This was a good car-buying experience. The salesman was Richard Cortez and he was calm, practical, listened to what I said and didn’t try to override me. No one at this dealership wasted time, and although everyone wants to get the best deal possible, especially a car dealership, I never felt less than in control of the negotiation or pressured. I felt that Richard had his manager’s support throughout. Everyone was nice as well as low key, including the finance manager I dealt with. I like the CX5 I bought, but to put the cherry on top, the GM of the dealership, largest in the city, thanked me for my business. Kudos to North Park Mazda.
Customer service was amazing and the process was fast. I just picked out the truck i wanted online and went to sign papers amd drove off. Its that easy, i recommend Carmax to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
I highly 100% recommend American auto brokers if you are in search for a vehicle!!!!! Netti....was....OUTSTANDING!!!!!! She went well over and beyond and even more then that to get me into the truck of my DREAMS!!!!! She is the girl you wanna work with, and even through all my questions, what if’s and at times negativity about getting this car(because I had no faith that I was gonna get my dream truck) she stayed 100% positive throughout the whole process and made me feel super comfortable about my decision!! Jackie was amazing as well in helping with the finance process and made ends meet from all over the place to make my dream come true!!!!! She’s a doll for that!! And then Gabby!!!!! Oh she’s so sweet and helpful and gave great advice and made the final deal so smooth and exciting!!!! She was very patient with me let me tell you because I was a nervous wreck throughout this process. This team DEFINITELY is the BEST! Teamwork makes the dream work!!!!! Oh yea...and the break room had super good snacks, the office was clean and all the rest of the staff that I didn’t work face to face with were so very welcoming and nice as well!! And at the end....you get a cool shirt!!!!! Got trucks!
Cody and the tech team worked until they found the source of the strange whistling problem....and everything they did was covered under warranty from a previous service that was done there before I bought the car from a family member. They even had multiple technicians AND the department manager ride with me to listen to the sound, to make sure they knew what they were listening for and finally get it corrected. And they assured me that if I heard it come back when the weather warmed up again, I just needed to bring it back and they’d put me in a loaner car again. It was like finding a needle in haystack, but they never complained or argued about me “hearing things.” Great place, great people! I always feel like a person, not a number. :)
My experience with BB JEEP was overall a success. From the time I met Russ in the Parking lot to signing papers with Sheli. It was smooth and stress-free. Russ asked all the right questions, guided me to the right vehicles, and listened to my budget requirement. I never felt pressured and I felt comfortable with him the entire time. They???ve done an outstanding job on my Jeep. Had multiple problems with the vapor system and the radio. Was given a 19 Ram 1500 as a loaner, now my adult son wants to get one of these. I had a 14 and it was a fine excep for the radio. Went through 4 in the two years I had it. My Jeep, however, I???m on my second radio. Still awaiting (2 mos) the return of the CD that wouldn???t come out. New radio working well, so far. Only took 3 trips to get the vapor system fixed. All the office personnel were excellent in handling all the problems. Two thumbs up! The only negative is still waiting for my daughters CD to be returned.
Just bought my 2nd truck from them in a year and a half. Jacob was my sales guy and he put up with a lot of me not really sure if it was the right truck or not. Sleep on it and was back 1st thing in the morning. When you are ready to get a new car give them a shot. You won’t be disappointed.
