I went to Country Nissan hoping to trade in my lease. I knew I was going to go over my mileage limit and I wanted to own a car instead. I was worried that this would be difficult, however...I still owed a year on my lease agreement. I went to Jason LeClair, and he immediately went above and beyond in helping me find the best options for my desired monthly payment. I never once felt pressured or wondered if I was getting the best possible deal. Instead of feeling like I was playing "cat and mouse" like I have at other dealerships, we didn't waste any time getting down to business, and I truly enjoyed his company. I have always wanted a Rogue, and it's exactly what I got! I am so grateful Jason made it happen for me, and I will never buy another car from anyone else if I can help it. I even took a stack of cards to hand out to friends and family :)
I really like that Mackenzie made my car buying experience much easier. I work two jobs and she was able to answer all my questions through email and quote me a price. I also like that she never gave up when I decided to choose another dealer. When the other dealer went back on their word I was able to meet with Nick and Mackenzie and get the Rogue I wanted at the original price agreed on. Nick and Mackenzie went above and beyond to make me comfortable, answer my questions in person, and I ended up choosing Country Nissan again for my lease. I am so excited and happy with my new car. The customer service skills shown to me were excellent and the fact that the dealer kept their word on prices goes above and beyond. Trust is the foundation of all experiences and I would defienetly recommend Country Nissan to everyone I know buying a car.

What a pleasant surprise in the age of dealers slight of hand ie: I just sold that vehicle or they never had it to begin with, but I have this one instead or misrepresenting the condition of the vehicle. This is a honest up front dealer who does not waste your time with idle chatters and explains all cost right up front. I am the type of person who when looking for a vehicle wants the bottom line number and I was given that with no surprises when closing the deal. I would recommend this dealer to all my friends and family who need a vehicle.
