Friendly and helpful folks. Price was as advertised without haggling (and in my case, will priced), car I came in for was available for test drive at my appointment time, and paperwork for purchase was efficiently handled. Good experience at the sales level! As with all used cars I was a little concerned about the sales process, but in this case things were low pressure and seemingly free of sales gimmicks. Appreciated they didn't try to sell me 5 extras and tack on dealer fees. It all just kinda went to plan.

This Van has spacious leg room in both the front and back. Easy to drive and comfortable seats. Lots of features, safe van when traveling a long distance.

Christopher Paras and myself. crossed paths in my search for the black 2022 4 runner RD Pro. I have purchased vehicles from Honda Marin and Toyota Marin and always left feeling. drained, swearing I would never bay another car. I had the opposite experience with Christopher. City Toyota was the last business on my list that supposedly had the car in stock. I had been given the run around with every Toyota dealership within a 45 miles radius. I told Chris exactly wha I wanted. He did validate that what I was retying to find was at this point a "unicorn." Chris called me back 15 minutes later and told the news: they'd haven arriving from Japan to the US in a month. Chris immediately reached out with a status update on the vehicle every step of the way. All the other 10 dealerships I tried to purchase this car from left me feeling like a bother. I tried to put down deposits and Two were sold by Toyota Marin I had put deposits down on. beyond disappointing. Chris called me me with the best news: the car had arrived two days early. We had already discussed finances over the phone. When I got the cal to come in and pick. up my car, trade I n my old one and meet with the financial department-I was in and out of the dealership driving home, all smiles, within less than 2 hour. I challenge any dealership to accede the level of customer service, care, communication, and knowledgable professionalism I experienced at Daily city Toyota. Chris made the experience fun and straight forward. I asked all my questions during our communication prior to the vehicle arriving. His response time was almost immediate. One of the finest gentleman ive encountered. His associate Marvin Luna also helped speed the day of purchasing process along. Marvin is also a fine gentleman, both of whom treated me like family. Chris and Marvin brought me to finance to complete the process. we all dread this..... However I worked with Jude Imoisili and he was another highlight go this whole experience. A gentleman who made a process I wam failure with easy and painless. He was very friendly and we had a great conversation while signing all the paperwork. Since having the new vehicle the service I received day one with christen the phone has continues to be 5 star. Ive contacted Simon the weekend not expecting to hear back rm him until at least the next business day, however, 2 minutes later he was available answering my questions and helping me solve my present issue. This dealership redefined excellence. I've referred 3 of my dearest friends, and will only ever work with this team. As a woman, purchasing vehicles is challenging. We are often treated as if we know nothing and taken advantage of the potential lack of knowledge. This was absolutely not the case with Chris and Marvin. Even after the keys were in my hand they took the time on a hot, 98 degrees day in their suits and ties, to go over the detailed mechanics of the impeccable tool I had just purchased. I have never had a positive car buying experience before now. I hope to someday be able to, beyond this review, show my gratitude for all Chris, Marvin, Jude, and the service teams did for me to make my dream come true. 5 stars all around.

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

I did the pre-approval through CapitalOne, called to verify the car I wanted was still available, Mini 2012. Spoke with Louis, and met with him 30 minutes before closing. The car I was approved for was not available in a manual transmission, however he did have a similar model slightly older but in great shape. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 20 minutes. He was thorough, and even dropped the price and gave me better financing options than I expected. I highly recommend Louis of Oakland Toyota. He is fair, efficient, and works in the best interest of his customer.

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

Fantastic Experience!!!! Just bought a 2014 Toyota Tacoma there on5/6/17, and was very impressed by the whole entire experience. First I was greeted by a very nice young woman before entering and then I met Drake who was my salesperson helping me the entire time. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and he explained everything clearly and answered all my concerns and questions. I would have no problem referring anyone to them looking to buy a great car. The 3.3 liter V6 is under powered especially if you carry six passengers. Had to replace a catalytic converter at 132,000 miles code po420 bank 2. a disappointment. The engine is basically a Camry engine. Toyota should of put a larger displacement engine in this van.

I found Hector Gonzalez, a Sales Manager, at One Toyota of Oakland to be one of the most professional sales managers I have met while I have searched for a used Japanese compact or sedan car for my price range at various brand name dealerships and secondary used car dealers for the past few weeks. He was extremely helpful in addressing all my concerns about purchasing a used vehicle from the One Toyota dealership, went through the quote thoroughly without hassle, was excellent in keeping in contact with me throughout the process, and made me aware of additional warranties and issues that other dealerships never offered to help allay some of my concerns when purchasing a used vehicle. I would highly recommend asking for Hector Gonzales if you are purchasing a vehicle from their lot for his excellent customer service and professional demeanor.

