I was refereed by a friend to this dealer and I went to purchase a SUV from this dealer, I called them and made an appointment with Mike and when I got there he had the car ready for me to test drive, he answered all the question that I had with best of his knowledge, once I decided that that I would buy this vehicle we went inside the office and he explained everything for me and once I agreed with the deal than I went to finance department and they got me the best Interest rate that I could get. I only gave this dralership and average 3/5 mainly because of the wait. I had an appointment for 11am. I came at 1020 am and wasnt seen until about 11. So I waited almost an hour. I was also promised my car would be done before 1. I found that amusing and guess what. It was finished around 3. I also expected a complimentary carwash but I guess this honda does not do that. Somewhat disappointing but what can you do.
I went through Costco and this dealer came up in referral. I did everything via e-mail (my preference) up to the point where car was being brought to dealership. This was my first time having to go to this Service department since this is my first Acura. First of all I want to let you know that Yves Vrnoga who wrote up my order was very professional and extremely helpful. My service was to pick up my key number 1. I had no idea that this takes around 90 minutes because of programming. I was so greatful that they drove me somewhere where I could wait and did some errands. even though there was a mix up and I have to return for key I highly recommend this service department. They took care of me. The only drawback is I live in Brentwood and have to return.

I came to this dealership because they had a very specific and rare car that i had been looking for. I week before I went to the dealership, i spoke to Peter Ong in the sales dept and he very carefully informed me of the process of getting it. Long story short, i ended taking an eight hour bus ride to the dealership the following week to see if o could buy the car. Peter picked me up from the bus station and took me out to lunch after he heard i hadn't eaten all morning. My car wasn't going to be ready until the following day so the dealership put me up in a hotel after Peter informed them of the bus trip i took to get there. Peter drove me to the hotel and picked me up the following morning and even bought me breakfast! Peter is the nicest guy you'll meet and he made the hassle of getting a new car an absolute breeze. If you ever need to get a car from this dealership, get in touch with Peter, he will go above and beyond for you. I promise you won't regret it!
Overall customer experience was great. The cars are priced well. Finance manager was very informative and well versed on the products.
