Mark Sanders is the salesman to get. He seemed to be genuine in his concern for getting me the vehicle that I wanted. They didn't have my truck on the lot, and we talked price without seeing it. Mark said a small deposit would be required to have the truck transferred to Antioch. I wasn't in a rush and told them I would think about it. A day or two later, I get a call from Mark saying that they went and got the truck and it would be sitting in front for me to look over. Sure enough, I went there the next day and liked what I saw. It was as described. After a test drive and some final negotiations I had the deal put on paper. Of course it changed, but after a little more negotiations we were back on track. They were high on some of the add on extra add ons I wanted, but took no for an answer also. Watch your deal as a good buyer should, bring a calculator, make sure that you are talking out the door price and all is good with these guys. Get Mark if you can and have fun negotiating with Kevin. The Finance Manager was good to work with too.

The overall experience was nice. The sales associate was nice. But when I got home and lifted the hood. I realized I immediately needed new filters, new oil. Top of the antifreeze the windshield wiper fluid was empty. Everything was good until then. Then I was just irritated and realized I was going to be paying a few hundred dollars to get everything up to par.
Don and Robert were awesome, both were very upfront and honest. I got a great deal on the RAM, but I also earned a couple of friends. I will go back to buy my next vehicle no doubt. Great business, great people, highly recommend Don but you better be ready to hear the truth bc he's a straight shooter.
Just finished up my purchase of a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Kunes Country in Elkhorn Wisc and I can say it was one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. The staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant, which continued to enhance the buying experience...genuinely nice people. My sales person was Mike Oberthaler. He stayed in close touch by phone and email during the process and made the transaction go smoothly. He also provided good advice and explanations of the various rebates, models, options and pricing. Mike also tracked down a vehicle for me that more closely met my needs. I would encourage anyone in the market to give them a try.

As this was my first time purchasing a car the experience I had with Rick was effortless. He made my process very easy and was so helpful through it all, he had everything ready to go. I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.
