the repairs would take. Repairs were completed on time. My car was returned sparkling clean. Again Matt greeted me as soon as I arrived at the dealership and took me to my car. I feel like family when I get my car serviced at this Nissan dealership.
Went in for the quick service and was happy to get my filthy car cleaned also. Oil and filter and tire rotation and cleaned in and out in about 1 1/2 hours. Oh, did I mention the great waiting area too.
We did our entire deal over the phone/internet. When we arrived, we were greeted immediately. Irish Dave had all of the paperwork complete and ready to go. He is a fantastic salesman and an all-around great guy. Definitely recommend the dealer and especially Irish Dave!!
I had such a great experience buying my car with Victor Lopez.
His personality was so friendly, he was very helpful and was hands on to help finish our deal. He definitely went above and beyond to please us with the sale of the car.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle with Manny and had a great experience. He was patient with my million questions and made the experience seem stress free. I went to multiple dealers while looking for a vehicle and can honestly say orlando mini provided the best customer service.
My issue was resolved by service manager Dawn.
I had asked for a written estimate. I did not get one; instead Service proceeded to do the repair without my authorization which totaled approx $339. I told them I wanted to go elsewhere for a Freon recharge while they did it anyway for a charge of $280. They adjusted my invoice and refunded $207.
Amazing people and great cars I got a car with them 9 months ago when was a great purchase I am just going for another one now with them
