KC Used Car Emporium review
What an amazing dealership. The staff is so welcoming and make u feel right at home. The vehicles are all great priced and run great. I've bought many cars here over the years and always have been 100% satisfied. Mike the owner is a great man. He makes sure his customers are taken care of. Go in and check the place out for yourself and u will see all I say is true. Im glad to know there is a dealership out there like this one it's makes the car buying experience so much better. It takes the pressure off my family and I to know we can trust them to take care of us all the way through the process. Thank u KC Car Emporium for all u do. May God bless you and keep doing what your doing your making a world of difference to myself and I'm sure to alot of others. Thank you again for all u do it means alot to me and my family.
2016 RAM 2500 review
In 2020 of July I purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 Longhorn 4X4 Cummings 6.7. This was my 3rd Dodge 2500 I've owned. The increase in power was impressive. It’s has a smother ride than previous trucks I’ve owned. Suspension improvements make for a very comfortable ride. Safety upgrades helped reduce insurance costs. The negatives are factory’s mpg projections are higher than real life by a couple of mpg. Engine oil filter is a royal pain to change. There is a lag in response when accelerating from a dead start. I do like how this truck responds pulling my 6000 pound boat up hill at the same speed as if it’s on a level road.

2012 RAM 1500 review
My Ram gets great gas mileage it has the 3.6 litre V6. The Chevy and Ford F150 each got around 10mpg and I get over 20mpg. It will not pull as much as a V8 but I never pull anything. Very comfortable, smooth ride and quiet. Better than most new cars. Its crew cab 4WD, really a great truck. Must service transmission every 25k miles if you want it to last. This Ram has 170k and shifts very smooth. I drive it normal not hard and take pride in how good it looks and runs. Ram/Dodge is the one I like best over Ford and Chevy. Chevy has fuel management system shuts off cylinders-no good. Ford F 150 leak when it rains-no good. Ram does it good all around no complaints. If buying used its all about condition. Get you next truck checked out if your not sure, ask for records insist on the car fax.

2018 RAM 1500 review
I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

Fantastic dealership. They worked with me and dealt with every curveball from credit issues to simple communication problems without skipping a beat. Got the truck I wanted at a great price, better than just about every dealer in the region. Even helped me turn in my rental and detailed the truck before driving it off the lot, and gave me a gas card for some extra drive time, DESPITE the dealership having been closed for the day when the deal was done. You could tell their priority was getting me a vehicle I was happy with, not making a sale, which was a huge relief. Personable staff, honest dealing. Would recommend them any day of the week!
2018 RAM 1500 review
I bought this truck with 100000 miles already. Beautiful truck! I only have a couple of complaints. The ride, one can feel every pebble in the road! Shocks and better tires may help. 2x4. Need to add more things like memory seats and adjustable pedals, to the Lonestar truck and it would be perfect.

Jared was easy to work with. The dealership is clean, friendly, and very informative. It was an overall good experience.
2015 RAM 1500 review
I bought this truck new in 2015 outdoorsman 3.6 pentstar and immediately the transmission modulator was bad and there was welding spatter on both front doors and the fixed it and a year later the wiring harness for the coolant fan was replaced.I will say the 3rd back cab brake light was leaking and one corner of my headliner got a tiny water stain but I fixed it myself with clear caulk.I have now done the transmission service 3,000 miles ago even though they say lifetime it’s not true but you can’t do it under warranty because it voids it.I have only used 5w20 super tech full synthetic in my truck and it currently has 80,000 miles on it and knock on wood it’s still smooth .I cleaned the throttle body myself last week and going to do plugs in a year.I attempted to do the serpentine belt with the throttle body cleaning but it takes 2 people so I’ll do it later.Truck had some hiccups but I’m happy with it and for those do it yourselfers, I have sprayed the weep holes on the bottom of my doors, fenders, hood and tailgate with wd40 in any hole I could find for years and never had rust problems .A General Motors body shop guy gave me that tip years ago.

