Consistency is very important, and from my first experience with Hunt Valley Porsche' s service department to my last repair experience they are outstanding.They diagnosed an unrelated related repair and gave me options to have the work done in a manner that saved me money.

I recently purchased a 2018 Lexus RX 350 from Porsche Hunt Valley. Although I typically dread car shopping, I were pleasantly surprised with my experience purchasing this vehicle. Mike Dorsch, the salesperson who assisted me, was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional, thorough, and answered all of my questions. I also enjoyed working with Ben in the Financing Department. Ben worked diligently to find the financing that worked best for me. I love my new vehicle and highly recommend Porsche Hunt Valley when looking for a new or used vehicle.

Service was performed in a timely manner. Loaner car was provided. Video of service was provided. I am satisfied with the service performed. Will continue to use this dealership for service.

I wish Porsche Hunt Valley was my local Porsche dealership! Was reviewing available CPO cars on the Porsche website and noted a car that matched the spec I was looking for. Inquired via email and immediately received a response from Michale Dorsch. Dealing w/ Michael could not possibly have been better. Since I was inquiring from the west coast, I was worried the car could be sold before I had a chance to fly out to see it. Michael sent me videos of the car and we discussed it?s condition. I committed to fly out to see the car and Michael also arranged for a pre-purchase inspection at a local independent shop. When I arrived at the Porsche Hunt Valley, I was greeted by Michael. We did a walk around visual inspection of the car, did some initial paperwork and had a chance to walk around the dealership. The dealership itself is has some very nice customer cars upstairs on display. Worth a walk upstairs to look at them. Took a drive in the car to the independent shop for a pre-purchase inspection. Perfect chance get a feel for the car. PPI was fine, drove back to the dealership and finished all the necessary paperwork. Michael arranged to have the car sent to me in CA via covered transport. Overall the entire purchase from initial inquiry to the end was smooth and effortless. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from Porsche Hunt Valley and Michael. If you?re considering a Porsche, I would highly recommend going to see them.

Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

I’m out of state but had exceptional experience, wish I were local so could also do my service, etc at Porsche Hunt Valley!

I purchased a CPO last month and the service I received was above any service I’ve ever received at any other dealership. From the time we walked into the dealer we felt welcome and like we were apart of the family. Driving where speed limits are not really important ,having owned 928 ,turbo,gt3,this car is perfect for everyday driving FAST! I like to compare to a nice pair of Italian shoes… Fyi 150 kmh is normal driving and not just in highways !

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

My previous car completely died and was not worth fixing. As a nursing student I needed a car quickly! With not so great credit, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to make this happen. Jeremy and David were a dream to work with! I found the car I wanted, was approved quickly. Once I made it to the dealership (I live two hours away), the process was quick, painless, and I was on the road in my new to me jeep! Could not have asked for a better experience! We bought our 2014 Porsche Boxster Base in early 2016 with only 1,200 miles on the odometer from a Porsche dealer in NC. We’ve owned Corvettes, BMW 528i’s, Mercedes 300D’s, Subaru’s, Prius, Explorer, Suburban, etc and our Boxster is by far the best car overall! During the extended factory warranty we had it serviced at a dealer and their warranty was excellent. Now we use other experts for service and the have access to the factory maintenance and can reset the yellow service requests after completion. The 2.7 liter flat 6 is excellent and nothing beats the sound it makes above 4,000 rpm. Also ours gets 40+ mpg at highway speeds and corners like it’s on rails! Go ahead. Buy one!

Very professional customer oriented experience. Excellent communication throughout the process. This was the first electric Macan they have worked on and they gave me a loaner car so that I didn’t spend hours waiting for a reported one hour warranty service which would likely take longer.

I absolutely love the way this car drives. You almost forget it is an SUV. Interior amenities and technology are lacking compared to comparable vehicles. There is a lack of good storage in the cabin. The options a pricy as in the Porsche tradition. You forget these things once you start driving. Since I got it, I figured a way out to make my commute an additional 5 miles each way. My purchase experience with Redwood City Porsche was a joy thanks to my sales associate Sam Pham. I always look forward to my next drive!

This Macan S model car has all of the bells and whistles: navigation, power everything, integrated phone, voice control, paddle shifters, heated and air conditioned seats, cruise control, leather, smart headlights that turn into curves, and rain sensing wipers. The car has the six cylinder turbo 348 HP engine with 414 lf-ft of torque. Very quick and responsive. The ride is smooth, and the car handles great. The only con is the sun visors are too short.

My experience was THE absolute best! I traveled all the way from PA to buy two 2015 Transit Vans (15 Passenger). Ayanna was very sweet and kind! She took notes, asked what my needs were for my business, asked questions about me! I truly appreciated how she wanted to get to know me instead of talking about the vehicle!
