Overall was great. The only thing was the person who sold me the extended warranty was not very forthcoming. He was vague when answering questions. I probably wouldn’t have purchased it if I had gotten all the information during negotiations. My car salesperson (Pete A) was easy to work with and answered my questions when the warranty guy didn’t.

Spitzer Jeep RAM Brook Park review
Ed was SO helpful! We had such a great experience with him and the rest of the team at Spitzer! Buying a new car can be such a daunting process but he listened to what we were looking for without the pressure I've experienced at other dealerships. AND he was able to steer us in the right direction, keeping in mind the features we were looking for and our budget.

Woodhouse Ford of PlattsmouthReviews
Woodhouse Ford of Plattsmouth review
Purchase went smooth however only had the vehicle, 2020 Explorer, for less than a month. Called the service department today as the drivers seat has a rip on the stitch line and Woodhouse South are not willing to repair the seat. Even purchased the premium warranty. Even has a transmission issues and they are not looking at that either. Why purchase a warranty if the dealership does not honor it. Would like a call from the owner of Woodhouse to resolve these issues.

CarMax HuntsvilleReviews
CarMax Huntsville review
After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.

Lux Auto PlusReviews
Lux Auto Plus review
I can't say enough good things about my experience at this dealership. I drove an hour and a half to get there and can say it was 100% worth the drive. Tommy was absolutely outstanding from the start to finish. I went back and forth several times because I wasn't sure if the truck was right for me. At no point did he ever pressure me into making a decision or try to sell me something I didn't want. He was incredible patient, took the time to answer questions I had, and made sure I was completely comfortable before moving forward. It's rare to find a salesperson who genuinely wants what's best for the customer instead of just making a sale, and Tommy is exactly that kind of person. The finance gentlemen was just as impressive. The finance manager was friendly, personable and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. He found every possible way to save me money and made the entire financing process easy and stress-free! Tommy went above and beyond by recommending a local restaurant while I was in town, and it was fantastic. Everyone treated me with respect and professionalism. If you're looking for a dealership that values its customers and makes buying a vehicle enjoyable, I highly recommend coming here and asking for Tommy. I wouldn't hesitate to make the hour-and-a-half drive again. Five stars all the way!

Thank you again for all your time and for being so awesome! My wife and I really appreciate Chris and James for their open and honest approach, as well as all the valuable information. This experience was not at all the high-pressure and constant back and forth negotiation that we were expecting. They gave us the fair and appropriate price right from the start and were fully transparent on everything. It was a fun and pleasant experience. Thank you again for that.

Lugoff Ford review
Although I ultimately purchased my vehicle from another dealership due to specific availability, I wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent service I received from Justin during my search. He was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Justin took the time to understand my needs, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel pressured at any point. I truly appreciated the transparency and honest communication throughout the process. Even though I didn't end up buying from this dealership, I would recommend him to anyone looking for a respectful and trustworthy sales associate.
2018 RAM 1500 review
I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

West Herr Chevrolet of East Syracuse review
Steve S. was my salesman. I chose him because he assisted me 2 weeks before when I came in looking for the service dept even though it was his day off. I decided to just buy a new car instead of putting more money into the one I had. I knew exactly what I was looking for. He went over the options I wanted & brought the car right up to the door for me to look at. The paperwork process went smoothly and I had the car the next day.

Best prices, best vehicles and best customer service. United Auto Sales was outstanding for my car purchase!
2018 RAM 1500 review
Meets all our needs. Safe, Reliable, Performance and Value for the money are top par. But less stars for styling, etc. but that was out of my choice for this truck to not have all the bells and whistles. NOT reflecting the condition or anything of that matter of the truck I purchased. It is clean as a whistle, with low miles, and purchased a 6 year newer truck with 60,000 less miles, and make the same payment I do on my previously owned 2013 with 92,000 miles.

Great customer service from Caden and I enjoyed the free Uber service. The video report provided by the tech was very helpful too.
