King Volkswagen review
I purchased a new car from Alex at King, all the paperwork was done online and they made the experience quick, easy and very transparent. And they drove an hour to deliver the car as I don't live near their dealership. It couldn't have gone better and the price was fair!
2023 Volkswagen Jetta review
I got the Jetta sport and LOVE it! It handles well and isn’t a gas guzzler. It’s a brand new car and it’s beautiful (I had a 14 yr old VW minivan until now)

AutoNation Toyota LeesburgReviews
AutoNation Toyota Leesburg review
Buy from Zehedur Rahman from Auro Nation Toyota,,Leesburg, VA. He was extremely patience with me as I spend 4 hours trying to figure out what car to buy. He listens to my needs and requests (which was not easy) took me on two test drives and stayed past buisness hours to make sure I purchase a car I can feel proud of driving. I know car salesmen are ?car sales men? they all want us to buy a car but Zehedur made me feel comfortable and to take the risk on buying something you love and deserve and can afford!

2023 BMW 540 review
I purchased this car used. It had 35,000 miles when I got it. So far, it’s been a delight. It has reasonable power for what it is (a family sedan). Handling is crisp. There are three drive modes, Econo, Comfort and Sport. The Sport Mode is adjustable to fit your preferred driving style. I haven’t owned a BMW since I had a 2003 E46 330. The 540 is considerably larger, but it doesn’t drive like it. Granted, it has less feel in the steering, and the ride is smoother. But it’s still unmistakably a BMW. It’s definitely geared towards the driver. This car is relaxing to drive. A real pleasure.

2018 Honda Clarity Plug-In Hybrid review
During my 65 years of driving (so far) I have owned a marvelous range of cars---this is my favorite and the one I have kept longest and intend to stay with it as long as we both last. The market these days seems to be either cross-overs or too low to the ground for me sedans. Clarity beats those two for me.

Ourisman Volkswagen of LaurelReviews
Ourisman Volkswagen of Laurel review
I was in the market for a new vehicle and found Ourisman Honda of Laurel very easy to work with over email/text unlike other dealerships. They were able to provide me with a written detailed cost of our final agreed upon price which saved me time once I got to the dealership to complete the purchase. Some other dealerships were not willing to put anything in writing or weren't very timely in their responses. I also had the best sales rep, Chuka! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and I did not feel rushed or pressured during my test drive. On the day of my purchase he was there to greet me and help me through the process. He even so kindly asked if he could help move the process along by moving my belongings from my old vehicle to the new vehicle which he very meticulously put in the same place. That was a big help and saved me time while I finished up the paperwork. He has also been very responsive in answering follow up questions I had after the vehicle purchase. Highly recommend buying a vehicle here and ask for Chuka!! He goes above and beyond!

Criswell Nissan review
I had an excellent experience buying 2016 Nissan Rogue at Criswell Nissan in Germantown. Rod Heskee was a tremendously helpful sales associate. Rod was very professional, polite and honest person. He carefully explained all the features available and never pressured me to consider options I didn?t need it. I left feeling like I got the best deal possible and the right vehicle for my family. I would highly recommend Criswell Nissan in Germantown to anyone looking for a new car.
2019 Nissan Sentra review
I have the 2019 Nissan Sentra SV Special Edition and the ride and seats are very comfortable. Gas Mileage is great in the city using the Eco mode which I use a lot. I got up to 36 miles per gallon in the city. I added some System48Plus to the oil crank case and now I'm getting up to 40 miles per gallon in the city! I bought the car certified and it had no recalls so I decided to buy this one. Some of those other 2019s had a recall. The front of the car looks amazing sporty! The thing that's not as good would be the performance which I don't need as long as I am saving gas but I am getting a better puck up since I added that engine treatment as well as better gas mileage. The only other thing that could use improvement would be the sterio speakers and l will probably just change that to Boise speakers. Overall it's a great looking and dependable car.

