Excellent customer service! We found a car for our son on their website. We are from Kansas. Called ahead to see if they would put it on a lift and take some videos of it to make sure our 300 plus mile drive would be worth it. By 10 am the next day the videos were sent. I would like to start off by saying that my family and I have been long-time customers of Autonation Subaru. Our experience has always been excellent. Monday evening, I upgraded my 2024 Forester Lease to a 2026 Crosstrek Wilderness. Our experience started out as expected. However, it took an unfortunate turn after the transaction was complete. The details are not important because Kwabena, one of your sales managers, did a phenomenal job hearing my concerns and resolving the issues. I wanted to provide a list of all the exceptional things he did to address my concerns. He began our conversation by honoring my request to meet in an office so it could be a professional environment away from other customers. He provided an additional manager to participate in our conversation. I appreciated this from a school administrator perspective because I require the rule of 3 for my school leaders. He was genuinely invested in my concerns; while he assured me that my concerns would be addressed, he maintained professionalism towards the individual at the root of my concerns and did not disparage him in our conversation. When I arrived, it was very busy. One of my challenges was that I left my prescription glasses in the glasses holder on the windshield. While the sales associate I worked with communicated on 2 separate occasions that he was too busy to help me, Kwabena personally went to the secondary lot to retrieve them. He also addressed my other concerns and found solutions immediately. One of the solutions required a return trip to the dealership today. Even though Kwabena was off the day of the service, he ensured that the entire matter was communicated so that the necessary actions could be taken today to resolve the matter. I am sending this email of appreciation and as a leader myself, I know that it is important to hear that you can trust your other leaders. Have full confidence that Kwabena is phenomenal at his job! I am also sending this email because I respect the relationship and time invested over the last 7 years by both the employees of Autonation and my family. As a result of Kwabena's exceptional efforts, I am electing to forego submitting my feedback survey on my purchasing experience. I believe survey feedback should be honest and transparent. I also know that an organization should not receive a disparaging surveys when something goes wrong if a company manages it in the manner that Kwabena did. In closing, please express my deep appreciation to Kwabena for his efforts.
2016 Audi S6 review
My S6 might be the most enjoyable car that I have ever owned. I’ve been Ver fortunate In life, fortunate enough to own and/or drive many nice, high end vehicles. Ferrari, Lambo’s, Lotus, Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, Porsche, Land Rover, etc. this by far is my favorite. The car is very comfortable but it doesn’t stop with there. They have taken a very comfortable and easy to drive car and made it into a true sleeper. This car is a rocket, it’s actually almost too fast if that’s possible. Yes, it’s not flashy like a Testa Rosa. It’s not as recognizable as a 911 turbo and not quite as refined as an S600 or a V12 Vanden Plas, but wow, it will seriously blow your socks off. I never imagined that a mid sized 4 door sedan would be so much fun to drive. I can fit the kids, car seats included, the golf clubs, wife and dog and I still believe it 0-60 in under 4 sec. comfort, ridiculous power, all wheel drive and room, what’s not to love.

2020 Toyota Avalon review
I have the sportier 2020 TRD and this is a flawless car (purchased a dealer car in '21 with 8k miles - I can prob sell it for nearly what I paid for it 4 years later). Roomy.. powerful relative to the price.. gas mileage is shocking.. routinely shows 31mpg on longer drives.. JBL sounds system.. People always asking me about it because of the TRD package. Looks great, drives great, Toyota reliability.. And now that they stopped making it, it's holding its value. If anyone wants a bullet proof car with a world class v-6 and a performance tune.. this is your car.

2018 Lincoln MKZ review
I bought the Reserve trim with the Tech package, Climate Package, 3.0l Twin Turbo V6, and AWD. Overall - This is a take on the modern American midsize luxury sedan that accidentally became the fastest vehicle Lincoln has ever made. Comfort - The seats in the MKZ feel more akin to a neatly fitted recliner with its many leavers to get the perfect position. It might take a few moments to get everything just right, but when you do, it's like sitting on a fluffy golden retriever. Its warm, comfortable, and always happy to see you. Drivability - This is an easy vehicle to drive. The AWD is great for putting the power down and not getting stuck on ice or mud. The handling is soft enough to put the family to sleep at the end of the day. Great visibility, easy to drive at night even in the rain. Interior - The inside looks, feels, and fits the price of this car and not the typical cheap American sedan. Touch points are nice. The inputs work how you would expect them to work. The return of physical buttons and knobs are welcome one, I much rather have the controls of a 4th generation fighter jet over a smart phone. Tech - The tech is fine. Blindspot is fine. Radar cruise control is fine. The auto high beams is fine. The touch screen OS is hopeless. The backup camera is fine. The stereo is fine. Performance - This is my favorite part of the car. Keep it in the low RPMs and you are just driving around any plain whatever V6 sedan. Nothing unusual here. Start rolling into the power and at 2750 you will hit max torque of 400 lbft. Planted your foot firmly to the floor and you will get all 400 HP at 5500 RPMs. With some grippy tires, the tested 0-60 is 4.8s. This makes this sedan a bit of a sleeper. Like I said, this version of the MKZ accidently became Lincoln's fastest car. Exterior - The MKZ has been accused of being a "tart" up ford fusion, but this revision is actually different. The MKZ is physically taller, wider, longer, and its own styling. Lincoln's design language is to be subtle and not draw attention. Paint in black with its shiny grill, it looks more like a 2000s jag than a 2010's ford. Reliability - 59000 miles and had to replace a sparkplug cable for an intermit issue. No other issues to report. Value - Used market is where a car like this has a ton of value. 400 hp, fit and finish, comfort you'd expect, and at a price that most could afford. Look at any of its competitors and they will have less features, less power, or cost way more for similar. If you dont want the power, you can find better options, but for the entire package this is difficult to beat.

