Williams Auto SalesReviews
Williams Auto Sales review
We went to Williams curious about a specific car. Geoff was great answering any questions we had. After test driving it, we decided to purchase the car. The price was great and Geoff offered us a fair price for our trade in. There was information in the office about added warranties but no pressure from Geoff. The only thing we wish had been available on Cars.com or their website was some form of vehicle history, but we managed to purchase that information online before seeing the car. Otherwise, this was a smooth, easy , and pleasant car buying experience.

Thomas of PetersburgReviews
Thomas of Petersburg review
First, I'm an internet car shopper. I research the dealer sites for the auto I'm looking for, comparing & pricing compilable vehicles. I recently found & purchased a locally owned 2012 Chevrolet Equinox trade-in from Nikles of Petersburg. I drove 103 miles to Nikles on a car searching loop w/ 3 Chevy Equinoxes @ 3 different dealers to assess. Nikles was the second dealer on the loop. I contacted Doug Stark who helped me w/ all my questions, concerns, & test drive of the Equinox. Doug was very straight forward, genuine, no frills or tap dancing, & quickly came back w/ my "out the door" price that was reasonable & fit nicely into our budget. The car was detailed for a later pick up, filled w/ gas, & the paper work went quickly upon our arrival. As my wife was viewing the car for the first time, she noticed a small water stain under the hood on a piece of chrome when pointed out to a shop employee, he quickly grabbed some wax & a towel & checked several areas on the Equinox. I live in a small East Central IL. town where a man's word is his bond. Doug Stark & the employees of Nikles fill the bill w/ my wife & me. Yes, I will give Doug a call in the future whenever I'm looking for another vehicle.

Jose the Sales Manager listened to what I wanted and found the vehicle at another dealership and brought it over. Briana in Sales showed me all the features and explained how everything works. She even helped me get the app set up on my phone. David in Finance was so friendly and made the process easy. I have told all my friends how nice everybody was to me and this was really a no-stress day. I love them. I wish I could buy a new vehicle every year so I can go back over and over.

Eagle Auto on UniversityReviews
Eagle Auto on University review
Back in early February, I went in to look at Mazda CX-5 they had on their lot, but it sold that morning or the day before. My boyfriend inquired about a 2019 Honda CR-V they had on their lot and asked if the price was negotiable, given that the mileage was pretty high (148,XXX for a 2019). Miguel (or Cole) said, "Everything on the lot is negotiable." Having just come from a Mazda dealership that had a strict no negotiation policy while also overpricing their used inventory, this was a huge plus for us. While we took the CR-V for a test drive, my boyfriend ran the specs on it and a couple codes popped up. Nothing major, but we wanted to ask about them. When we returned and told them about codes, Cole immediately took it back and checked it out. Didn't argue with my boyfriend, didn't take offense, nothing. Just took it back and offered to have us go back there with them while they looked it over. Huge green flag for me. On top of that, they had very outgoing personalities, were super funny and personable, great banter. Their building didn't feel like some over-sanitized, white-walled, personality-less dealership. It felt like I was going to my buddy's garage to get work done on my car and hang out (and I mean that in all the best ways). When it was time to sit down and start talking turkey, we didn't want to negotiate the price. These guys had been so cool from the very start, that at that point, it didn't feel right to haggle down. Instead, they took off the documentation fee, and we walked out paying the exact sticker price on the car. It is now the middle of March and my car has been running flawlessly. I have already taken it to Detroit and it did amazing. While I'm in no hurry to buy another car any time soon, if or when the time comes to get another one, they will be the first dealership I reach out to!

Aberdeen Chrysler Center review
Buying a beautiful white 2013 Chevrolet 1500 with V8 5.3 exactly what i was looking for! Nick Tigert is the most amazing sales person I have dealt with , He has been so informative and helpful and answered every question I asked ! This is the second time he has helped me also sold me a very reliable and great family town and country a few months ago and he always goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is fully satisfied in every way before everything is finished! So thankful for Aberdeen Crysler Center and amazing people the choose to hire like Nick Tigert! I will definitely be back and asking for Nick when I do! Because people that go above and beyond like that and making people feel special and that they matter makes the customers come back again and again! thank you for all your hard work and treating the customers right ! And Not to forget, you’re amazing prices you have on vehicles! 😁

KDK Auto BrokerReviews
KDK Auto Broker review
It’s a very laid back dealership no pressure salesman and a nice selection of vehicles. I didn’t buy the original vehicle I went to look at but the salesman showed me other things within my price range. I did purchase a vehicle from them and I love it very clean and well maintained. Finance was straightforward and easy my credit isn’t the greatest but they got me approved for a rate that was even with my credit union. I would consider going back to them in the future.

Denver Auto Company review
I did my research and found a great deal at Denver Auto on a Subaru Forester. The car was ready and waiting for my scheduled test drive. Right by the door. They let my mechanic look it over. It had just had lots of repairs/maintenance. My mechanic verified all this. Stan was great and I purchased the car!! Still going strong!! Thanks Denver Auto!!!

AutoNation Ford Orange ParkReviews
AutoNation Ford Orange Park review
It was worth the drive from SW Florida to AutoNation Ford Orange Park. The sales and finance team worked together to get us a decent trade in and we were able to come up with a price that allowed us to drive our new Ford Mustang home that day.
2016 RAM 1500 review
This truck was what I needed at a price I could live with. Very comfortable, decent ride, we will see about fuel consumption. Big V8 with plenty of power.
