Went to novak a couple of weeks ago to look at one of the rams they had, Rodney treated me and we took it for a test drive. Pleased I knew I would want the truck but had to sell my car first (to low of a trade) Rodney understood and let me walk out with out any pressure, that right there is something you don't find at car dealerships.. Rodney stayed in touch with me over the next two weeks and when my car got sold, I drove straight over to novak in Hope's the truck I wanted was still there, and it was! I bought it and pretty happy with my purchase. Pros - no bs, no dealer drama, seemingly very good low mileage off lease cars/trucks. Cons - no haggling.. You might be able to knock a little bit off the price but you are pretty much going to pay what it says on the sticker.. Which of you have a tight budget, isn't good. But with that said I would recommend Novak motors to others as the actual buying experience was great.

I can’t say enough good things about working with Ian at Royal Buick GMC. I had a ton of questions about the Hummer EV — charging at home, the CrabWalk feature, battery range in winter, software updates, maintenance costs, you name it. The whole buying process was the opposite of stressful. No pressure, no back-and-forth games, no sitting around for hours. Ian laid out the numbers up front, explained the financing and trade-in options, and made sure I understood everything before signing. What really stood out was how fast and simple it was. From test drive to driving off the lot, everything was streamlined. Paperwork was ready when I got there, and I was in and out way quicker than I expected for a car deal. If you’re looking at a Hummer or any vehicle at Royal Buick GMC, ask for Ian. He made the experience easy, transparent, and actually enjoyable. I’ll be sending friends and family his way.
2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?