The accountant was also very good and patiently helped us organize our cash. As we decided to buy a car in full, we provided a lot of small denomination banknotes. I am very proud and pleased to give Alex (Mr. Diamond in the rough) praise for doing what should be done at every used car dealership. Yes, he has the mindset that you are his ONLY customer, and he will "make it right". He is respectful, honest and trustworthy. It's hard to trust the stereotypical "used car salesman"...I don't even need to explain, right? Please toss that connotation out when you shop with Alex and be refreshingly and happily amazed at how he makes it all happen in a non-stressful and productive way. I won't torture you with a long review, but I want to because EVERYTHING was handled so efficiently. I should include that I have been a Sales Manager for IBM and Henry Schein Dental...these multibillion $ co.'s are built on high end sales/service reputations. Point is this: I know greatness when I see it. One or two examples: Spoke to Alex about the Mercedes he had dropped in price to sell (great Carfax info btw...gives "fair price" accurately). Perfectly priced, so no need to dicker. I tell him I will need to get a friend to drive me there in case I buy the car...an uber driver was at my door in less than 15 minutes on Alex's dime. Bought the car and ALL paperwork was done, so I got my plates, stickers, registration in the mail shortly thereafter. Went back to get the smog done and pointed out the air conditioning/heat blower wasn't operating very well; don't forget, this is AFTER the sale. Alex could have charged me for parts and labor, but instead had Eugene (excellent mechanic btw) and Dmitry install the new blower for FREE...ask yourself when that kind of giving attitude and service happened at a used car dealer? Also put on 2 new front tires for “wholesale cost” and no labor charge. Please, you owe it to yourself to be dealt with in a professional and experienced service oriented manner...I am completely sold on Alex. P.S. In the short time I've gotten to know him, Alex has impressed me also with his love of his family. I value this also. Hope you go meet Alex...he will without a doubt, validate this review.

Having problems with the driver side, side door and rear door. Rear door is coming down when you are still standing under it. Side door won't close,or unlock properly.

Roy in particular treated me well and was both courteous and professional. I was a walk-in customer and given fair options. Though I ultimately decided not to buy from them, I wouldn't hesitate to look at their cars again.

Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

My experience is with Doshi in Sales and Jay in Finance. Both were complete professionals, courteous & respectful with my mom and reasonable with me. Doshi came back to me with a fair quote and stuck to his word. No hidden markups. No bait & switches. No unnecessary aftermarket add-ons. This is how it should be when shopping for a car. An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

We purchased a Toyota Highlander a few months ago from this dealership and after a few months in I wanted to share our experience with Willie Milton, Jeff Weist and Abdul Ferozy. In terms of picking the right vehicle we were pointed in the right direction by Jeff Weist. He also went over the figures with us prior to completing the transaction in the finance department. We knew we were paying a premium due to the shortage and I guess thats no ones fault. We agreed to the initial terms and was escorted to meet with Abdul Ferozy. Upon entering his office Mr. Ferozy seemed well organized and we promptly sat down and reviewed all the legal documents that were presented. Abdul then went over several of the packages that they offer, such as the extended warranty and maintenance plans and Toyota’s tire and wheel protection. We knew that these were products that we will use down the road so after the eloquent explanation we agreed. We completed the entire transaction fairly quickly about an hour although the salesman was still not done getting the vehicle prepped. I have used the service department once since then and Vern was great to work with. I would definitely recommend working with these gentleman. I will definitely be coming back for all the other servicing needs and trust that these guys have their ducks together.

Great mileage n planning on Toyota long term reliability. Plenty of power, even for light towing. Very spacious inside. AWD with electric motor is clever n works well. Suspension is great (rough roads feel smooth). But some negatives. We have LE n jumping to next trim levels is expensive unlike Kia. Folding seats are not nearly as smooth as with Chrysler. Also, our old Chrysler van drives like a smooth car but Sienna steers more like a van/truck...not bad per se, but different.

My brother and I decided to go browse around to different car dealers for a new car. We decided to drop by to Toyota of Oakland to look around. Then Abdul assisted us with the paper work to ensure that we received all of the information we needed to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. He was so nice he answered all of our questions to the best of his ability. Jeff was also so helpful even after we left the dealer and needed his help he always made sure I was being help. He always returned my call when I contacted him and needed help even if he couldn't help he made sure he found the right person to assist me. I would definitely recommend someone to this dealership and return again if I need to make another purchase.
