11/18, After many visits to other dealerships, I finally found a Bill Vince's "internet preowned SUV" my visit there was welcomed by Domenick Cirianni , he turned out to be the " BEST of salesmen" in my pursuit of a purchase. Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. I HATE this side of your business, do not let it consume you) you do your job well, keep up the good work. Get rid of the survey.
My Experience at Sands was the way it should be at every dealership! I'm that tough customer who contemplates and perseverates until I find exactly what I want. Looking for a used car, I am glad my final decision ended with a warm and welcoming dealership such as Sands. Joe Lyons was pleasant, professional and extremely helpful Between Joe, Matt and Chris my experience was flawless. They did everything right to make it work for me with in my budget! I will definitely be recommending Sands! Everyone there was great! On a side note thanks to Jimmy Mack for making me laugh!
Had rear sensor problem #Warranty ran out there was a gray area about my bumper Talk to sales manger and he wanted me to be Satisfied he said they would fix everything true to there word they fixed it the fix was not cheap all the sensor bezels Had to be painted very pleased with way was handled
Needed an oil change on short notice, they said no problem, bring it on by. I dropped the truck off a half hour before they opened, and there were service people there already. They took my keys and info inside and off I went. Called me an hour later to tell me it was finished. All for $35.
Took my Challenger Scatpack in for its third oil change on 9/19/18 and as usual Daniel my service advisor and Christian my technician treated me with respect and courtesy. The car was returned to me just as clean as it was when I arrived including under the hood. Customer for life!
My buying process was exceptionally quick as I walked in the door knowing exactly which car I wanted but my salesman was very helpful and friendly. My only disappointment was that I asked if he though it smelled like smoke because it had a definite odor to it. He told me he didn’t think so but the minute two other people sat in it they said it did and a minute later I saw a cigarette burn in the passenger seat.
I just want to say that academy Honda was a very straight forward dealership when it came to pricing and their service was great . I came in originally to purchase a used Honda Accord and ended up leaving with a new accord and couldn???t be happier ! Bryan was very easy to work with and went over all the features of the new car with me .
Had my truck for year found a problem with the rear sensors in the bumper talk to the sales manager Bob at Bergey Dodge The repairs would have cost me money out of my pocket because I found the problem and pointed it out there fixing all the sensors at their cost very please with that Bergeys stands behind their customers