I took my truck to a honest very hard to find mechanic and he told me I had a hole in my exhaust manifold. I paid $800 and 195,000 miles later still no ticking.

2019 RAM 1500 Classic review
I bought this truck new and it's been great. I have 70,000 trouble free miles on it. My first and only real expense so far was the emergency brake. You have to take the rear axle out to fix it, the line sags eventually on all of them. It was almost a grand but included changing the rear differential which needed to be done anyway. other than that this truck is the best I've owned. I get great gas mileage (25 on the highway) it looks great, minimal rust in 7 years, no complaints.

This truck meets all the requirements I had set for a truck ... had one very similar before and was searching for another one. Wanted the RAMboxes and a "shifter" not a dial to handle the gears! This model as the bucket style front seats, not the bench and the sifter is part of the console. It is loaded and just what I wanted.... save for the fact it does not have the tow package .... no matter.

RP Automotive review
I was driving by and saw a car that caught my eye. My problem was I had very little credit, having bought my previous used cars with cash. I picked both Matt and Jeff's brains as to how the whole process works, how certain things affect interest rates and odds of getting an auto loan. They spent a lot of time answering all my questions. As to the vehicle, I purchased a 2007 Acura TL Type S that was priced $2500 below NADA retail value (23% below value). I usually love the haggling process, but with a car priced almost a quarter below NADA retail value, I didn't even bother haggling. The price was MORE than fair and the car was in pristine condition. The buying process was EASY considering I'm self-employed and my taxes don't quite show all of my income, if you know what I mean. So it was a challenge for Matt to get me approved. He worked on it for an entire day, calling me to ask me for bank statements, tax returns, etc. He went to bat for me and was able to get me approved with a local credit union instead of some high interest, high risk lender. The interest rate he was able to get me was also pretty fair. Of course it's not 1.99%, but it wasn't 24% either. In fact, it was a lot closer to 1.99% than it was 24%. This was my first time dealing with them. In fact, I had never even heard of them. It was merely by chance that I was driving by and saw the car I wanted on their lot. But I would recommend them to anyone. They were personable, they were honest with me about my situation, but most of all I felt like they really cared and they really went to bat for me. Never did I feel like they were "sleazy used car salespeople" like I've felt at other lots. It felt like I was working with a friend or a neighbor.

2014 RAM 1500 review
This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.

2018 RAM 1500 review
I have about 75K miles on my 2018 RAM SLT FWD, 3.6L V6. It's the first truck I've ever owned, and I'm a big fan now. I've had a couple of very minor issues with the truck but nothing major. The first issue is the backup camera when haywire on me about 50K miles in. It turns out that it wasn't properly affixed in the factory, and I was able to fix this myself by taking off a few screws to remove the tailgate cover and then using a zip tie to hold the connection together. It's been perfect since then. The only other issue was the windshield washer fluid tube disconnected from the sprayer nozzle. I fixed that as well. Again, it was no big deal and it hasn't been a problem since. Everything else has been perfect on the truck. It's either purring like a kitten or roaring like a lion.

John and his staff are always above and beyond when it comes to getting my truck the service it needs and advising me about future needs. He let me know my battery was in need of replacing and saved me a trip and took care of it while he had it. I really appreciate how they look out for my interest!
2012 RAM 1500 review
Drives solid and tight... If I didn't know the mileage, I would thought it was practically brand new. The only thing I had to do was adjust the headlights, which was extremely easy. It feels very stable and has an incredibly quiet cab (nice sound proofing).

2018 RAM 1500 review
Meets all our needs. Safe, Reliable, Performance and Value for the money are top par. But less stars for styling, etc. but that was out of my choice for this truck to not have all the bells and whistles. NOT reflecting the condition or anything of that matter of the truck I purchased. It is clean as a whistle, with low miles, and purchased a 6 year newer truck with 60,000 less miles, and make the same payment I do on my previously owned 2013 with 92,000 miles.