2017 Buick LaCrosse review
Bought a 2017 Buick Lacrosse Premium in December of 2023. It had 120,000 miles on it. I now have 155,000 miles on it, and haven't incurred a single issue as of yet. Smooth, quiet, comfortable ride, gets a fair share of compliments. I think they must've ran up against budget when they arrived at the interior. Lol. Not a major concern though. This car is very reliable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy a car!

2008 Lincoln MKZ review
I had this car for 7 years and it was amazing. I bought it used and by the time it died due to someone rear ending me going 80+ miles an hour it still turned on and moved to the side of the road. I had 196000+ miles on it and it never gave me an issue even when I bought it used. The only thing I replaced were tires and a tire pressure sensor.

2014 Buick Regal review
This car has been wonderful. I bought it new after researching many cars. It has lived up to the hype. It rides wonderfully, the turbo kicking in is smooth and quick. It is very safe for my family with all the safety features and is easy to maintain. 2015 Acura TLX review
I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

2025 Subaru Legacy review
I was planning to buy a luxury brand and test drove the BMW 3 series, the Audi A4, and the Lexus ES300. I then, due to reviews on Consumer Reports, tested the Subaru Legacy in it's top form, the Touring XT with a 260 HP engine, and I was blown away. Almost as quick as the BMW but rode smoother and quieter. Not as smooth and quiet as the Lexus, but more fun to drive. The Audi seemed cramped and the dealer was a disappointment. The Legacy interior was the most attractive in my opinion, has 4 wheel drive, a great sound system, and ended up being my favorite of the 4 cars, regardless of price. When you consider how competitive (or better) the Legacy is compared to the other 3 cars, and that I saved $13,000 on the price, it was a no brainer. It's really sad the Legacy is being discontinue, but all my comments also apply to the Outback Touring XT. The Legacy is a great car at a bargain price.

2019 BMW 530e review
109,000 miles on my 2019 BMW 530e and it drives like the day I bought it. Original brakes, 2 sets of new performance tires since purchased new. 2019 Honda Civic review
We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.

2020 Audi S3 review
Test drove this car while looking to buy a new car. It had a great luxurious feel to it when you walk in, and it came with a decent power boost. Quattro felt amazing when speeding up, passing cars and around corners. Never felt that i might loose control, even at high speed. Having the navigation/media display in the control unit (with the added technology package) is i think a must and a wonderful feature to have. Also, even though this is an automatic, i had a great response time when stepping on the gas and power on the road. If this car came in a manual, I would have purchased this car. But unfortunately in the USA this only comes with automatic.

2016 Volkswagen Jetta review
This is my 2nd Mk6 Jetta. The first one I leased had zero issues with it. It was a 2017 1.4t S trim. My current Jetta a 2016 Sport 1.8t trim is a great vehicle! I bought it in 2019 as a CPO with 38k miles and now it has 127,500 miles and counting! Has give me zero problems. All I’ve done was kept up with its regular maintenance. I’ve used it to get around town and for long trips. Great on gas, roomy, nice backup camera and Apple CarPlay still works with the factory head unit! It also has VW’s built in Navigation system and Sirius XM which has come in handy a few times. The trunk is spacious with rear seats that fold down. The center rear seat comes with an arm rest and a pass through to the trunk. I also love the heated two tones white and black leatherette seats that come with the Sport trim. Driving wise, it handles great with good acceleration for a compact sedan. Easy to park as well!

2017 Toyota Camry review
Bought my 2017 used in 2020 with 14,000 original miles. Very happy with it. The shifter took some getting used to as it's not as smooth as other cars in its class. Otherwise it's been very dependable, good at plowing through drift left by snow xxxxxxat my driveway. Good under carriage clearance. Great heating and cooling system.
