AutoNation Honda West KnoxvilleReviews
AutoNation Honda West Knoxville review
I contacted the dealership service center to help me with my car after dealing with a problem with my starter for longer than I should have. One young man treated me with kindness, respect and compassion. I had already dealt with others who treated me like I was "just a stupid woman." He listened and was quick to come up with a solution. He made sure I was taken care of through the entire process. He gave me his business card, texted me all the information needed and made sure everything was taken care of. They provided me with a loaner car to use while my car was being repaired. When I came back to get my car after it was repaired, Gus recognized me immediately and was quick to help me. I have my car back and now hopefully don't have to worry if my car will start every day anymore. 1st time doing hard car things on my own after the end of my marriage. Where others were not kind, this young man showed me that not all service centers have to be scary and that sometimes a simple gesture of kindness can help me do the hard things. I will return to their service center for future needs and will be sure to ask for Gus!

Van Chevrolet review
The salesman John Pacheco was AMAZING and provided excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable and made the experience smooth. I felt at home and I recently lost my mom to cancer and shared that with him he was empathetic and just listened to me speak about her. In the business that he is in human kindness is important and he showed just that.
2018 Porsche Panamera review
As someone who is accustomed to full-size SUVs, lately I have wanted to get a sexy and sporty car. But since I have kids, the decision as to which car became difficult, until my wife suggested the Porsche Panamera. This car is both a comfortable sedan and a sexy sports car. It is a great choice!

Robbins ChevroletReviews
Robbins Chevrolet review
I?ve been coming to the service department at Robbins for almost 10 years. Primarily because there is a woman there (Rosie) that always takes good care of me and my vehicles. In fact I recently contemplated buying a new F250 from a dealership across the street but ultimately decided to go with the Silverado because I knew with confidence that Rosie and her team would make sure I would slways get what I need in order to keep my new vehicle in perfect order.

Fields Motorcars Seattle review
Responsive however lack of 2 keys on a rare special car not being noted and significant stone chips also not mentioned in the description not great. With those hits no movement on price on an overpriced vehicle no surprise they reached out later offering a lower price. Too late closed on a much nicer specimen for less. One plus $200 dealer fees was excellent and fair.

Porsche Palm SpringsReviews
Porsche Palm Springs review
The service department at Porsche Palm Springs is top notch. I had a terrific experience with my service advisor, Danielle. I recently experienced some electrical issue with my plug in hybrid Cayenne and I was able to get my car in end of day. Danielle met me there with a contagious smile and had my Cayenne taken immediately into service. She even secured me a loaner was so I wouldn't have any issues getting to work that night. She understood my night shift schedule at the hospital and accommodated me with stellar professionalism. I had the problem fixed, work done right and I left with a smile.

The Autobarn Volvo Cars of Oak ParkReviews
The Autobarn Volvo Cars of Oak Park review
We recently bought at CPO Volvo XC40. Patty Villa was our salesperson. We looked at cars on Saturday, drove a few different ones, and made our offer on Monday and drove the car home that night. Patty answered all of our questions and did not pressure us to make an immediate decision. She stayed late to show us how to use all of the electronics and was incredibly kind when we apologized for keeping her late. The next time we buy a car, I would not hesitate to use The Autobarn Volvo Cars Oak Park and ask for Patty. She was wonderful to work with! Thank you!

Arlington Acura in Palatine review
Johnny was very nice and professional. I met some real sales xxxxxxx at about 7-8 dealerships. The Mazda was a little too fancy and rode a little too low for me, but would be a great buy for someone else. I saw the following day, the price was jacked about $8,000.00 higher ($24k) Even at $16,000.00, it wasn’t a good fit for me and I went with a 2023 Honda HRV, which I rented after a hit and run accident and ended up really liking.

Highline Auto SalesReviews
Highline Auto Sales review
We purchased a Tesla from Highline and had a great experience. Bekim was our salesman and he was extremely responsive, professional, and willing to work with me to get a deal done that we were both happy with. He was a steady and helpful resource while we navigated the purchase and transportation of the vehicle after the sale. I highly recommend Bekim and Highline.
2018 Porsche Panamera review
I have a Panamera 4 and it is the best car I have ever owned. After 5 years it has never let me down- not even once- and besides the recall notices that were always handled during regularly scheduled visits nothing has needed attention. The fit and finish and styling are still totally on point after all this time. The car looks and drives exactly like it did when new despite 30,000 miles. Also, I have 21’ wheels and thought I would have to replace the tires by now. However, they are chunky and full of tread. I drove 1000 miles in one day last week averaging 77mph and 29.5mpg. Great performance and a long drive in one day. It was so nice on the road and my body despite the longest drive of my life! Fit and finish, quality of the components, and tech that is totally up to date after 5 years. Wow. Loved it! I also own a cayenne and a 2015 Mercedes S class. The Mercedes is not close to the quality unfortunately.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience purchasing my first car! The entire process was smooth, and I really appreciate the help and patience throughout everything. Buying a car can be stressful, but they made the experience much easier and helped me feel comfortable with my decision. I’m so happy with my purchase and excited to finally have my own car! Thank you for helping me make this happen. I definitely recommend!

Volvo Cars of PlymouthReviews
Volvo Cars of Plymouth review
I have purchased several vehicles over the years and Volvo of Plymouth is by far the most professional and easiest dealership I have ever dealt with. Sonny and Joel are amazing and found me the car I wanted and gave me a great deal on my trade. The process was seamless! I will absolutely recommend them to everyone looking to buy a car. They will find you what you want, quickly and without any stress. I will definitely use them when purchasing another vehicle! Thank you both for such a great experience!
