Used 2023 RAM 1500 trucks for sale near Hickory Hills, IL

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

I was in the market for a used rubicon wrangler, Sherman dodge had the vehicle I wanted. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Jesse W and from the time I arrived to the time I left in my new vehicle he was very attentive to my every need! I felt like I left with an amazing deal!

My first truck after doing lots of research. Love the ride and room in it. My wife likes the ride and how high you ride to see ahead. More affordable then the other brands out there. Palmer Dodge was great to deal with.

Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!

Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.

Bought the RAM 1500 Laramie 4x4 about a month ago. Very pleased overall. While I knew going in it would be a gas guzzler, buyers should take gas mileage into consideration when buying. That said, the truck handles very well, is great on long drives, and interior is exceptional. Beautiful design overall

I had a good experience with Chris Price awesome sales man.. no pushy sales tactics.. he was honest and straight to the point.. I have bad credit.. and was turned down from alot of different dealers Marino, Hawk,Naperville and Shermans.. all said No.. but Carmax have me thre car I wanted wth super low miles.. Go see Joe, he is the best salesman!! cares about his customers he is kind and knows his stuff. If I ever bought a car again I would go back to see Joe. They gave me an IOU for things that needed to be fixed two little things and when I went in Joe was right there ready to help

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Had a fantastic experience with Motor Cars of Chicago, Seraj “Raj” Abughoush was amazing to work with. He was attentive from start to finish. I am an out of town buyer and Raj worked with me to make sure I was satisfied before and after purchase. He followed up timely and walked the vehicle with me via FaceTime twice. He took me on a drive via FaceTime and even found a chip in the window and had it fixed before delivery. I will definitely buy another vehicle from Motor Cars of Chicago, they have a customer for life. The manager was also highly engaged And customer focused. I highly recommended and customer friendly.
