Rafael is the best Service Advisor! She is organized and efficient. I have always received the best service for my vehicles at Mercedes Benz of Houston Greenway!
2019 Porsche Cayenne review
This is a great all around SUV. It's quick and quiet and gets decent gas mileage. I bought a 2019 Cayenne S in the summer of 2025 with low miles. 440 horsepower and adjustable suspension make this a great road car. I have the Carfax and it shows just routine maintenance. I've had two oil changes and 4 tires and that's all it's needed. It now has 68k miles. Look for an independent shop for repairs and maintenance and you'll love it

George was my salesman but he was more like a friend. We talked about life and family more than me purchasing a vehicle and I can truly appreciate that. He listened to what I wanted and tried hard to get the deal I wanted and the car to match. Great place to buy a car because it feels like they actually care either way buying or not.

This was an amazing vehicle to own. It's currently at about 180k miles, and it runs perfectly! It really only needs regular maintenance, to be honest. It's never broken down once.

2016 Porsche Cayenne review
Purchased a base Cayenne as a CPO from a local Porsche dealer in 2022 with 34,000 miles (this is my 6th Porsche). Better than any other SUV I have ever owned by far. Fun, reliable, and great looking. And a great deal.

Porsche North Houston review
I have so many great things to say about working with Federico at Porsche North Houston! Federico answered my questions directly and went the extra mile to get me the information I needed. Had a deal done completely remotely and out of state. I appreciate the patience of the salesman, and he did everything he could to smooth out the process. Such a great car-buying experience. They don't fool around; they are straight to the point with prices, which are amazing. The entire experience was quick and painless. I emailed or texted some questions I had; Federico answered every one without any “sales games." The final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises). I’ll definitely do business with them again. Within days of buying the car, they shipped it to my door ASAP. Yes, I love how Federico and I bonded on this transaction.

We got the email about the software update. It totally changed options for the seats. Turned off the cooling/heating option and added the massage feature. My car does not have massage seats. Took 1 1/2 days to correct, but Autobahn took care of it. Just didn't expect it to take so long.

One of the top 3 best SUVs in the market by far, only rivaled by RR and Bentley. The quality is flawless; it drives like a car but with the comfort of a luxury SUV. Best of both worlds. I have a 911 and I am shocked how fantastic is the driving experience of the Cayenne

Porsche River Oaks review
Buying my first ever Porsche from this dealership was absolutely top tier from my initial visit to driving away in my dream car! The inside of the dealership is very well laid out, super nice, and welcoming. They have lounge areas equipped with snack and beverages on each floor and there is a great retail store too. My salesperson, Danny, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, most importantly not at all pushy. It was a pleasure to work with him and he made the buying experience wonderful. Ryan in finance was also great to deal with, no pressure, no xx, and made for a the transaction easy and enjoyable. I’ll look forward to visiting the dealership and take advantage of the fantastic “Complimentary hand-wash for the life of the vehicle”. What a fantastic incentive to consider Porsche River Oaks when shopping for your dream Porsche.

Porsche West HoustonReviews
Porsche West Houston review
From the time the allocation was created and my purchase of my 911, the personnel at porsche west Houston has been the consummate professionals. Ive been wanting this car since 1986 they've made this experience extraordinary. Ive had other luxury vehicles before, the team at porsche west Houston make you feel like you and your vehicle are part of the porsche community. Their care and treatment is top tier they went above and beyond on making sure my first service went flawless. Makes me love the brand even more than ever. They consistently sent emails, text messages and phone calls about my first service. The service representative was the best.
2021 Porsche Cayenne review
Purchased the 21 Cayenne S Coupe used with 12K miles in 2024. I now have 40K miles on it and enjoy it very much. The things I like are; the cabin comfort, 18 way seats with bolsters are great, it has all the power I need, ride quality with PASM is good, and there have been no issues. Porsche tax is high with depreciation and maintance cost a factor to be considred. Only complaint is the transmission downshift are clunky when changing between drive modes.

Tyray was absolutely amazing! He helped my mom find the perfect car for her and made the entire process so easy and comfortable. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole experience. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure she found a car that was truly the best fit for her. We really appreciated his professionalism and kindness. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and truly cares about helping you, I highly recommend asking for Tyray!
