Amazingly friendly staff who answered any questions/concerns I had. I felt they were honest with what my vehicle needed or didn’t need so not to take advantage of the customer. Great place! Highly recommend !

First time Haasz user. Brennan was awesome. Clear communication throughout the whole process; he & Justin got everything ironed out before I even stepped onto the lot. Pickup was smooth and everything since has been great too. Would go back there 10/10 times.

Kufleitner Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Adam Yossef was a very kind and knowledgeable salesman who did not force anything on us. He met all of our expectations. We got a great deal on the vehicle we purchased. We recommend going to Kufleitner for your future vehicle. Thank you again Adam for all of your help.
2023 RAM 1500 review
Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

Columbiana Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAMReviews
Columbiana Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
I would first like to say thank you to Joe my sales rep and Carol the finance manager for making my car buying such a great experience. Not only was my buying experience flawless but the staff are wonderful people to work with. I actually traveled from Georgia to Columbiana, Ohio to buy a Dodge Charger Scat Pack because of the great deal on the car. There were no games, confusion, or deception. The staff are trustworthy and honest. I will recommend them to all of my friends who are looking for a Dodge vehicle.

Spitzer Ford Cuyahoga Falls review
I had a routine maintenance appointment at Spitzer Ford in Cuyahoga Falls on Wed., Sep. 3 2025. Scott Gilmore advised me efficiently on the questions I had. He explained beyond one answer to a question which was very helpful. I appreciated his attention to detail. I will return in another 5000 miles. Rena Goss

We had the best experience here. Scott Bickley was exceptional in helping us find the right cars and best fit for us price-wise. He was very patient and willing to meet the individual needs of our family. Mac G the sales manager was also exceptional in helping us make our purchase. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Eric Figueroa has the best customer service of salesman of any dealership I’ve been to. I didn’t feel pressured by him and he was so nice to work with. I recommend him 100% ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought the RAM 1500 Laramie 4x4 about a month ago. Very pleased overall. While I knew going in it would be a gas guzzler, buyers should take gas mileage into consideration when buying. That said, the truck handles very well, is great on long drives, and interior is exceptional. Beautiful design overall

CarShop CranberryReviews
CarShop Cranberry review
This is the 2nd car I've bought from CarShop Cranberry within 8 months. I love CarShop!!! Outstanding experience at every turn. Shane was my initial contact to get the process started with trade-in valuation. Totally easy going process - no stress at all! Nice hand-off to Ryan on another day as they worked around my work schedule. Ryan was fast and efficient to get me through the purchasing process and get me in my new car. It was all fast and easy no stress no pressure process. Cars are beautifully presented on their web-site, easy to line up for a test drive, clean and detailed when you get there. There are NO negatives with this process. I encourage everyone to take a look and give it a try. I think I'm a fan for life :)

Brian Lewis was very helpful and polite. We were in and out very quickly. We placed our order over the phone. Super easy. The quoted price and the final price were exactly the same. Thank you.
2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

My first truck after doing lots of research. Love the ride and room in it. My wife likes the ride and how high you ride to see ahead. More affordable then the other brands out there. Palmer Dodge was great to deal with.

Unfortunately, we didn't buy the car because I overlooked the fact that it did not have a sunroof which is a dealbreaker for me. Our salesman Armando did a great job presenting all the facts, was not high pressure and was respectful of our time. I would definitely go back because I had a wonderful experience.
