2022 RAM 1500 review
Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

2020 Acura MDX review
Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

2025 Genesis GV80 review
This car is very comfortable. The interior is beautiful. It has good pick up speed when entering on the highway. We've had other luxury cars but this one is by far more comfortable. 2018 Toyota Camry review
I have purchased six Camrys. So, when it was time to purchase a new one, I didn't check the features. I was pleasantly surprised by the radar cruise control that maintains your distance from the car in front regardless of the speed setting. It also flashes on your mirrors when a car is in your blind spot. The large screen on the radio is super. There are many other great features you will love!

Joel and Volvo Plymouth made it all so easy! When I arrived (about 5 mins early), Joel was already standing at the front desk and had the V60 Cross Country I wanted to test drive ready to go at the front door. During the test drive, he was knowledgeable and quick with answers to all my questions about the car, but also let me focus on the drive and getting a feel for the car. Joel guided me on a circuit that brought me through Plymouth’s downtown and onto the highway, so I got to feel the car at low and higher speeds - everything you need. Once we sat down to talk numbers, there was no back and forth game. Joel came right out of the gate with a fair price on the car, which is what originally brought me to Volvo Plymouth from Attleboro, and he and his used car manager gave me a fair price on my trade. What’s usually the most “stressful” part of car buying was over in no more than 10 mins. That said, I certainly wasn’t rushed. I got everything I needed and Joel worked quickly. My V60 is a lease return, and even before I asked, Joel promised that not only will the wagon be fully cleaned and detailed, but 2 dents will be repaired and the rims will be refurbished before pick up, along with all the usual oil, filter, and fluid changes. The dealership and showroom was immaculate! A pristine, low pressure, vanilla scented place to see, feel, and learn about what Volvo has to offer. The cars on the showroom floor were so clean that I was worried to leave fingerprints, but like a kid at at a glass counter, I couldn’t help leaving my grubby little prints as I went from S60, to S90, to XC90. Bottom line, if this is the Volvo way, I can easily see myself being a customer of Joel’s and the Volvo brand for life. This was such a positive change from the Jeep dealers I’d dealt with last. I can’t wait to pick up my new-to-me V60 and LONG LIVE THE WAGON!
2024 Volvo XC90 review

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

I bought (used) the R-Sport diesel in British Racing Green with roof racks. Super cute car, but not real roomy inside. I could complain about a lot of things like no compass and cramped back seat, but for me, the good points outweigh the bad. It has only been in the shop a few times (I'm the 2nd owner, so I figured things would be due to need replacing anyway); the gas mileage is phenomenal - on the highway I've gotten as much as 40mpg - and around town is an easy 30+. I like to stand out from the crowd, and this car certainly does it for me. Overall pretty happy with it!

After purchasing a vehicle through online, I found myself in a bit of a predicament when an issue arose with my car. The hassle of dealing with a third-party warranty was already daunting, but when I discovered that the warranty online car service claimed was valid had actually expired, I felt overwhelmed. They just use carfax for their data. However, my experience at Herb Chambers Jaguar completely turned that around. Brandon and the team were incredibly professional and understanding. The dealership's manager went above and beyond, allowing for a diagnostic despite the warranty situation, which truly eased my worries. When the coolant light indicator came on, I knew I had to address it immediately, and I'm so glad I went to Jaguar. Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. If I could give 10 stars I would!!! I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used Porsche, and the entire experience has exceeded every expectation I had. But the dealership went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. Timothy Klingenberger specifically was a DREAM to work with and someone I now call a true friend. He had my best interest in mind from start to finish. I can’t usually say that about any car dealership. Tim provided detailed photos and videos of the car, ensuring I could make an informed decision from a distance. The condition of the Porsche was exactly as described, and when it arrived, it was even better than expected—immaculate, with every feature working flawlessly. It was clear that the car had been meticulously cared for, and the quality of the vehicle far surpassed anything I’ve ever experienced in a used car. Not to mention and without my asking Tim included a second key fob at no additional ask or charge to ensure I had two as it would have come with when purchased new. The delivery process itself was smooth and efficient. The car arrived on time, in pristine condition, and with a full inspection report included. It was evident that the team cared about customer satisfaction and that they were willing to put in the extra effort to ensure I was thrilled with my purchase. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and customer care Tim gave me from start to finish. I’ve owned several high-end cars, but this was by far the most seamless and satisfying purchase I’ve ever made and I can be picky. 2017 Acura MDX review
My first MDX, absolutely love it. Gas mileage could be better in town, highway is good. I would buy the 4 seater next time not the 3 roll seat. Safety features are awesome! So many unexpected standard features. Safety features were my main concern as I have a 20 year neck injury. MDX filled all my safety issues. Honda is well made and ahead of their time.

2020 Jaguar F-PACE review
The F-Pace is an excellent sporty SUV. 2.5L engine has been completely trouble free. The suspension on this generation is a bit firmer than the newer generation. The performance and fuel economy is great. The infotainment system allows for apple car play (corded). The F Pace is bigger than other compact SUVs in its class. I wish Jag wasn’t so committed to going all electric because they have taken the Land Rover Velar and made the F-Pace more sporty and luxurious.

2020 Mazda Mazda3 review
This is no luxury car but if you are looking for a smaller car with great reliabilty and lower maintenance costs this is a great option. I am a petite female and the car is quite comfortable for me. I drive 18 miles one way into Minneapolis and the ride is enjoyable enough. This is my 2nd Mazda 3, ironically same color as my previous only because of availabilty. This model year all wheel drive was available and served me well in our Minnesota winters. Standard safety features are appreciated. I don't need all the bells and whistles but I do like connecting my phone to my car.

2023 Jeep Wrangler review
First jeep was a 2 door 1988 , have owned 9 since , every generation has gotten better , after having a lifted Willys and a Mojave gladiator I decided to go for more comfort but still able to do jeep things , 23 sport S 2 door hardtop 6cly , comfortable, quiet and cool . This is the best car dealership experience that I have ever had, we were attended by David as our sales man, he was very professional, he took his time and explained and answered all our questions in the best manner, we were complicated customer and David was able to addressed all our concerns, he print out all the paper work professionally, explained us all the fees, package options, LeaveVsFinance pricing and much more, its really nice to see all these numbers printed for sure!! This dealership is honoring MSRP and internet prices! (Not like some others around in the area which are asking overprice). Our finance guy was George, very professional as well, he addressed our all concerns and we were able to get a great interest rate!!! There wasn't any pression at all from our finance and sales guy which is great. We purchased a VW atlas crossport and we are very happy with the car, This dealership is also including a 20 year 200k Miles powertrain warranty for free!!! 2026 Volkswagen Atlas review
Bought 2025 Atlas Peak Edition new in Sep’25 and after 7,000 miles have 0 issues! Build quality is top notch and everything is fully functionable. Very well laid out to provide maximum interior space with real adult 3rd row seating. I traded in my Ford Explorer Platinum since I couldn’t take the continual and repeatable breakdown issues with transmission and engine failures along with the many fit and finish issues. Hands down, my wife and I absolutely love this vehicle. One of my sons drove my Atlas and liked it so much he bought identical model for his family too.
