We had a wonderful experience with Joe. We were looking for used but bought new because of Joe. I would recommend going in to see him any time. He was professional and nice as was the rest of the staff. No pushiness and the dealership was very clean and neat. The best part is the staff picked the perfect car for me and I love it!!
I drove right in, the Service Associate that greeted me was very polite and explained exactly what was going to be done, as I waited for my vehicle he came to check on me and asked if I had any other questions or concerns, it was a great experience and I will certainly be returning to Transwest GMC for all my service needs
We wanted to purchase a new car using the Costco Auto Program; the "authorized Chevy dealer" for Denver is John Elway Chevrolet. Our Elway sales representative - Tyler Brown - made this the most painless car-buying experience my wife and I have had (over about four decades of car purchases). We were interested in two Chevy models (Volt and Bolt); Tyler had both ready to test drive when we first arrived at the dealership and was very knowledgable about the operation and available options of both. Over the next week, he patiently answered all of our questions, and searched far and wide (even the inventory still in transit) to find exactly the configuration we were interested in. When we arrived to take delivery of our 2019 Chevy Bolt, Tyler had all of the details taken care of (battery was charged, car was detailed, paperwork was ready to sign, and our "Bolt 101 familiarization lesson" from Dylan Fiske was queued up). The whole delivery process was very organized, and my wife and I were both impressed with how smoothly and quickly things proceeded. Eric Williams made the financing side of the transaction very straightforward as well. Thanks Tyler, Dylan, and Eric -- and everyone else we interacted with at Elway Chevrolet! We'll certainly be back when it's time for another car!
We worked with Kyle Berry and he was so nice. He showed us the trucks we were interested in but was NEVER pushy. Kyle started the trucks to let them cool off before we did our test drive and let us go. Kyle was friendly, informative, knowledgable, and laid-back. We just never felt like he was pushing a truck on us. He listened to what we had to say and responded from there. I would HIGHLY recommend Kyle and Transwest Buick GMC Isuzu.
I have been doing business with Len Lyall for about 12 years and I highly recommend them. From the buying experience to service, the team and Len Lyall has always made the buying part fun and by providing great service at a great value, the service end is painless as well. I would not think of buying a vehicle anywhere else....but Len Lyall. Their tag line is true, drive East and pay the least, and I have friends who come from several other states to also buy from Len Lyall. Dan Johnson, the GM knows how to take care of the customer.
Disappointing. I purchased a 2010 FJ...after business hours of parts/service. We expressed concern about taking delivery and were assured of a problem we had noticed would be resolved. Needless to say, it was not. They refused to address the issue and my lesson learned was to take it to get checked out immediately and get everything IN writing, including the assurance that things would be taken care off. Oh, and found a hairbrush under the front seat and a child's book. It was not detailed to any stretch of the imagination.
I got an oil change for a reasonable price. When I asked how much to replace a burned out front turn signal bulb, I was appalled at the $70 price I was quoted!
