Some people fix vehicles. Mike Duerr. fixes the stress that comes with getting them serviced!! My experience with Mike as a service advisor for our SPRINTER VAN has ONLY been TOP NOTCH! Plus he’s so knowledgeable in van upgrades!! He’s all around a stand up guy, loyal, knowledgeable, and solid character which makes him great at what he does! He communicates, follows up, and actually makes you feel like your time matters. His customer service is the kind that's getting harder and harder to find these days.
