Great service department I have been coming to this dealership for over 20 years they keep you informed on every step
2019 RAM 1500 review
I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

From the time I closed my 2016 Lonestar, all was a pleasure. I had a great experience meeting Charles a salesman that has been there for 10 years. Very polite and informative. Though the sale and trade in, everything went smoothly! Very pleased with the quality of the new truck and the professionalism of everyone I met and dealt with!

CarMax IndependenceReviews
CarMax Independence review
Just recently purchased a Nissan Kicks at the Independence CarMax, we had previously purchased a Nissan Sentra {about 2 weeks prior) but we found it eventually getting into the vehicle difficult for the age as I am getting older (seventies in my case) the Kicks we have now is a wonderful vehicle. Rick Gross was our salesperson. He did a wonderful job explaining every aspect of our purchase. Matthew and Sharon handle the financial side of our purchase and also was clear on 30-day refund policy and purchase of our Kicks. I would highly recommend this CarMax in Independence; they took time to give us peace of mind on our new Nissan Kicks.

Five Star FordReviews
Five Star Ford review
My wife's 2017 Edge Titanium needed service because the "wrench" light came on. Dropped it off and met with Odie Terry, our Service Advisor. Odie informed us that it will be a day or 2 before a tech could get to it because they are always so busy. Odie called me a couple of days later and said the battery wasn't getting enough volts to the sensors, creating numerous error codes. Replaced the battery and one code came back as a torque converter issue. Once we found out they would be keeping it awhile Odie arranged a rental car for us. Turns out the transmission needed a complete overhaul. Thank God for the 5 year/60k mile power train warranty, which covered everything! Took about a week but once we got it back it drove like a dream! Odie called me every 2 days to give me a progress report. He made what was a major inconvenience much more bearable. It's nice to know there's a dealership close to us we can totally trust to service our Edge and do everything right. Hats off to you Odie Terry, you are a true professional and an outstanding ambassador to the Ford Motor Company!

2019 RAM 1500 review
The best truck I’ve ever owned! I’ve been a proud owner of five Ram 1500s over the years — a 1998, a 2005, a 2009, and two 2019s. It has always been a pleasure owning a Ram truck. They’ve been reliable, powerful, and just an overall great truck. I’ll always be a Ram fan!

I walked in cold and was in & out in less than 2 hours. Buying a salvage car isn’t without some risk but it can be worth it if you find the right car. I’ll definitely be looking these guys up next time - no pressure, they didn’t waste my time and met me halfway on everything I asked for/about. My salesman Jesus was great - no games, a professional. Daniel in finance made things super easy too. I only have good things to say about the buying process.

Westway FordReviews
Westway Ford review
I recently bought a new F350 from Westway Ford. I bought the truck over the phone from 2000 miles away. I was also talking with a couple other dealerships in the Dallas/Ft Worth area and neither of them were willing to negotiate with me. I first spoke with Matthew, the sales mgr then, the salesman Edwin took over from there and sent me a walk around video of the truck and was highlighting different things on the truck. Edwin was pro active but, not pushy in any way. I didn’t just give that dealership my business, Edwin earned it. I flew in on a Friday afternoon and Dana in finance had all the paperwork ready to go so, I was out fairly quickly and since this was a cash deal, their profit margin wasn’t a whole lot but you’d never know it by the way I was treated. All and all, a very professional operation and very pleased with the deal that we agreed upon. I highly recommend this dealership and I know any questions that may arise they are there to answer. Patrick

Utter Family of Dealerships review
From the 1st phone call responding to my availability inquiry, Tommy Ellis was incredibly kind, professional & informative. His communication throughout the process was impeccable & he made the entire buying experience a positive one. We highly recommend this dealership & Tommy as your salesman!