2023 Hyundai ELANTRA HEV review
Overall a good car for the price, smooth and quiet ride (for its class) and surprisingly accurate gas milleage. What we like so far (got it a month ago and have already 1500 miles (driven in the mountains and in the city): consistent great gas mileage - the best among hybrids; nice exterior design and great safety features; spacey interior; very decent and quiet ride: don't expect great power from the start but can get to 140 - 160 miles/hr and ride smoothly and quietly. What we don't quite like: the door pockets are so small one cannot fit a regular cup of coffee or tea, rather cheap fixtures, missing back sit middle cup holder (they added it to the more expensive models but these have lower gas mileage), the mirrors do not automatically fold, weird design of the middle console, it has a sort of wall (possible for the right seat rider to hold) but that takes of the space we could've use to add a two cup holder adaptor. After a year of ownership I'll update the review.

2018 Honda Accord review
You have to get the 2.0T and not the 1.5L. They hold way higher values while also being an absolute blast to drive with a large aftermarket community for this vehicle. Mine was totaled in a hailstorm, and after quite a bit of reserch this is the only vehicle I would buy again.

Excelente servicio de Louis Velis realmente un placer encontrar una persona profesional en su labor de explicar todo el proceso de compra de un auto. Feliz con mi auto.
2024 Toyota Corolla review
Mine is an American made LE. It was bought at a time when very few stripped-down models were available. Using Toyota's parts website, I paid about 1/3 the price for options like the bumper protector, door edge guards, door trim, mud guards and all weather mats. True, it's got cheap materials and Toyota skipped even putting an engine cover to quiet it up (although, in Southern California, the engine cover can retain heat that's not as beneficial as it would be in a place further north). Regularly reaches 37 MPG combined short trips and 20-mile commutes. Longer freeway drives easily goes over 42 MPG. One of the most surprising things about this car is the OEM tires. They are solid, they maintain their air pressure over many months, unlike my friends' who also have bought new Toyotas and half much less consistent tires. The car is regularly parked outside with sun exposure and the exterior seems to hold up okay after 2 years. I did do a break-in oil change at 500 miles and I do oil changes at 5,000 miles. I need this car to last me a long time and the Toyota recommended service intervals will not lead to longevity. There are many Toyota experts who encourage even shorter intervals between oil changes based on Southern California severe driving standards. Too much traffic is considered severe driving. Something else, if this car were bought 55 miles South, in Mexico, the grade of oil would be very different. In America, 0W-8 is the official oil viscosity. In Tijuana, Baja California, 0W-20 is recommended and 5W-30 is even acceptable further south... On Toyota's own documentation! For the summer oil, I have 0W-16 put in it. The car is near the ocean and never has been exposed to anything near freezing temperatures. My friend helps me maintain the car and he gets a lot of information from a Toyota Master diagnostic technician on YouTube, "A Car Care Nut." As a final note, the optical systems that are used for safety for Toyotas have a service memo stating that their safety systems are only guaranteed if windshield replacements are done with Toyota glass and the devices calibrated with Toyota software. In car insurance, you have to show this information to your insurance company for them to approve the OEM glass and Toyota body shop work. The windshield and calibration easily runs over $2,000. I have seen those windshield companies claim that they calibrate the safety system only for it not to work in a future accident. Be your own best advocate and insist on Toyota glass and calibration. By the way, we also looked at Honda, Nissan and Mitsubishi. The transmissions on the Nissan and the Mitsubishi are garbage, the Honda has so many systems to save fuel that negatively affect the engine, Toyota's reliability is often because they choose not to do risky fuel saving software settings.

The best experience I've had from a dealership ever - I put my car up for sale and got a text from Danie asking me about the Vin for the car and when can I bring it in, at first I was skeptical but immediately I took the car in and met Danie in person - the rest is history. Thanks again Danie for being honest and straightforward. I will definitely recommend this dealership
2023 Nissan Sentra review
Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

2024 Nissan Sentra review
I HAD TWO (MINOR?) PROBLEMS WITH MY NISSAN SENTRA SV 2024 SO FAR; REPAIRED BY THE CAR BASIC WARRANTY (I ONLY ‘PAID’ IN TIME WAITING IN THE NISSAN SERVICE CENTER). 1. BATTERY SUDDENLY DRAINED: THE PROBLEM BEGAN AT AROUND 3,200 MILES AND IT TOOK THREE DIAGNOSTIC VISITS, THE LAST ONE FOCUSING ON THE PARASITIC DRAIN, TO FIND A PROBLEM INVOLVING THE BATTERY. BATTERY AND RELATED PARTS REPLACED SUCCESSFULLY (COVERED BY BASIC WARRANTY). 2. POWER WINDOWS MECHANISM BROKE DOWN AND HAD TO BE REPLACED. IT WAS AROUND 5,200 MILES (COVERED BY BASIC WARRANTY).

