In the beginning everything was going well and I had a great feeling for these guys. However, everything changed when I didn’t want to vehicle that they wanted to sell me. I went to trade in my car and get a newer model of the same care just with a few more options. The sales person brings me a write up with 4500,00 down and 506.00 per month. I counter offer with 2000.00 down and the sales person stated they would get back to me in the morning. The next morning came and I didn’t receive a call from anyone; 12:00 noon I called to speak with my sales person who stated he didn’t know what was the deal because he was not in the off the day I test drove the car. He then requested time to look over the application and stated that now I would need 12,000 to 14,000 down in order to do the deal. Needless to say the car was only worth 18,995.00 so I have no idea of where that math came from. However, if you going to shop here good luck because you will definitely need it.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
From the onset of meeting Salvator Pineiro the salesman that greeted us, to the overall pleasantry of each staff member that crossed paths with us to the expedient Nature of the sales process, not to mention the finance gentleman trying to get the best rates!! We smiled, we laughed, we were completely relaxed AND we received a COMPLETE tutorial by Salvator on the 2018 Jeep Altitude!! WOW!!!