2023 Hyundai SONATA review
Purchased a 2023 Hyundai Sonata SEL. The car had 27000 miles on it. It met my requirements for power, ride, comfort, and options. I've had it for about a month now and it is everything I was hoping to have in a good performing, comfortable, reliable car. I especially like the interior cabin space and the display screen, Nice big, clear backup camera, and the some of the options for driver assist are great including the variable cruise control, the blind spot warning alert, and the lane departure warning alert.

2024 Kia Forte review
I do like my car, but the seats are not comfortable. I HATE the head rests. I don't understand why they have to be so pushed forward, causing pain in the neck and the back to slouch. I had to buy a cushion to keep my back and neck straight. I also don't like the curved seats. They make it difficult to easily and quickly get out of the car. The problem is worse now that I'm pregnant. The car itself is great, but we spend so much time in the seats, why can't they be made comfortable?

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Easterns Automotive (Laurel) – A Shoutout to Mr. Lorenzo Joseph! From the moment I walked into the Easterns Automotive Laurel location, I knew I was in good hands. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere—but what truly made my experience exceptional was the customer service provided by Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. Mr. Joseph went above and beyond to ensure my car-buying experience was seamless and stress-free. From the initial greeting to handing me the keys, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to understand my needs and budget, provided expert recommendations without any pressure, and answered every question I had with honesty and professionalism. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the way he treated me like more than just another customer. His calm demeanor, transparency throughout the process, and commitment to making sure I left happy made all the difference. In an industry where great customer service can be hit or miss, Mr. Joseph is a true standout. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle and want a team that values integrity and top-tier service, I highly recommend Easterns Automotive in Laurel—and be sure to ask for Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. He turned what is often a stressful process into a truly enjoyable one. Thank you, Mr. Joseph, for your stellar support!
2023 Kia Forte review
Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

CarGet Motors review
I recently had an outstanding experience working with Carget Motors to purchase my vehicle. From the moment I first contacted the dealership, the team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. The entire facility maintained a welcoming environment that made the car-buying process feel incredibly smooth and stress-free. My primary point of contact was Bola, who provided exceptional service from start to finish. He took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and guided me through the logistics of securing a vehicle. Bola's communication was prompt, transparent, and highly knowledgeable, ensuring I felt confident and informed during every step of the transaction. The highlight of my experience was having Bola handle a custom order on a Lexus GS for me. He paid meticulous attention to every specific detail and option I requested for the vehicle. Thanks to his expertise and diligence, the custom ordering process was completely seamless, and the car arrived exactly as envisioned. I highly recommend Carget Motors and specifically suggest asking for Bola if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Their commitment to delivering personalized service and high-quality cars is truly unmatched. I am absolutely thrilled with my Lexus GS and will certainly return to them for my future automotive needs.

The way car buying should be!
2021 Hyundai SONATA review
I drove 3500 dually diesels for 25-30 years and then went to a Honda ridgeline 2018 new, love it until I drove my wife’s new car and decided I needed a car. My best friend had a Hyundai and loved it so I did hours of reviews Hyundai vs many others. All factors considered I decided to test drive a few. All things considered the Hyundai won and a low mileage 2021 caught my eye and I got it. After apps 1000 miles I am so glad I got it. Pros and cons Honda (H) push button start Hyundai (hy) key start, H remote start hy no remote start, H good ride hy better ride, H noisy hy less noisy,H electric keypad with gloves on more user friendly for me, hy parking easier, hy cornering better, H acceleration a bit stronger but hy smoother, both get the job done, I am 74 yo so I understand knobology better than the slow digital control for heat radio etc.,hy wins there- breaks equal, dashboard info hy wins, seems to love Google maps tolerates Waze, I prefer Waze. Pros and cons about not locking keys in car - can’t dash out start it w/o leaving key in ignition, physically gettin and out of the vehicle is harder, in a nutshell the things that matter more to me the hy wins so far.The salesman, Lamar was exceptional, a young family man earning a living by hustling but not rushing! Remember Lamar at Southern Auto Group in Newport News VA. Oh and the warranty was winner!

CarMax Roswell review
My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

CarMax LanghorneReviews
CarMax Langhorne review
I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.
